The Role of Student Organizations in the Disruptive Current Cycle
There are various kinds of Student Organizations (Ormawa) in every tertiary institution. One of the organizations that researchers will discuss is the Islamic Student Association (HMI). HMI is the oldest student organization in Indonesia. Therefore, HMI must contribute to the nation's next generation, especially in the conditions of an all-sophisticated era or an era of disruption, where knowledge is a basic need. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of student organizations in the Disruptive Current cycle. The research method used is qualitative. Primary data comes from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research reveal the role of student organizations as institutions that help raise a generation of professionals. HMI Komisariat Fitrah takes on the role of The Second University. With the Changemaker Hub pattern, it can respond to today's challenges and give birth to a generation of professional intellectuals.
Marketing Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises: Literature Study Approach with Bibliometrics
The topic of marketing performance in SMEs in terms of a literature review with a Bibliometric approach has not been widely carried out. The purpose of this study is to review the extent of the topic of Marketing Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Using the help of Harzing Publish or Parish and by analysing using the VOSViewer 1.6.19 application, it was found that there were 232 articles containing articles about Marketing Performance in SMEs. The results of the analysis found that topics often studied in 2020 and above are marketing performance, SMEs performance, entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, product innovation, competitive advantage and case study. Meanwhile, countries that often conduct research on the topic of SMEs Marketing Performance are Indonesia and Nigeria

Islamic Cognitive Behavior Therapy Counseling to Improve the Self-Regulated Learning Santri of Tsanawiyah Level
This research was to find how many level of self-regulated learning in MTs santri at the Daarul Rahman Bogor Islamic Boarding School, and to find how manner to increase the self-regulated learning of MTs santri at the Daarul Rahman Islamic Boarding School Bogor after receiving Islamic cognitive behavior therapy counseling and to formulate how Islamic cognitive behavior therapy counseling which is effective to improve the santri from self-regulated learning at Mts level. This research used a quantitative with method that is quasi-experimental and a nonequivalent control group design model through a pre-posttest approach and compared with the control group. Based on the results of this research, that the level of self-regulated learning of MTs santri in the low category was 3 santri, the medium was 11 santri and the high was 16 santri. After implementing Islamic cognitive behavior therapy treatment, there was an increase, namely, in the medium category from 11 santri it decreased to 2 santri and in the high category from 16 santri it increased rapidly to 27 santri. The experimental group has a mean of 90.37 while the control group has a mean of 83.57. Thus, can be interpreted what the provision of Islamic cognitive behavior therapy to santri will increase self-regulated learning
Student Management in Tahfidz Extracurriculars
This study aims to describe students' planning system and implementation management in developing their talents in memorization with extracurricular tahfidz at the Integrated Muhammadiyah Elementary School (SDMT) Ponorogo, East Java. The research method used was qualitative, with a case study design and data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The main objects in this study were informants from the tahfidz extracurricular coordinator and samples from the tahfidz extracurricular students themselves. This research resulted in: (1) Management planning of students in the extracurricular tahfidz at the integrated Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Ponorogo using the halaqah system, forming an ad hoc team consisting of the coordinator-secretary-teacher halaqah-infrastructure, only those who have passed iqra' are allowed to participate in extra tahfidz evidenced by a certificate of completion). (2) Implementation of student management in the tahfidz extracurricular at the integrated Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Ponorogo: tahfidz extracurricular activities after the core class hours are over, namely at 14.30-16.00 WIB every thursday & friday, using the nahawan tone, each student is recorded and uploaded on LP3Q youtube for archives and general learning evaluation materials, the method used is talkin & sorogan, a tasmi' exam is held for special follow-up evaluation
The Influence of Learning Motivation on Student Achievement in Elementary School
