    Analysis of Muslim Tourist Loyalty to Halal Gastronomic Tourism in Salatiga City

    The development of the City of Salatiga as a City of Gastronomy will increase local and community income through culinary tourism and increase the number of tourists visiting Salatiga. The concept of halal is currently used as a trend for developing the Islamic economy in Indonesia, starting from the emergence of halal products (food and beverages), halal cosmetics, halal fashion and halal tourism to lifestyle (halal tourism). The purpose of this study focuses on the loyalty of Muslim tourists and how they increase tourist loyalty in the city of Salatiga. This study will use a variant-based Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS version 2.0. The population of this study will be focused on halal gastronomic tourists in Salatiga City, while the samples selected in this study must meet the requirements of tourists who have visited more than three times. The product quality variable (X1) positively and significantly affects the tourist satisfaction variable (Z). Product quality affects tourist satisfaction, so managers of gastronomic tourism are advised to improve food taste, food aroma, food durability, and physical appearance of food. The price variable (X2) positively and significantly affects the tourist satisfaction variable (Z). Prices affect tourist satisfaction, so tourism managers are advised to increase price affordability, price competitiveness, and suitability of prices with product quality. The tourist satisfaction variable (Z) positively and significantly affects tourist loyalty (Y). Tourist satisfaction affects tourist loyalty, so tourism managers are advised to increase the suitability of tourist expectations, intention to revisit, and willingness to recommend from tourists

    Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning of Yogurt Products From the Perspective of Islamic Marketing

    This study aims to explore the concept of Islamic marketing strategy and its potential role in developing halal trade and contributing towards the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The research method  use qualitative method, a literature review is conducted to examine Islamic marketing from a marketing strategy perspective, building on the STP framework and outlining its implications.  The findings suggest that Sharia-compliant marketing can serve as an effective strategy for businesses to attract customers using halal marketing tactics in their Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning approaches. This approach enables the business world to avoid being perceived as solely profit-driven and instead embrace social responsibility. The proposed framework can be utilized by businesses to segment the Muslim market given the cultural dissimilarities in interpreting Islam and halal. This way, companies can not only comprehend the diverse segments within Islamic interpretation, but also devise an appropriate marketing mix to cater to consumer requirements. The study's findings can be applied to Muslim marketers while using the Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning framework. Furthermore, it offers qualitative guidance for non-Muslim marketers and scholars, resolving various marketing-related concerns

    Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) Phenomenon on Mosque-Based Syari'ah Economy

    This research aims to analyse how to develop the sharia economy of mosques through Baitul Mal wa Tamwil (BMT) in Solok City. BMT Solok City is a non-governmental organisation in the economic sector that has become an icon of Solok City to realise its mission, namely to become the "City of Medina Rice Terraces". The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach, data analysis used with case studies with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and distributing questionnaires via Google Form. This research shows that BMT management is carried out using the concept of qardh al hasan; institutionally, this institution does not have a legal entity, and its members are active congregants of the local mosque. Regarding BMT activities in Solok City, they are limited to lending and collecting funds and do not have financing service products like other microfinance institutions

    Factors Affecting the Risk Non-Performing Sharia Commercial Bank Financing

    This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of internal and external factors on the risk of problem financing in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative type. Data comes from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia for the 2015-2022. The data were first tested using the classical assumption test, which included the normality test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The Robust Least Squares method is used in multiple linear regression analysis to overcome the problem of heteroscedasticity. The results show that the internal factors that are taken into account are the efficiency ratio (BOPO), capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and financing-to-savings ratio (FDR). At the same time, the external factor that is taken into account is the inflation rate. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis using the z test, it is concluded that only CAR and FDR significantly contribute to problem financing. In contrast, efficiency and inflation do not significantly affect problem financing in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.

    Attitudes Towards the Implementation of School Digital Citizenship

    In the current era, marked by the impact of globalization and the increasing prevalence of digital technologies, students are faced with the imperative to acquire a diverse range of skills for the future, with a specific focus on digital citizenship. These forward-looking competencies hold significant importance in addressing a multitude of educational challenges, particularly those associated with school policies and forthcoming practices. Consequently, the primary objective of this research is to evaluate students' perspectives regarding the integration of digital citizenship principles at the secondary school level, specifically within one of the Islamic Secondary Schools situated in Serang Banten. This qualitative descriptive study encompassed the participation of 120 students from Islamic Middle Schools and was executed through the administration of a questionnaire designed to explore the technology students employ within their school environment. The outcomes of the research revealed an average score of 30 across all questionnaire items, indicating an increasing adoption of digital media alongside a level of technology misuse exceeding the norm. As a result, it is strongly advised that both school administrators and digital teams gain a profound understanding of students' digital requirements concerning the future direction of their educational institutions. Given these findings, the researchers advocate for further investigations into the implementation of digital citizenship within school districts, taking into account diverse facets, including school administrators and educators

