The Role of Islamic Philanthropy in Post Covid-19 Pandemic Economic Recovery
This research aims to explain the important role of Islamic philanthropy, which contains elements such as zakat, infaq, shadaqah and waqaf, to make a real contribution to the economic problems caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive method with a library approach, where secondary data is used in the form of research findings, books, journals and articles related to the research topic. Data collection in this research involved literature searches through academic databases, literature selection and data extraction. This research uses literature synthesis analysis, quality evaluation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research explain that the critical role of Islamic philanthropy in contributing to economic recovery is: (1) The need to establish UPZ in every village in Indonesia (2) Maximization of the cash zakat program along with productive zakat (3) The need to optimize the management of zakat and infaq (4) Providing educational program assistance to students affected by Covid-19, prioritizing Islamic economics students in the hope that they can make a real contribution to society through education or knowledge about Islamic economics. Of course, if several of the programs mentioned can run as expected, the acceleration of Indonesia's economic growth will soon be realized.
Analysis of the Business Model Canvas Approach for Indonesian Sharia Bank Gold Pawn Products
This research was motivated by the existing condition of the Indonesian Sharia Bank Tomo branch which is still in the form of Sub-Branch Offices; there are no bank location points on maps, low marketing intensity on social media, and the traditional gold content measuring instruments. This research method is a field and qualitative descriptive approach. Primary and secondary data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews using source triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques of Miles and Huberman and SWOT analysis. The results of research through SWOT analysis that produce alternative strategies to form a Business Model Canvas improvements are in Customer Segments with the addition of younger generation segments. Customer Relationship by maximizing personal assistance. Channels with the addition of more intense and trending use of social media, website updates, more attractive and quality brochures, and holding seminars. Value Proposition: The modernization of measuring instrument technology. Key Activities with modernising gold content measuring instruments can minimize estimation errors. Key Resources, modernization of measuring instrument technology, training centres, and cash deposits at ATMs. Key Partnership is the hope of collaborating with universities. Revenue Streams are expected to increase existing revenue. Cost Structure by removing the cost of test water
Effect of Organizational Governance Management’s Service Transparency to Community Satisfaction
This research aims to determine the effect of transparency in organizational governance management services on community satisfaction. The object of this research is the Regional Office of the North Sumatra National Land Agency/ KANWIL BPN SUMUT. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of literature study. Based on sources or supporting reference materials, comparing one piece of literature with another as a primary source. Apart from that, this research also uses secondary data sourced from information from several related institutions or agencies. This research found that the Community Satisfaction Index Value with Land Services was 76.35, an increase from 72.47 in 2017. This value was still in the not-good category. The service components with the lowest scores are Service Procedures (76.33), Facilities and Infrastructure (72.18), and Service Time (70.62). The features that received the highest scores were Handling Suggestions and Complaint Feedback (82.88), Implementing Behavior (80.23), and Requirements (79.26). The results of this research state that many elements of each sub-section of organizational service governance still need to be implemented optimally. This certainly has an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of performance as well as on public assessment
Understanding the Role of Technology in Islamic Religious Education
This study intends to determine the function of educational technology in the learning paradigm of Islamic religious education in the modern period, particularly after the COVID-19 epidemic, which altered the educational hierarchy in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a library research approach. Data collection by identifying various articles, journals, books or other sources. The analysis technique uses structured qualitative analysis. The findings of this study will demonstrate that educational technology plays a crucial role in Islamic religious education, particularly for high school and college students, particularly in each student's religious life and the afterlife. Technology and education are both readily available at a variety of educational levels. In education, the relationship between education and educational technology occurs naturally. The distribution of instructional materials requires the use of technology to facilitate the learning process. In light of this, we will investigate the role of educational technology in Islamic religious education in this article's discussion. Normalizing the school system in Indonesia is one of these measures after Indonesia adopts a new ordinary policy
Learning Islamic Education in the Independent Curriculum : (a Case Study of Authentic Assessment at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Hidayah)
Learning Islamic education in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects is the aim of this research as well as knowing authentic assessment techniques and the constraints of their implementation by teachers. The location of this research is MI Nurul Hidayah, Tlogowaru Village, Merakurak District, Tuban. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach; the design used is a case study. Principals, teachers of Islamic education, and students are the subjects of this study. Primary sources are interview observations, while secondary sources in this study are books, journals and scientific articles. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive-analytic, namely in critical interpretation, critical analysis and conclusion. Teachers use every aspect of this study for assessment. Assignments, oral tests and written tests are used by teachers on cognitive aspects. Then journals or diaries, assessments between friends, self-assessments and observations are used by teachers in terms of affective aspects in this study. In comparison, the psychomotor aspect of the teacher uses project, performance, and portfolio techniques. As for the performance portfolio, the teacher uses project engineering work in the psychomotor aspect. These three aspects function to get an overall picture, including as a measuring tool for the level of success of student learning in education and achievement of competence by students
Influence of Reading Interest and Emotional Intelligence on Learning Outcomes
This study aims to determine the influence of reading interest and emotional intelligence together on the learning outcomes of Indonesian both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is correlational quantitative because the research results will be calculated with statistical figures. The population in this study were all 168 students of class XI at State High School 1 Panggang. Based on the Slovin formula, the number of research samples is 119 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling or random. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, namely a questionnaire of reading interest and emotional intelligence, as well as documentation to determine students' Indonesian language scores. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion of the research results, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) interest in reading influences the learning outcomes of Bahasa students in class XI at State High School 1 Panggang. (2) emotional intelligence influences the results of learning Indonesian for class XI students at Panggang 1 Public High School. (3) There is an influence of interest in reading and emotional intelligence together on the results of learning Indonesian for class XI students of State High School 1 Panggang.
