Strategies To Increase The Competence Of School Supervisors In The Department Of Education Implementation Unit (UPTD) II In Peudada District, Regency Bireuen
Key success something school very influenced by quality supervision education. Competence supervisor is wrong one factor enhancement quality education. Study this describe the strategy for increasing the competence of school supervisors at the Service Implementing Unit (UPTD)-II Education in Subdistrict Peudada Bireuen Regency. Study this use method descriptive with approach qualitative, technique collection data done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subject is the Head of UPTD, Coordinator Supervisor School, and Head of Division. Build Program. Results study show that: (1) Program enhancement competence supervisor school arranged by Head of Division. Build Program which implemented before teachings new month June until with month July with activity program including: determination of materials, methods, INSTRUMENTS, and stages for the supervisory recruitment activity plan schools, providing an understanding to supervisors regarding the procedures for implementing academic supervision and managerial, involving supervisors in training/upgrading, further education, competitions supervisor school achievers documented. (2) Implementation enhancement competence supervisor Schools that have been carried out, among others, carry out direct coaching in collaboration with the Department of Education and Culture Education and KORWASDA, select prospective school supervisors in accordance with applicable regulations applicable, involving supervisors in various training/upgrading activities and workshops. (3) Evaluation success enhancement competence supervisor school not yet own INSTRUMENT valid success. Assessment of program success is only carried out based on estimates very abstract. Wise Behavior Models in Consuming Poor Farmers' Households
The background of this research is the existence of a household that is formed to maximize needs, welfare and happiness. Making the best decisions in economic matters is one of the skills that every household must have. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. The location of this research is in Tlemang Village, Ngimbang District, Lamongan Regency. The selection of informants carried out in the study was carried out by various criteria using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation with the informants who met the research criteria. Based on this research, it can be concluded that poor farmer households in Tlemang Village are wise in their consumption. It can be said that consumption is wise because households are not consumptive and manage harvests well, including recording expenses, having a priority scale in consumption, and budgeting funds. Farmer households in Tlemang Village feel prosperous when they can wisely manage their crops to meet their daily needs.Dalam penelitian ini dilatar belakangi adanya rumah tangga yang terbentuk agar dapat memaksimalkan kebutuhan, kesejahteraan maupun kebahagiaan. Memberikan keputusan terbaik dalam masalah perekonomian merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang wajib dimiliki oleh setiap rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Lokasi dalam penelitian ini berada di Desa Tlemang Kecamatang Ngimbang Kabupaten Lamongan. Pemilihan informan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian yaitu dengan berbagai kriteria menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilaksanakan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi bersama para informan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Berdasarkan penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa rumah tangga petani miskin di Desa Tlemang sudah bijak dalam melakukan konsumsi. Dapat dikatakan bijak dalam berkonsumsi karena para rumah tangga tidak konsumtif dan mengelola hasil panen dengan baik antaranya melakukan pencatatan pengeluaran, memiliki skala prioritas dalam berkonsumsi, dan melakukan penganggaran dana. Rumah tangga petani di Desa Tlemang merasakan kesejahteraan ketika dapat bijak dalam mengelola hasil panen untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidu
Investment Law Policy in Efforts to Develop Border Regions for the Realization of a Welfare State
Its management and utilization must be in line with the constitutional mandate, namely that its management is intended for the greatest prosperity of the people. Attracting investors to invest in the regions is not an easy job because the regions are not the only players, but there are national and global factors that need to be taken into account, such as political stability, national security and resilience, the rule of law and the consistency of the regional autonomy program. Meanwhile, global factors, economic globalization and the opening of new markets are two things that business players in the region must immediately catch. The purpose of this research is to examine the investment law policy that is fair in the border area. The research method uses a normative juridical research method that is descriptive analytical. The results of the study The author argues that the influence of policy on investment activities in Indonesia is quite large, especially investment or investment which has an important role in the welfare of the community. The concept of a welfare state law must be a reflection of the state's responsibility in implementing state control which is the authority of the central government whose real goal is to maximize the welfare of the people, so that state authority by involving investors must be understood as a tool or facility to achieve that goal, so that the implementation of state control so far has not been abused and can prosper the people from the aspect of national resilience
Stress and Covid-19: Physical Education Students' Stress Levels in Completing Final Projects
This study was intended to determine the extent of student stress in completing the final project of the physical education and recreation study program, Islamic University of Riau. This study adopted a quantitative descriptive approach. The population and sample of the study were students of physical education, health, and recreation, the Islamic University of Riau in the final semester consisting of 63 people. Sampling was done by using random sampling. The procedure in the study consisted of preparing a questionnaire, validating the questionnaire, testing the questionnaire to be later validated and used as a research tool for the intended sample. Based on the results of data processing and data analysis that has been carried out, it was concluded that the symptoms of stress for final-year students of physical education, health, and recreation, Islamic University of Riau during the Covid-19 pandemic had an average of 40% and included in the mild category. Academically, based on the results of research that aims to see how far the stress level of students in completing studies during the Covid-19 pandemic, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation to overcome existing problems, both from supervisors and students themselves
Improving the Quality of Innovation Management Learning Through Project-Based Learning Methods
In the learning process, the appropriate combination of the learning model used and the participation of the parties involved in learning were expected to be able to create an appropriate quality of learning, in this case according to the invasion management course. The method used was classroom action research and using SPSS, especially to find out any changes before the use of the method and after the use of the method. The stages of classroom action research were planning, implementing actions, making observations using various research instruments used, and reflections used as evaluations. The results of this study were an increase in learning outcomes from pre-cycle, cycle 1 and to cycle 2. From class 4A pre-cycle of 77.7 increased in cycle 2 to 91.5; class 4B pre-cycle of 73.6 increased in cycle 2 to 92.4; class 4C pre-cycle of 72.8 increased in cycle 2 to 91; and pre-cycle 4D class of 74.0 increased in cycle 2 to 92.3. Furthermore, from the results of the SPSS calculation for classes 4A, 4B, 4C, and 4D, the results obtained were partial, each with the same result, they were the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05 so there was a difference before and after the use of project-based learning methods in innovation management courses

