Integration of Multicultural Educational Values in Islamic Elementary School North Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java
Integrating the values of multicultural education is an effort to combine learning strategies that adhere to multicultural values with acceptance and affirmation of human differences and similarities, including diversity, race, language, religion, and gender. The purpose of this study is to find out how the values of multicultural education are integrated into the learning process of Civic Education and Pendidikan Agama Islam and outside of learning, namely aspects of daily habituation and extracurricular activities at SD Islam Al-Bayani Cikarang Utara, Bekasi, West Java. The research methods used are qualitative research and descriptive techniques. The data collection used is observation, interviews and documents. The subjects of the study were PPKn teachers, PAI students and principals. Data analysis uses descriptive models through data reduction, presentation, and concluding. The findings show that: 1) KDP and PAI teachers take a multicultural approach to their students by introducing the diversity of cultures, races, customs, and religions they have about their environment. 2) The beauty of introducing cultural diversity is called multiculturalism. In this way, students can appreciate each other and realize that Indonesia is a rich country with multicultural diversity
Strategy for Increasing Human Resources Through Infrastructure
Human resource management is a process closely related to implementing management strategies that are directly handed over to schools to be developed according to their potential. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy for the development and quality of human resources in elementary schools. This research is a type of field study or qualitative, collecting data according to the phenomena at the location, namely at Muhammadiyah Al-Birru Ponorogo. Data collection techniques through observation during meeting activities between leaders and subordinates, interviews with school principals, committee members, foundation members and stakeholders, documentation of assignment letters, photos of activities. The results showed: that a well-planned human resources improvement strategy is a benchmark for the maximum success or failure of human resources management by developing the potential of human resources who have their respective talents directed according to the knowledge of the teachers and healthy competition between human resources with the stimulus of giving awards to educators. Implementation of improving human resource educators through periodic semester career coaching, maximizing IT class management, and learning innovation with collaborative teaching methods. The success of improving school human resources very influential in carrying out the learning process properly and perfectly organized
Supervision Planning in Controlling activities in Educational Institutions
This journal aims to determine the planning of madrasa supervisors or supervision in an educational institution written in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture no 143 of 2014. Various supervision activities control educational institutions. The researcher observes that educational institutions are successful and have excellent grades if a madrasa supervisor controls activities directly at school. On this basis, researchers are very interested in examining the supervision planning program and the control activities in educational institutions carried out by supervisors in conducting educational supervision management. This research is qualitative, namely, a research method that focuses on in-depth observation of phenomena regarding supervision in educational institutions to obtain a comprehensive study of a phenomenon—data collection techniques with interview and observation methods. The results found in this study are 1) Madrasah supervisor planning programs, including annual programs (long term), semester programs (medium term), Academic Supervision Plans (RPA), and Managerial Supervision Plans (RPM); 2) The way for the madrasa supervisor to be able to control correctly is to do it manually/ offline coaching and directing directly at the location of the institution and done online; 3) How the madrasa supervisor controls madrasah activities by visiting educational institutions, directly observing activities, using interviews or school component interviews, and using instruments or questionnaires distributed to all components
Student Motivation to Wear the Veil in Perspective of Fatwa Tarjih Muhammadiyah
This research is related to the motivation of some Muhammadiyah University students who use the veil, namely a cloth that covers the face or part of a woman's face; this makes these students different from other students. This study uses field research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with several veiled students, then looking for other data sources in some literature about the headscarf, especially the Muhammadiyah tarjih fatwa regarding the headscarf. Researchers perform data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification in analyzing data. The results of this study concluded that the motivation of veiled female students at the Muhammadiyah University of Mataram was more caused by internal factors, namely wanting to try to improve themselves, avoid slander, and maintain the guidance given by Allah SWT. Thus, the motivation of the veiled students does not conflict with Muhammadiyah's views, but in the Muhammadiyah fatwa regarding the veil, there is no call to use the veil.
The Influence of E-System Implementation, Tax Knowledge, Fiscus Services on Individual Taxpayer Compliance
This research aims to test how E-Systems (e-filling, e-billing), Taxation Knowledge and Fiscal Services influence compliance with WPOP in KPP wonosari. The method used in this research is the quantitative method. This research data source uses a questionnaire distributed to WPOP-registered KPP Pratama Wonosari. Sampling technique using random sampling techniques, the population number of this research was obtained by calculating the population using the Slovin technique formula, after calculating the people using the Slovin formula, getting the sample number of as many as 100 respondents in the taxable population of the City of Wonosari. Double regression analysis was then used in this study. Research shows that KPP Pratama Wonosari's e-billing policy correlates with WPOP compliance levels. Still, the e-filing policy in KPP WonoSari does not correlate to the compliance of WP OP. WPop adherence is influenced by the understanding of taxation. In addition, compliance with the WPOP is affected by the services provided by the fiscal officer.