This study aims to find out what learning motivation is, how to motivate children to learn, the function of learning motivation at school. The data collection technique is through this research using a qualitative approach, so that the main instrument in this research is the researcher himself. The instruments used in collecting data in the field are in accordance with the object of this journal, by observing and interviewing. The child's educational parenting style must be in accordance with the child's psychological condition, namely with an authoritative style. Second: educating with an Islamic educational perspective, will make children mentally healthier, namely those who have excellent physical condition, high intellectual mental intelligence (IQ), mental health/personality conditions that are mature and stable in their mental-emotional (EQ) have personality integrity high (mental-social) and have firmness of faith and Islam. Third: The important role of psychology in Islamic education is to bridge the process of imparting knowledge so that it pays more attention to the psychology of each individual child or student, because this greatly determines the success of parents or educators in transferring the knowledge given to their children
Improving Creativity and Learning Outcomes Through Team-Assisted Individualization Learning Islamic Education Lessons
The purpose of this research is to improve the level of creativity and student learning outcomes of Islamic education. This study uses classroom action research to see the success of Team Assisted Individualization learning in increasing the creativity and learning outcomes of students in Islamic education in class VII (Junior High School) Wittayasansuksa School Songkhla Thailand. The research results can be seen from the increase in percentage, in the first cycle, the average student learning creativity is at a score of 42.50%, included in the (creative) category, while in the second cycle, the average student learning creativity has increased to reach a score of 47.50. % category (creative) and 30% category (very creative). Student learning outcomes have also increased. This can be seen from the percentage increase, in the first cycle, the average student learning outcomes were at a score of 25% (good) category, while in the second cycle, the average student learning outcomes experienced an increase in achieving a score by 60% category (good) and 25% category (Very Good).
Transformation of Islamic Education: Journey of Islamic Education from Prophet to Umayyad and Abbasid
This research examines the transformation of Islamic education from the time of the Prophet Muhammad to the Umayyad and Abbasid caliphs. This study explores the changes and developments in the system, curriculum, and methodology of Islamic education in that historical period. This study uses a qualitative type with a library research approach, analyzing primary and secondary sources, including Islamic texts, historical records, and scientific works. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature searches using online databases. Data analysis in this study was carried out by reading and understanding the contents of the relevant literature. The transformation of Islamic education from the time of the Prophet to the Umayyad and Abbasid Caliphates represented significant changes in educational approaches, curricula, and facilities. This development reflects the high appreciation of science, the dissemination of knowledge through bookstores and literary salons, as well as the critical role of the clergy as educators and intellectual leaders in Islamic society
Influence of Reading Interest and Vocabulary Mastery on Students' Reading Comprehension Ability
Reading interest and vocabulary mastery can affect students' reading comprehension skills. The level of reading comprehension ability in the high class has yet to show satisfactory results. The low interest in reading students is due to a lack of awareness of students to read; besides that, students' vocabulary mastery still needs to improve due to a lack of student's ability to interpret words. This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were fourth-grade students at SDN Bendung 1 Semin. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where all students are the sample. Data collection techniques were used in this study using questionnaires and tests. The instrument test was carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used is descriptive and statistical. The results showed that: (1) there was a negative and not significant effect of reading interest on reading comprehension ability with a value of tcount = -0.129 with a significance of 0.900 > 0.05 with a contribution of 2.4%, (2) there was a positive effect but not significant vocabulary mastery on reading comprehension ability with a value of tcount = 0.671 with a significance of 0.515 > 0.05 with a contribution of 18.8%, (3) there is a positive and significant effect of interest in reading and vocabulary mastery on reading comprehension ability devalued by Fcount of 0.299 with a significance value of 0.799 > 0.05 with a contribution of 3.7%.
Factors That Influence Muzakki Intention to Pay Zakat at Zakat Institutions
The public's interest in paying Zakat is high, as evidenced by the rising Zakat potential and national Zakat collecting performance yearly. However, the zakat collection at L.A.Z. remains suboptimal compared to the zakat collection outside the zakat institution. This study aims to see how Zakat's knowledge, service quality, and brand awareness influence Muzakki's intention to pay Zakat at YDSF Surabaya. This study uses quantitative research methodologies with a sample size of 100 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that both variables of zakat knowledge and brand awareness partially had a significant impact on the intention to pay Zakat. However, service quality did not significantly impact the intention to pay Zakat. With an R2 of 53.4%, the three variables of zakat knowledge, service quality, and brand awareness simultaneously affected Zakat paying intention.
