    APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS USING THE LEARNING ORGANIZATION APPROACH: A CASE STUDY OF DARUNNAJAH INSTITUTE AND UNIVERSITY IN INDONESIA

    This study investigates the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Islamic educational institutions, specifically focusing on Darunnajah Institute and University in Indonesia, utilizing the Learning Organization (LO) approach. The study aims to explore how AI can enhance the educational process while maintaining the core spiritual and moral values of Islamic education. A qualitative research methodology was employed, which included stages of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion, to select studies that examine AI’s potential in personalized learning, religious practices, and ethical challenges within Islamic education.The findings highlight AI’s capacity to improve academic performance, streamline administrative processes, and support personalized learning paths. However, the study emphasizes the importance of balancing technological advancements with the preservation of Islamic values. AI tools, such as real-time feedback for Quranic recitation, show promising outcomes in cognitive development but cannot replace human educators' roles in fostering moral and spiritual growth. Ethical concerns, including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency, are critical to ensuring AI's alignment with Islamic principles.The study proposes a hybrid model of AI integration that combines technology with traditional teaching methods. Future research should focus on developing ethical frameworks for AI, especially regarding privacy and algorithmic fairness, and explore further how AI can enhance both academic and character development in Islamic education. This research contributes to the literature on AI in Islamic education and provides practical insights for institutions aiming to adopt AI while preserving their religious and ethical foundations

    Penguatan Kewirausahaan Sosial dalam Pelaku UMKM: Integrasi Teknik Sipil dan Konseling untuk Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Alam

    This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) actors in Kelurahan Iringmulyo, focusing on the development of social entrepreneurship based on natural resource management and clean water management. The program combined interdisciplinary expertise in social entrepreneurship, civil engineering (water management), and counseling to provide a holistic approach to capacity building. The activities included training on social entrepreneurship, practical techniques for sustainable water management, and counseling sessions aimed at improving teamwork and entrepreneurial motivation. A total of 15 participants from the local SME community were involved in the program. Pre- and post-test evaluations showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of social entrepreneurship and water management, with an average improvement of 35% and 40%, respectively. The counseling sessions also had a positive impact on the participants’ teamwork and motivation, with 85% of participants reporting increased confidence and a better understanding of the importance of collaboration in managing social enterprises. The program demonstrated positive results in empowering the participants by enhancing their entrepreneurial skills and providing them with the tools to manage natural resources efficiently. The ongoing mentoring and collaboration with external partners will ensure the sustainability of the knowledge and skills acquired during the program, contributing to the long-term development of the community.     Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Skema Pegabdian Masyarakat Pemula dengan judul Pelatihan Penggunaan Sistem Running Text berbasis Internet Of Thins (IoT) untuk  pengumuman dan informasi  bagi siswa siswi guru dan staff di SMA Bhayangkari bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa siswi staff dan guru tentang penggunaan Internet Of Thins (IoT) di sekolah. Sekolah ini dipilih karena mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk pengembangan teknologi di tingkat sekolah, Meskipun ada kendala dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan perangkat Internet Of Thins (IoT) tersebut. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan teknologi informasi di lingkungan Sekolah, Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengetahuan tentang Penggunaan Sistem Running Text berbasis Internet Of Thins (IoT) untuk  pengumuman dan informasi sekolah menggunakan aplikasi android yang terhubung dengan wirelles Fidelity (Wifi) di tingkat sekolah, serta peningkatan keterampilan teknologi informasi. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi android dalam mengatur running text. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pelatihan pendekatan metode ini yaitu tim mengadakan pendampingan dan pelatihan dengan praktik dan simulasi. Luaran yang ingin dicapai yaitu: siswa siswi staff dan guru dapat menguasai aplikasi Internet Of Thins (IoT) seperti menggunakan running text.Kegiatan ini dilakukan di aula SMA Bhayangkari, dihadiri oleh Kepala Sekolah Guru Staff serta Siswa Siswi SMA Bhayangkari Kotabumi Lampung Utara