    Environmental Conservation Education in the Qur’an Perspective

    This study aims to describe an overview of the concept of environmental conservation in the Koran, the urgency and conservation efforts in the Qur’an. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive research method with library research techniques. The results of the study show that environmental preservation in the Qur'an, which teaches us always to protect the environment, is contained in several verses, including QS Ar-Rum: 41-42 about Prohibition of Making Damage on Earth, QS Al A'raf: 56-58 about Caring for the environment. and QS Al-Baqarah (2): 60 about Allah providing sustenance to all humans and forbidding humans to make mischief on this earth. Then the urgency of environmental preservation, according to the Qur'an, is explained that the environment is nature where humans are in it must be preserved. This is based on human dependence on nature, and everything is created in balance, everything in nature is for the benefit of humans and nature as a source of sustenance and the efforts recommended by the Qur'an in preserving the surrounding environment, among others; planting trees for reforestation, managing dead and vacant land, keeping the environment clean and avoiding destruction and maintaining the balance of nature.

    Treatment of Millennial Generation Depression with Psychotherapy Methods: Analysis Study of Tafsir Al-Jawāhir fī Tafsīri Al-Qur'ān Al-Karīm

    This research found that the millennial generation is considered vulnerable to mental disorders due to the increasingly rapid competition in this modern era. This often makes millennials feel stressed and depressed. One of the treatments is psychotherapy. Meanwhile, the object of his research refers to the interpretation in the style of knowledge, namely the interpretation written by Tantawi Jauhari. The type of research used in this study is qualitative and uses an analytic descriptive approach. It aims to find the unique side of the mufassir's interpretation in interpreting the Qur'an verses with a scientific style. So, in this case, the author tries to analyse the interpretation of Al-Jawāhir fī Tafsīri Al-Qur'ān al-Karīm, which is related to psychotherapy in treating depression in the millennial generation. This research shows that the interpretation of Al-Jawāhir fī Tafsīri Al-Qur'ān al-Karīm, which has an Ilmi style, has several opinions discussing psychology. The conclusion is that the treatment of millennial generation depression using psychotherapy methods, both psychological or psychiatric approaches and religious approaches, are two approaches that are interrelated and cannot be separated

    Participatory Leadership and Teacher Motivation in Improving School Quality

    This study describes the effect of participatory leadership and teacher work motivation on school quality. This study uses a quantitative paradigm of survey methods. This research was conducted on teachers at MIN 26 Aceh Utara. The population is 30 with a total sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using regression analysis started with descriptive analysis, calculation of the prerequisites of analysis (normality, linearity, and homogeneity), and continued with hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that there are: (1) The direct effect of participatory leadership on school quality is significant, based on the level of significance (Sig = 0.000) and the correlation coefficient of 85.3%; (2) teachers' work motivation on school quality with a correlation coefficient of 64.2%; (3) participatory leadership and teacher work motivation simultaneously affect school quality by 86%. This study concludes that participatory leadership and teacher work motivation affect school quality. The implication is that more effective participatory leadership and high work motivation of teachers will affect the increasing quality of schools.

    Management Information System is a system designed to provide information to support decision-making on management activities (planning, implementing, organising and controlling) within an organisation. Understanding management information systems based on information technology, including understanding the concept of information systems, information use, and the value of information. System boundaries have been determined by encouraging the quality of the system's work. The work process in each system produces a continuous result (output) and an evaluation system through feedback treatment. The sense is that if the output contains information contrary to the organisation's achievements, it will become input in the system. If the system has received the results of the feedback, the system will make the necessary revisions and adjustments so that the output is consistent with its original purpose. Then with the rapid advancement of technology, The ability of an educator must be able to tame technology so that they can become slaves or tools, not enslaved by technology. This research aims to identify Islamic education management information systems and their concepts and implementation processes in Islamic educational institutions. The research results are: Implementation of existing information systems in schools, and  the community feels the output of the implementation of the information system. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews with related educational institutions

    Financial Management of Students with Special Needs in Increasing Guardian Trust

    Children with special needs must be educated informally and formally to develop their intellectual skills. Before putting children with special needs into school, parents need to find the right school by looking at various aspects, one of which is related to financing and financial management. In this case, researchers conducted research at the ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo Special School to know the school's financial management in order to be able to increase the trust of student guardians. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Researchers obtained data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of the problem in this study is financial management, financing, and the trust of student guardians at 'Aisyiyah Ponorogo Special School. Based on the data obtained, the financial management of students with special needs at ‘Aisyiyah Ponorogo Special School is carried out by making a budget plan, clear transparency of funds to student guardians, and evaluation meetings at the end of each school budget year. Sources of funds were obtained from voluntary donations from students, assistance from the Ponorogo Regency Education Office, the Smart Indonesia Program, and the 'Aisyiyah Foundation