Service Quality Development Strategy for Customers of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Sahara Tulungagung
BMT Sahara is an Islamic financial institution whose operational target focuses on the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) sector. To increase BMT's market share, it is necessary to analyse what factors influence people's interest in becoming customers at BMT. One of the factors is the quality of service BMT Sahara provides to its customers. Good service must be accompanied by a qualified strategy to support the success of a BMT and maintain its image in the broader community. So the quality of service for customers needs to be improved. This is very important considering the very large role of customers in contributing revenue directly or indirectly to continue supporting BMT Sahara's existence.
Implementation of Buying and Selling Transactions in the Perspective of Islamic Economics : (Case Study of Traders at the Kauman People's Market, Tulungagung)
Trade is an economic activity that must be connected to the role of today's society in meeting their daily needs. This trading activity is marked by an agreement or agreement between two parties, namely between the trader and the buyer. In this study, the researcher wants to conduct research in the Pasar Rakyat Kauman Tulungagung with the formulation of the problem, namely how to implement the buying and selling transactions of traders in the Pasar Rakyat Kauman Tulungagung from a conventional perspective and an Islamic economic perspective. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. The data sources used by researchers are primary data and secondary data. Then the data collection techniques that researchers use are general interviews, passive participation observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique that the researcher uses is data reduction, while to check the data's validity, the researcher uses the observation extension technique. The results of this study indicate that buying and selling transactions carried out by traders at the Pasar Rakyat Kauman Tulungagung are under the perspective of Islamic economics, that they are also correlated with the Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata on Ketentuan-ketentuan Umum tentang Jual Beli issued by Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum (JDIH) in Article 1457
ARIMA-GARCH Model Price Forecasting in PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk
The purpose of this research is to predict the closing stock price of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk using the ARIMA-GARCH method. The data used in this study covers the period from February 20, 2020, to February 17, 2023, consisting of 734 daily observations. The data processing is performed using E-Views software. The closing stock price data of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk is non-stationary, thus requiring natural logarithm transformation and differencing. This is followed by model identification, parameter estimation, and diagnostic checking. The best-selected ARIMA model is ARIMA ([3,9],1,0), which accounts for the presence of heteroscedasticity. Subsequently, the GARCH method is applied, including model identification, parameter estimation, and diagnostic checking. The best GARCH model is GARCH (1,1), with the mean equation = 0,000047 + 0,230821 + 0,681968σ , which is free from heteroscedasticity effect. The forecast using the ARIMA ([3,9],1,0) GARCH (1,1) model yields a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 2.423%, indicating a close approximation to the actual data. From the results of this research, the best model for forecasting PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the next period was obtained. Therefore, the findings can assist PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk and prospective investors in making decisions regarding the sale and purchase of shares in PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk
Implementation of the Card Sort Method for Hajj Material in Fiqh Learning
Today, there are still many educators who still need to improve in carrying out the learning process. In this case, there is a reset problem, which lies in the ineffectiveness of the learning process caused by passive students. So, this research provides a solution using the card sort method in fiqh learning. This study aimed to analyze the card sort understanding technique in Batu's tsanawiyah madrasah. This study uses the theory of Melvin L. Siberman that the card sort method has potential and advantages related to student active learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Next, the data was analyzed using descriptive data analysis. This study concluded that using the card-sort learning method of Hajj material positively impacts learning activities. Applying the card sort method can increase students' creative abilities and understanding of Hajj material
