Studi Literature Model Problem Based Learning
Get PDFOne method that can help students in the learning process is problem based learning. Problem based learning is one of the constructivist learning flow models that requires students to observe the reality contained in everyday life. The purpose of writing this paper is to dig deeper based on a literature study on the definition of problem based learning, characteristics of problem based learning, theoretical basis of problem based learning, steps of problem based learning, evaluation of problem based learning, advantages and disadvantages of problem based learning. From various written sources, it can be concluded that learning Problem Based Learning is obtained some basic values that must be developed by the teacher in enlivening the learning atmosphere, here the teacher does not only act as the main subject in learning but on the other hand the teacher must involve students so that students' critical thinking skills can develop
Learning Management In The Development Of Social Skills For Madrasah Aliyah Students (qualitative analytical descriptive study on man 1 and man 2 tasikmalaya regency)
Get PDFThe background of this research is the weakness of teacher learning management in fostering students' social skills which implies the low ability of students to build oral and written communication. The focus of the problem is how to improve teacher learning management so that the development of students' social skills is increased, especially in building student's oral and written communication optimally. The purpose of the study was to find out the management of teacher learning at MAN Tasikmalaya Regency in the form of policies for planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, learning problems and solutions in fostering students' social skills. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive method. Data obtained from interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis uses individual case data analysis techniques and cross-case data analysis (cruss-cases analysis). Checking the validity of the data is carried out through member checks, and discussions with colleagues based on the findings obtained, Learning Management at MAN 1 Tasikmalaya Regency partially has similarities with both holding scientific learning and authentic assessment referring to the 2013 curriculum and Education System Law number 20 of 2003. Learning planning in fostering students' social skills is carried out at the beginning of each school year through madrasa work meetings with the agenda of compiling and establishing operational curricula, syllabus development, preparation of annual programs (Prota), semester programs (Prosem) , learning implementation plans (RPP), preparation of teaching materials by each subject teacher, and subject cluster teams, preparation of supervision or learning evaluation tools. Organizing learning in fostering students' social skills is carried out through mapping the duties of subject teachers and extracurricular coaches, scheduling, fulfilling workloads and additional teacher assignments. The implementation of learning in social skills development is carried out through scientific learning management where students as learning subjects can observe, ask questions, collect information, associate, communicate learning materials. Supervision of learning through authentic assessments during the learning process takes place to measure students' abilities in building question-and-answer communication, reasoning, making stories orally and in writing. The development of students' social skills is carried out through oral and written communication in the management of scientific learning and authentic assessment of intracurricular and extracurricular activities can run well, although there are still shortcomings and weaknesses. Problems that arise in learning management in fostering students' social skills are accommodated through follow-up plans (RTL) and solutions for preparation for improvement of learning activities in fostering students' social skills to achieve further goals on an ongoing basis
Design and Implementation of Economics Teaching Module Based on Discovery Learning, Its Effect on Students' Critical Thinking Ability
Get PDFIn 2021, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia will begin to promote an independent curriculum. This curriculum was developed to support the recovery of learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On the other hand, students in the 21st century also need to be empowered with critical thinking skills. So that relevant learning tools are needed to improve students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to produce an economics learning module based on discovery learning in an independent curriculum to improve students' critical thinking skills. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg & Gall model. The instruments used in this study were expert validation sheets and critical thinking skills tests given to students in class X6 and X7 at the State Senior High School 5 Taruna Brawijaya, Kediri City. Based on the results of the validation of module experts and material experts on the products developed, the average value of 91.5% indicates that the discovery learning-based economics teaching module is very feasible to be used in the learning process. Meanwhile, based on the results of the independent sample t-test in the Equal variances section, it is assumed that the sig value is known. (2-tailed) of 0.000<0.05. So it can be said that there is a significant difference between the average student learning outcomes in the post-test experimental class and post-test control class. Based on the output descriptive statistics table, it is also known that the average score for the experimental class post-test is 89.50, while the control class post-test is 85.30. So it can be said that this product is effectively used in learning based on the results of the post-test in the experimental class which shows a higher score than the control class. Therefore, it is recommended that the class X economics teacher use this teaching module as an alternative support in the learning process