Implementation of Learning Supervision in Improving Educator Performance: Case Study at Madrasah Aliyah Banat Kudus, Central Java, Indonesia
This study aims to describe the learning supervision activities carried out at Madrasah 'Aliyah Nahdlatul 'Ulama (MA NU) Banat. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with the resource persons being the head of the madrasa and the teacher. In addition, researchers also made direct observations to explore data related to supervision carried out at MA NU Banat. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of supervision at MA NU Banat is carried out in 2 (two) models, namely academic supervision and clinical supervision. The steps in clinical supervision are divided into planning supervision, implementation of supervision and evaluation of supervision. The implementation of supervision is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely interviews with supervisees, supervisees prepare and conduct clinical supervision, supervisors make observations and make assessment notes, feedback from the implementation of clinical supervision
Teacher Assistance in Improving the Quality of Students' Al-Qur'an Reading through Tajweed Learning
Studying recitation is the basis for improving recitation when studying the Qur'an. Recitation as a foundation causes recitation of recitation done first before people learn the Qur'an in more detail or usually in line with learning the Qur'an itself. Studying recitation is helpful to improve the quality of reading the Qur’an, both in sound and rhythm, but the most urgent is to justify the meaning. The need for the recitation of recitation is significant because it is used to improve children's reading of the Qur'an, especially regarding the law of nun and tanwin, and mad reading. Therefore, so that children quickly learn the Qur’an, especially in terms of reading the Qur’an, TPQ must learn the knowledge of recitation to children. Tajweed material includes the rules of reading the Qur’an, among others: Makhraj Letter Hijaiyah, Provisions Qalqalah, Provisions Nun and Mim Musyaddadah (Tasydid), Provisions Lam Letters, Provisions of the Sukun, Provisions of Ikhfa, Provisions of Izhhar, Provisions of Qalqalah, Provisions on Nun and Mim Musyaddadah (Tasydid), Provisions on Ra Letter, Mad Provisions, Provisions on Alif and Lam Syamsiyah Letters, Provisions on Alif and Lam Qamariyah Letters, Waqaf Provisions, and Sajadah Verses; 2) The step of recitation is done by the cleric first reading a short verse, for example, a sentence in a poem that is long enough to a certain waqaf then the students follow it simultaneously. After that, one by one, the students were allowed to read what had been said simultaneously. If there is an error in the pronunciation, mainly from the perspective of recitation, it is immediately reprimanded and justified; 3) The strategies adopted include: having a mature and strategic education plan and having a learning curriculum that includes: 1) The existence of clear learning objectives 2) The existence of suitable learning methods and techniques and is applied continuously with various innovations and evaluations 3 ) The existence of a material or teaching material that is representative and by the learning objectives 4) The existence of a professional teacher in the field of learning the Qur'an.
Development Lughotuna Application in Arabic Learning: (Case Study at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Sidoarjo)
Arabic language learning that is not optimal in class VII B at MTs Negeri 1 Sidoarjo is caused by the learning media used so far that is less attractive, and the teacher needs to include the four skills that the teacher into the learning media must own. So it is necessary to develop a learning media to help optimize learning. This study aims to explain and examine the learning media developed in the form of an android application called Lughotuna. The mixed method was used in this study. Data is sourced from informants who know the focus, such as school principals and learning admins obtained by observation and interviews. The supporting data comes from various books, journals and other encyclopedias. The data were then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Learning media development includes 1) problem identification; 2) product design; 3) validation; and 4) product publication. In product design, there are two validations: media design validation and media content validation. Media design validation uses four aspects of assessment, including 1) ease of use and navigation; 2) aesthetics or beauty; 3) media integration, and 4) technical quality. In validating media content, three aspects of assessment are used, namely 1) suitability; 2) quality and purpose of content; and 3) instructional quality. In validating media design and media content, possible results are obtained.
Marketing Strategy of Sharia Pawn Products in Attracting Customer Interest
The marketing strategy between sharia and conventional is very different in the process, but has the same goal, namely how to increase the number of customers. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of sharia pawn products in attracting customers at the BMT Nu Pragaan Sumenep branch. This study uses qualitative methods, namely case studies and using techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy for rahn products implemented by the BMT NU Pragaan Branch uses face-to-face communication via online, grebek pasar / field trips, supporting factors or facilities that assist managers in conducting marketing at BMT NU Pragaan Branch are Brochures and Website The official website contains complete information about all the products available at BMT NU. Marketing constraints for BMT NU Pragaan Sumenep branch in attracting customer interest, namely the number of competitors/competitors, but this does not affect customer interest because the number of customers continues to increase every year
Efforts to Strengthen Philosophical Foundations Islamic Education
This research aims to illustrate and analyze the ideas/concepts of religious cultural development strategy in improving the character of Islam in SMPN 2 Tirtajaya, Karawang Regency. This research uses qualitative types with a case study approach. At the same time, the data collection process uses observations, interviews, and documentation of religious, cultural development strategy activities to improve Islam's character in SMPN 2 Tirtajaya, Karawang Regency. The results showed that in the framework of the religious cultural development strategy in improving the character of Islam in SMPN 2 Tirtajaya, Karawang Regency, there are 4 (four) concepts or strategies made, namely; Creation of religious atmosphere, internalization of islamic character values, islamic character model, habituation. Religious programs or behaviours are implemented through intra-curricular programs (tahfidz program, worship practice, reading al-Qur'an), co-curricular (3S culture, handshake culture, dhuha prayer, congregational prayer, tadarrus al-Quran, PHBI, istighotsah tahlil) and extracurricular (tambourine arts, yellow book studies, tartils and readings, da'wah exercises) with Religious Cultural Development Strategy, breeding, curriculum, transparency.