    Sholat dhuha merupakan kegiatan yang dapat memberikan penguatan akan permasalahan yang terjadi di sekolah, seperti adanya keterlambatan peserta didik, kurangnya kedisiplinan, kurangnya kesadaran dalam beribadah, dan masih banyaknya peserta didik yang belum tertib dalam berwudhu di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan sholat dhuha dan dampaknya bagi kedisiplinan perserta didik di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. Pendekatan penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Informan penelitian ini adalah guru bidang keagamaan, guru bidang kesiswaan dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan penyelenggaraan program sholat dhuha di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang ini memberikan solusi akan kedisiplinan peserta didik, dengan Implementasi Program Sholat Dhuha Berjamaah untuk Membentuk Sikap Disiplin Peserta Didik dan indicator keberhasilan 1). Peserta didik datang tepat waktu; 2). Adanya peningkatan ketakwaan pada peserta didik yang dapat dilihat melalui pembiasaan sholat dhuha dan proses dalam belajar; dan 3). Mengumpulkan tugas tepat waktu. Pelaksanaan sholat dhuha dilakukan pukul 07.00 pagi yang mana peserta didik diharapkan sudah berwudhu dari rumah untuk efesiennya waktu. Sebeleum Sholat, guru mengkoordinir peserta didik menuju masjid dan melakukan absensi kehadiran.Dhuha prayer is an activity that can provide reinforcement for problems that occur in schools, such as the tardiness of students, lack of discipline, lack of awareness in worship, and there are still many students who have not been orderly in ablution at school. This study aims to describe the application of dhuha prayer and its impact on student discipline at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. The research approach that researchers use is qualitative with the type of case study. The informants of this research are religious teachers, student affairs teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the dhuha prayer program at MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang provides a solution to the discipline of students, with the Implementation of the Congregational Dhuha Prayer Program to Form Disciplinary Attitudes of Learners and success indicators 1). Learners come on time; 2). There is an increase in piety in students which can be seen through the habituation of dhuha prayers and the process of learning; and 3). Collecting assignments on time. The implementation of dhuha prayers is carried out at 07.00 in the morning where students are expected to have wudhu from home for time afficiency.     Pengaruh Tingkat Kekerasan Biomassa Terhadap Kualitas Bio-Oil (TAR)

    Dunia secara global memiliki masalah tentang penggunaan energi fosil. Masalah tersebut, memiliki dampak yang cukup besar bagi kehidupan mahluk hidup. Dampak penggunaan energi fosil antara lain krisis energi, pemanasan global, perubahan iklim. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perlu adanya langkah yang tepat yaitu energi terbarukan. Energi terbarukan memiliki potensi yang besar sebagai pengganti energi fosil. Sumber energi terbarukan yang masih belum tersentuh adalah biomassa. Produk konversi biomassa menjadi energi secara umum adalah arang dan bio-oil. Pada penelitian ini, melakukan eksperimen pembuatan bio-oil dari cangkang, serabut dan daun kelapa. Tetapi, penelitian menekankan pengaruh pada tingkat kekerasan dan uji proksimat biomassa terhadap kualitas bio-oil. Bio-oil hasil proses pirolisis pada suhu 500 oC selama 3 jam dianalisis antara lain rendemen arang, densitas, viskositas, volume dan nilai kalori bio-oil.  Cangkang kelapa memiliki nilai kekerasan tertinggi sebesar 62.5 HD sebelum pirolisis. Dari hasil uji proksimat, cangkang kelapa memiliki nilai kadar air (11,56%), Volatil (63,77 %), Abu (0,96 %) dan karbon terikat (23,69%). Berdasarkan uraian hasil dan pembahasan, ternyata tingkat kekerasan dan kandungan zat pada biomassa memiliki pengaruh terhadap karakteristik bio-oil yang dihasilkan