Analysis Of Productive Behavior of Underprivileged Families in Sindetanyar Village, Besuk District, Probolinggo Regency
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the productive behavior of underprivileged families in utilizing social assistance from the Hope Family Program or PKH. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. The location of this research is in Sindetayar Village, Besuk District, Probolinggo Regency. The selection of these informants used a snowball sampling approach with 10 informants. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the work owned by underprivileged families is only sufficient for basic needs and the PKH assistance provided by the government does not change the behavior patterns of underprivileged families who are more likely to use the social assistance to cover debts or buy consumptive good
The Influence of Brand Ambassador and Social Media Marketing on Purchase Intention Through Brand Image (Study on Consumers " Sang Dewa Snack")
Get PDFBrand ambassadors and social media marketing are effective marketing strategies in promotions to encourage purchases. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of brand ambassadors and social media marketing on purchase intention through the brand image of Sang Dewa consumers. This study uses a descriptive explanatory quantitative approach. The population of this research is prospective consumers of Sang Dewa, the sampling technique used purposive sampling totaling 198 respondents. Data analysis of this research was carried out using the SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) method using WarpPLS 7.0 software, descriptive analysis and Sobel test. The results show that: 1) brand ambassadors have a positive and significant direct effect on brand image & purchase intention 2) social media marketing has a direct positive and significant effect on brand image & purchase intention 3) brand image has a direct positive and significant effect on purchase intention 4) brand ambassador has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through brand image 5) social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through brand image. Based on the results of this study, the researcher provides suggestions, namely adjusting product characteristics with brand ambassador figures and carrying out more effective promotional activities
The Effect of E-Service Quality on E-Customer Loyalty with E-WOM and Brand Image as Mediating Variables (Study on Shopee Food Consumers in Malang City)
Get PDFThe development of the world of business and trade cannot be separated from technological advances. Applications for ordering food and beverages facilitate consumers to order online by using smartphone when they do not have much time to come directly to the store (offline). The aim of this study is that to find out Shopee Food Indonesia, which will be a strong competitor for other food and beverage service companies. This study was a quantitative research using SPSS 25. The populations in this study were consumers who used Shopee Food with a sample of 280 respondents. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used path analysis and Sobel test. The results of the description analysis of the E-Service Quality variable on E-Customer Loyalty with E-WOM and Brand Image resulted in a value in the very good category. The results of this study show that (1) E-Service Quality is proven to have a direct positive and significant effect on E-WOM. (2) E-Service Quality is proven to have a direct positive and significant effect on Brand Image. (3) E-Service Quality is proven to have a direct positive and significant effect on E-Customer Loyalty. (4) E-Service Quality is proven to have a direct positive and significant effect on E-Customer Loyalty. (5) E-Service Quality is proven to have a direct positive and significant effect on E-Customer Loyalty. (6) E-WOM is able to mediate the relationship between the influence of E-Service Quality on E-Customer Loyalty. (7) Brand Image is able to mediate the relationship between the influence of E-Service Quality on E-Customer Loyalty. The suggestions for Shopee Food Indonesia is that it should improve the quality of the system, merchants and employees; besides, stay active on all social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. It is expected that with social media, it can provide information between companies and consumers
The Influence of 21st Century Skills On Readiness Career Of Accounting 4.0
Get PDFThe Industrial Revolution 4.0 is marked by technological advances in various fields, such as artificial intelligence, supercomputers, smart robots, cloud computing, big data systems, and genetic engineering that allows humans to further optimize brain function. Industrial revolution 4.0 is predicted to have a significant and extraordinary impact on various aspects, especially on products, supply chains, consumers, and workers. Accountants are one of the workers or professions that are disrupted. In preparing for their careers, accountants should prepare themselves by honing soft skills and be able to adapt to changes that occur, so that the 4.0 revolution is not a challenge but an opportunity in the future. Soft skills that will be discussed in this study refer to 21st-century skills. 21st-century skills are divided into learning skills, literacy skills, and life skills. This study uses a closed survey instrument, this study collects data from four universities in Malang City. The research hypothesis was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). The data analysis used in this research is the outer model (measurement model) and the inner model (structural model). The results showed that learning skills, literacy skills, and life skills affected students' readiness for careers to become accountants 4.0. Gender and education programs also show an influence on students' readiness for careers to become accountants 4.