Empowerment is an effort to build community power by encouraging, motivating and awakening awareness of the potential possessed and trying to develop it. Means encouraging them to become more involved in decisions and activations that fulfill their work. Formulation of the problem in this study how the role of forestry extension agents in community empowerment and farmer group attitudes in the extension program in the Village Market Area Forest Management Unit IV Balige District Toba. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of extension workers in community empowerment and the attitude of farmer groups in forestry extension programs in Pasar Village, Forest Management Unit IV, Balige District, Toba Regency. The role of forestry extension and farmer group attitude to extension workers in community empowerment programs tend to be said to be moderate, because of some of the programs provided by extension workers are not in accordance with the wishes and needs of farmer groups, it is also influenced by extension activities are usually carried out outside the Village Market, and not all people can follow the extension activities and training provided by the forestry extension
Analysis Of Mathematical Communication Skills On The Material Of Two-Variable Linear Equation System In Smp Negeri 7 Medan
The purpose of this study was to describe the mathematical communication skills of class VIII students of a two-variable linear equation system at UPT SMP Negeri 7 Medan. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The samples taken in this study using purposive sampling were students at UPT SMP Negeri 7 Medan, namely class VIII. The instrument used in this research is a test of mathematical communication skills in the form of 4 essay questions. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques, followed by data analysis which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of student tests that have been carried out on the material of mathematical communication skills show that most students meet the indicators of mathematical communication skills. So, it can be concluded that this study shows that the overall mathematical communication ability of students is relatively high, this can be seen from the results of mathematical communication skills at the high category level of 53%, the level of the medium category of 31%, and the level of the medium category of 31%. the low category rate is 16%

The importance of quality assurance in improving school performance. The Education Unit Accreditation Instrument is a reference in the assessment of quality assurance. background of the problem, research objectives, methods used, research results. Vocational high schools still do not use the indicators on the instrument as a reference for quality assurance. The purpose of this study is to explore the completeness and feasibility of quality assurance standards at SMKN 1 Randudongkal which will be used as a basis for consideration in preparing the accreditation assessment. This research uses a case study approach. The sample in this study was determined using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study are the quality of graduates, the learning process, teachers, and school management as a source of indicators for achieving school quality. To improve the quality, schools use big data in planning, evaluation and school follow-up plans. The role of Big Data in school quality assurance is to collect all data to facilitate school quality assurance parties in assessing school performance based on four points that must be achieved in quality assurance, namely Quality of Graduates, Learning Processes, Quality of Teachers, and School Management. However, the main things that need to be developed in the graduate quality assurance process based on IASP 2020 include the need for a correct understanding of the instrument, teamwork, and the need to carry out management functions supported by leadership abilities that match the characteristics of each school.
Analysis Of The Effect Of Work Value, Morale, And Mastery Of Information Technology On The Performance Of State Junior High School Teachers In Mojokerto Regency East Java
Work values, mastery of information technology, and high morale are a unit that will shape teacher performance, where teachers are required to have a set of competencies that they must have in carrying out their profession as an educator. The objectives of this study are: to test the effect of work value on the performance of teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas and State Junior High School 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency, b) to Test the influence of morale on the performance of teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas Mojokerto Regency, c) Test the influence of mastery of information technology on the performance of teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas and State Junior High School 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency. This research was conducted on the teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas, Mojokerto Regency, which was originally estimated to be 70 teachers, but from the latest data received accompanied by a questionnaire that returned 25 people, so that the scope of the research object was developed to State Junior High School 1 Sooko which has the same characteristics as State Junior High School 2 Trawas and respondents of teachers of State Junior High School 1 Sooko totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The results showed: 1) There was a positive and significant influence between the work value on the performance of State Junior High School 2 Trawas and State Junior High School 1 Sooko Mojokerto with t counting i.e. 3.0192) There was a positive and significant influence between morale on the performance of teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas and State Junior High School 1 Sooko Mojokerto, with t counting i.e. 4,551 3) There is a positive and insignificant influence between mastery of information technology on the performance of teachers of State Junior High School 2 Trawas and State Junior High School 1 Sooko Mojokerto, with t counting i.e. 2,387
Analysis of MSME Innovation Strategies Before and After the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study of Omahan Kepanjen Coffee)
The phenomenon of the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in economic sluggishness in various sectors. The sectors affected include the MSME sector. Many business actors experienced a decrease in buyers which resulted in a decrease in sales turnover and many MSMEs closed, but there were still many MSMEs that survived and soon rose. Therefore, it is necessary to have a strategy that can make them continue to survive and increase the income turnover of MSME actors. One approach that can be taken to find opportunities and adapt to the situation is an innovation strategy-based approach. This study aims to explore the ups and downs of MSMEs by analyzing the innovation strategies carried out by MSMEs in the period before and after the Covid 19 pandemic with a case study of the Kepanjen Coffee Omahan business. The results of the study indicate that a business needs to immediately implement innovation management by taking into account the internal and external aspects of the company. The results of the innovation must be able to continue to strengthen the value proposition that can make the business strong in the long term. This can be seen from the Kopi Omahan business journey which implemented 4 types of innovation (product, process, marketing, organization), experienced growth in the pre-pandemic phase, then entered a crisis at the peak of the pandemic, and was able to bounce back when the pandemic began to subside