    EKSPLORASI LITERASI DIGITAL PADA SISWA BOARDING SCHOOL DI MTS DARUL ULUM ISLAMIC SCHOOL

    Penerapan literasi digital di sekolah berbasis pesantren, seperti MTs Darul Ulum Islamic School, menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang tersendiri, mengingat karakteristik sekolah yang menggabungkan pendidikan agama dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan literasi digital di MTs Darul Ulum, mengkaji bagaimana siswa boarding school berinteraksi dengan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran dan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun penerapan literasi digital di MTs Darul Ulum sudah menunjukkan kemajuan, terdapat tantangan seperti kesenjangan keterampilan digital antar siswa dan kebutuhan pelatihan lebih lanjut bagi guru. Beberapa solusi yang diusulkan antara lain pelatihan rutin bagi guru,dan program bimbingan untuk siswa yang kesulitan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Literasi digital di MTs Darul Ulum tidak hanya mengajarkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga mengajarkan etika dan keamanan digital yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, sehingga siswa dapat menjadi individu yang bijak dalam berinteraksi di dunia digital. Keberhasilan penerapan literasi digital memerlukan kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan keterampilan digital siswa.The implementation of digital literacy in Islamic boarding school-based schools, such as MTs Darul Ulum Islamic School, presents its own challenges and opportunities, considering the characteristics of schools that combine religious education and technology. This research aims to explore the application of digital literacy at MTs Darul Ulum, examining how boarding school students interact with technology in the learning process and their daily lives. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, through observation, interviews and literature study. The research results show that although the implementation of digital literacy at MTs Darul Ulum has shown progress, there are challenges such as gaps in digital skills between students and the need for further training for teachers. Some of the proposed solutions include regular training for teachers, and guidance programs for students who have difficulty using technology. Digital literacy at MTs Darul Ulum not only teaches technical skills, but also teaches digital ethics and security in accordance with Islamic values, so that students can become wise individuals in interacting in the digital world. Successful implementation of digital literacy requires collaboration between teachers, students and parents to create an environment that supports the development of students' digital skills

    An incinerator is a machine designed to process solid waste through high-temperature combustion technology. Continuous combustion may lead to corrosion, which is often considered an inevitable problem. The purpose of this study is to investigate how combustion duration and corrosive media affect the corrosion rate. The research method employed was an experimental design involving the heating of material. Tests were conducted to analyze the effect of combustion time and corrosive media in the incinerator chamber on the corrosion rate. The material used was ASTM A36 steel with dimensions of 70 mm × 50 mm × 5 mm. The corrosive media employed were rainwater, H₂SO₄, and HCl. The material was heated at 700 °C for 3, 5, and 7 hours. The immersion time in corrosive media was 30 minutes, followed by a cooling period of 7 days. The results indicated that the highest corrosion rate occurred at a combustion time of 7 hours. Thus, the longer the combustion time, the greater the reaction, resulting in an increased corrosion rate. The use of different corrosive media also influenced the corrosion rate. It was found that the highest corrosion rate was 0.00534 mm/year after 7 hours of heating in HCl solution, while the lowest corrosion rate was approximately 0.00077 mm/year in rainwater after 3 hours of heating. Therefore, prolonged heating not only enhances the reaction but also significantly increases the corrosion rate

    SPEECH ACTS IN STUDENTS PODCAST: PRAGMATIC INSIGHTS FOR EFL TEACHING

    This study examined the use of speech acts in student-produced podcasts to explore how English as a Foreign Language learners developed pragmatic competence in authentic communication. The research was motivated by the gap between classroom instruction and students’ ability to use English appropriately in real contexts. The objective was to identify the types of speech acts employed, analyze their communicative functions, and highlight pedagogical implications. A qualitative descriptive approach with discourse analysis was applied. Data consisted of two podcasts produced by second-semester Communication Science students at IISIP YAPIS Biak, Papua. The recordings were transcribed, segmented into utterances, and coded according to Searle’s five categories of speech acts. To support interpretation, frequencies and percentages were calculated descriptively to show the relative dominance of each type. The findings revealed that representatives, directives, and expressives were most frequently used, while commissives were rare and declarations were absent. Students used speech acts strategically to open and close interactions, guide questioning, elaborate on ideas, and build rapport. The study concluded that podcast production provided a meaningful platform for practicing pragmatic competence, allowing students to balance formality and informality, sustain interaction, and develop interpersonal awareness. The findings implied that integrating podcasts into language learning can enrich communicative practice and bridge classroom learning with authentic use of English