The Effect of Organizational, Individual, and Job Characteristics on Organizational Commitment with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Study on Employees of PT. Sukses Mantap Sejahtera (SMS) Dompu Regency)
Get PDFThis study aims to explain the effect of organizational characteristics, individual characteristics, and job characteristics on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Success Steady Prosperous Dompu Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a population of 300 people. The sample used in this study used a census technique which took the total number of samples as respondents, which was 300 people. Data analysis techniques were used in this study, namely descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and path analysis (Path Analysis) using the SPSS version 26 program. From the test results obtained results 1) Organizational Characteristics have a direct and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000. 2) Individual Characteristics have a direct and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with a significance value of 0.032. 3) Job characteristics have a direct and significant effect on job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.009. 4) Job Satisfaction has a direct and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a significance value of 0.022. 5) Organizational Characteristics have a direct and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a significance value of 0.000. 6) Individual Characteristics have a direct and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a significance value of 0.045. 7) Job characteristics have a direct and significant effect on Organizational Commitment with a significance value of 0.012. 8) Organizational characteristics have an indirect and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction with a significance value of 0.004. 9) Individual characteristics have an indirect and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction with a significance value of 0.008. 10) Job Characteristics have an indirect and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction with a significance value of 0.006
The Meaning of Implementation of Pancasila Economic Education for the People of Kota Probolinggo

Pancasila, which is a moral bulwark for the nation's successors, seems to have been narrowed down to democratic education but lacks moral education. The existing development in Indonesia, which should displace existing poverty, actually displaces the poor. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. This research was conducted in Dusun Mantong, Kelurahan Sumbertaman, Kota Probolinggo. The selection of informants carried out in the study was carried out by various criteria using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that most people have implemented economic education that is following the values of Pancasila well. This is evidenced by looking at the economic behavior of children following the values of Pancasila, one example is that children behave honestly in every economic activity. The purpose of this study is that human resources in the family behave economically with insight and based on the values of Pancasila
Principal's Leadership Contribution And Work Motivation On Teacher's Work Discipline State Vocational School Of Padang City
Get PDFBased on the pre-survey in the field, it is illustrated that the work discipline of Padang City State Vocational School teachers is still not good. This is thought to have something to do with the principal's leadership and the work motivation of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to test its validity. This study aims to reveal the contribution of principals' leadership and work motivation to the work discipline of Padang City State Vocational High School teachers. The hypotheses proposed in this study are: (1) principal leadership contributes to teacher work discipline, (2) work motivation contributes to teacher work discipline, (3) principal leadership and work motivation jointly contribute to teacher work discipline. The population in this study were all teachers of State Vocational Schools in Padang City, amounting to 277 people. The research sample amounted to 78 people who were taken with the Stratified proportional random sampling technique, taking into account the strata of the service period. The research instrument used is a rating scale and a Likert Scale model questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The research data were analyzed by correlation and regression techniques. The results of data analysis show that: (1) principal leadership contributes to teacher work discipline by 28%, (2) work motivation contributes to teacher work discipline by 22. 7%, (3) principal leadership and work motivation together contribute to the work discipline of teachers by 47. 3%. The achievement level of teacher work discipline scores of 91. 34% is in the very high category, and for principals' leadership 88. 14% is in the good category while for teacher work motivation is 87. 27 of the ideal score is in the high category. The findings above imply that the principal's leadership and work motivation are two factors that can improve teacher work discipline, in addition to other factors
