The Importance Of Understanding And Application Of Marketing Strategies For Household Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (Msme) Products On Social Media Networks
With the development of increasingly sophisticated technology and communication, social media tends to be used as the main pillar in delivering information digitally, communicating in business, helping product marketing, communicating with customers and suppliers, and reducing costs that must be incurred conventionally. Social media that are usually used are those that are open and whose existence is recognized by the wider community and are made in various forms of platforms with a structured system or known as social media networks. One of the users of the social media network is household MSME actors, especially those affected by Covid-19 which has caused a decrease in the number of buyers in MSME businesses. With easy and fast access to social media networks, MSME actors are expected to be bolder in promoting their products because there is no time limit on their use and the wide range of product marketing areas to the global market, thus making social media networks an effective marketing medium. However, household MSME products still have obstacles in penetrating the export market, namely obstacles in quality standards. To overcome this, household MSME actors need to understand and apply marketing strategies that support efforts to increase competitiveness by using social media networks in the face of increasingly fierce business competition. MSME actors must also make extensive use of social media networks in developing their businesses so that they can progress quickly and be ready globally. The Role of Counseling Guidance Teachers for Children with Special Needs in Special Schools in Dharmasraya Regency
This research was carried out with the aim of seeing how important counseling and guidance services are in special schools, especially for children with special needs. As well as seeing the main role of counseling guidance teachers to provide counseling guidance services to children with special needs. The main tasks of the guidance and counseling teacher are: organizer, informer, motivator, facilitator, evaluator, mediator, transmitter, initiator, and director. Looking at the task of the counseling guidance teacher, it can be seen that the counseling guidance teacher is able to provide services to students with special needs in special schools. Based on literature studies from journal reviews and articles, it is clear that students with special needs in special schools need counseling guidance teachers to help students face problems in the learning process, student interaction, socialization, as well as in dealing with any obstacles and obstacles faced. Teachers can interact with children with special needs according to different characteristics. Guidance and counseling teachers can act as intermediaries between parents and students with special needs, consulting on matters such as increasing students' motivation to study at home, as well as providing interesting home study tricks and strategies for students with special need
Language Kinship of English, German, and Dutch: A Comparative Historical Linguistic Study
English, German, and Dutch belong to the Indo-European language family and the Germanic language subgroup. So there is an assumption regarding the existence of kinship of these three languages, which also could be seen in the fact that there are some similarities in the form and meaning. This makes the researchers analyze how the relationship between English, German, and Dutch is and how far the level of kinship of the three languages is. This research is a quantitative research using qualitative descriptive method and lexicostatistical technique. Lexicostatistics is a technique in grouping languages that tends to prioritize statistical observation of words (lexicon), and then tries to determine the grouping based on the percentage of similarities and differences between one language and another. By using 200 Swadesh’s basic vocabulary as an analytical material, 4 identical data and 102 similar data were found. The results of lexicostatistical calculations showed that the percentage of kinship of English (BI), German (BJ), and Dutch (BB) is 53%. From this calculation, it is determined that the linguistic status of these three languages is classified as languages of the family
The Effect Of Entrepreneurship Education, Self-Efficiency, and Gender On Entrepreneurship Intention Through Entrepreneurship Attitude ( Study in Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics Universitas Negeri Makassar)
The highest unemployment rate is caused by the educated group which is a phenomenon of the low interest in entrepreneurship among Indonesian youth which is a problem. The way to overcome unemployment is to increase interest in entrepreneurship. The fact shows that students who have attended entrepreneurship education will provide the development of entrepreneurial intentions that need to be learned. This study is to investigate the entrepreneurial intention of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Malang that the entrepreneurial intention is a factor by using the variables of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy, gender, and entrepreneurial attitude variables as a mediation. Descriptive quantitative research using SPSS. Entrepreneurial intention variable (Y), independent variable is entrepreneurship education (X1), self-efficacy (X2) and gender (X3) while the mediating variable is entrepreneurial attitude (Z). The results of this study indicate that (1) entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions has a significant influence, (2) self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions has a significant influence, (3) gender on entrepreneurial intentions has a significant influence, (4) entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intentions Entrepreneurship mediated by entrepreneurial attitudes has a significant effect, (5) self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions mediated by entrepreneurial attitudes has a significant influence, (6) gender on entrepreneurial intentions mediated by entrepreneurial attitudes has a significant influence, (7) entrepreneurial attitudes on intentions entrepreneurship has a significant influence
Relationship between Open Unemployment Rate, Employment Opportunity Rate, Dependency Ratio and Economic Growth in Indonesia
In this study, it analyzes the dynamics of employment in Indonesia before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors, especially the employment sector in Indonesia. This study used the variables of open unemployment rate, employment opportunity, dependency ratio and economic growth. This study used dynamic analysis with the vector error correction model (VECM) method with the research year 1987-2021. The results of this study explain that GDP has a long-term effect on changes in the value of the dependency ratio, the Employment Opportunity Rate has a coefficient of 430.7657 in Lag 1 which can be interpreted to mean that if there is an increase in the value of the Employment Opportunity Rate by 1% in the previous year, it will reduce the dependence ratio in the long term. the variable open unemployment rate has a coefficient of 430.6932 in Lag 1 which means that if there is an increase in the open unemployment rate of 1% in the previous year, it will increase the value of the dependency ratio in the long term. the relationship of GDP to the dependency ratio in the short term. The value of the GDP coefficient of 0.020050 in Lag 1, the figure explains that if the value of GDP increases by 1 percent in the previous year, it can encourage an increase in the value of the dependency ratio of 0.020050 percent in the current year

Bima port is a vital necessity. The progress of crossing transportation in Bima port encourages the smooth flow of goods and services. The port of Bima since the Dutch colonial era has been known as a gateway for people to enter and leave various regions in the country. Various activities for distributing basic food items are increasingly massive and intensive, making it easier to provide food, board and clothing stocks in the Bima area. As a port, this area is quite strategic in supporting sea transportation and the distribution of goods and services for the local government and the people of Bima. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a population of all employees and the public who receive services, the number of samples is 30 random sampling respondents. As a result, 13.15% of respondents answered that they were very satisfied that the distribution of basic food items was getting more massive, then 44.85 percent of respondents answered that they were satisfied, and respondents who answered quite satisfied were 42.00% and respondents who answered dissatisfied were 0.00%.