    Pengaruh Globalisasi terhadap Bahasa Indonesia

    Globalisasi merupakan fenomena multidimensional yang membawa perubahan besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam bidang kebahasaan. Dalam konteks Indonesia, globalisasi memengaruhi cara masyarakat menggunakan, menilai, dan melestarikan Bahasa Indonesia sebagai simbol identitas nasional. Fenomena ini tidak hanya berdampak pada pola komunikasi, tetapi juga pada pembentukan sikap bahasa dan keberlanjutan eksistensi Bahasa Indonesia di tengah arus budaya global .Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan pustaka (library research), yaitu menelusuri berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan artikel akademik yang relevan dengan topik pengaruh globalisasi terhadap Bahasa Indonesia. Sumber data diperoleh dari jurnal nasional terakreditasi yang membahas perubahan penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia di era digital dan dampak globalisasi terhadap identitas kebahasaan. Beberapa di antaranya adalah yang menyoroti pengaruh globalisasi terhadap pola berbahasa remaja Indonesia.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa globalisasi memberikan dampak positif terhadap Bahasa Indonesia, di antaranya adalah perluasan jangkauan penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia di ranah internasional, peningkatan kosakata melalui istilah serapan dari bahasa asing, serta munculnya variasi bahasa baru yang mencerminkan kreativitas generasi muda. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Bahasa Indonesia terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi komunikasi. Sebagaimana dijelaskan oleh (Aqila et al., 2024), globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi digital berperan besar dalam memperluas ruang interaksi Bahasa Indonesia di dunia maya.Namun demikian, globalisasi juga menimbulkan dampak negatif yang cukup signifikan. Antara lain, terjadi penurunan penggunaan bahasa baku, meningkatnya penggunaan bahasa campuran (code mixing dan code switching), serta melemahnya identitas kebangsaan terutama di kalangan generasi muda.Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberlangsungan Bahasa Indonesia di era global menuntut komitmen nasional yang kuat dalam bidang pendidikan bahasa, penerapan Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI), serta penguatan konten digital berbahasa Indonesia sebagai strategi utama menjaga eksistensinya. Kolaborasi antara lembaga kebahasaan, institusi pendidikan, dan media digital diperlukan agar Bahasa Indonesia dapat tetap relevan, bermartabat, dan berdaya saing di tengah arus globalisasi yang cepat dan tak terhindarkan

    Effect of Current Variation on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of GTAW-Welded SS400 Steel

    Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) or Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding employs a tungsten electrode and argon shielding gas to protect the molten metal from atmospheric contamination, resulting in strong and permanent joints. SS400 steel, widely used due to its favorable mechanical properties, can be welded using this method. However, weld quality is strongly influenced by variations in welding current. Too low a current leads to shallow penetration, while excessive current may cause defects and microstructural damage. This study aims to analyze the effect of GTAW current variation on the tensile strength, hardness, and microstructure of SS400 steel with different thicknesses (1.2 mm, 5 mm, and 6 mm). A total of 27 specimens were tested using an experimental method. Tensile strength was evaluated with a universal testing machine, hardness was measured using the Rockwell test, and microstructure was analyzed through metallography. The results show that hardness and tensile strength values are affected by the combination of welding current and plate thickness. Lower current increases hardness, while higher current reduces it. Yield strength and tensile strength decrease with increasing current and thickness due to higher heat input, while elongation varies depending on plate conditions. The microstructure reveals that martensite forms only in medium-thickness plates (5 mm), whereas thin and thick plates are dominated by ferrite and pearlite with grain growth at higher currents
