Implementation Of Pandemic Prevention Policy In The Police
The purpose of this research is the implementation of the policy of Presidential Decree No. 7 of 2020 in an effort to prevent the Pandemic at the National Police Headquarters, the impact of implementing policies to prevent the spread of the Pandemic at the National Police Headquarters and the model of implementing policies at the National Police Headquarters in preventing the spread of the Pandemic. This research is qualitative because to maintain regularity and consistency. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the policies set at the National Police Headquarters is to maintain a distance and a ban on traveling out of town. Meanwhile, the impact of this implementation is the increase in the duties of personnel at the National Police Headquarters due to the implementation of social distancing protocols during the pandemic, resulting in high crime. The Merilee S. Grindle model used to assess the success of implementation is influenced by two major variables, namely the content of the policy and the implementation environment. Innovative Approaches In Tni's Territorial Development To Utilize The Demographic Dividend For The Realization Of Indonesia's Golden 2045 Vision
This research examines innovations in territorial development by the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) in response to the demographic bonus with the goal of achieving the Indonesia Emas 2045 (Golden Indonesia 2045) vision. The study explores the phenomena and approaches used in leveraging demographic potential as a means to achieve long-term national development objectives. The research findings provide insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by the TNI in implementing territorial innovations and the implications of these efforts for realizing the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision. TNI's territorial development must adopt a comprehensive and forward-looking approach. It plays a pivotal role in preparing the younger generation to contribute to the realization of the Indonesia Emas 2045 vision. Through innovative methods, empowerment, and education that emphasize positive values, the younger generation can become agents of change who are competitive, ethically grounded, and dedicated to advancing Indonesia as a developed nation and playing a significant role on the global stage
The Contributions of Principals Leadership and Climate's School to Performance of Teachers Elementary School at Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency
This research was based on a case where the result of observation by researcher in Elementary School at Kecamatan Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam that showed the low level of teacher performance. Many factors affected the teacher performances which are principal’s leadership and climate school. The purpose of this research are to know about: (1) contribution of principals leadership to teacher performance, (2) contribution of climate school to teachers performance, and (3) contribution of principals leadership and climate school are jointly to teachers performance. The method of this study is quantitative research with sample are 76 teachers at Elementary School in Kecamatan Lubuk Basung Kabupaten Agam. Sample in this research has taken by stratified proportional random sampling method. Instrument in this research using questionnaire. The results of the analysis data show that (1) principals leadership contributes significantly to teachers of 15.8%, (2) climate school contributes significantly to teachers of 50.9 %, and (3) principal’s leadership and climate school make a significant contribution to teachers performance of 54%, so the conclusion of this research are that hypothesis acceptable empirically and principal’s leadership and climate school variable are two factors that contribute to the teacher performance and 46% of the remaining influence by another factor
The Role of Law in Facing Asymmetric Warfare Through Illicit Drug Trafficking in Indonesia
Illicit drug trafficking is a global problem that spreads widely and causes extraordinary negative impacts. Illicit drug trafficking was be used as asymmetric warfare. The UN Convention of 1961 on Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances sets the international standards for drug regulation, and in Indonesia it is governed by the Law No.35 of 2009 on Narcotics. This research uses qualitative analysis method, with data collection technique in the form of literature study. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of law in asymmetric warfare through illicit drug trafficking. The results of this research shows that the role of law in asymmetric warfare through illicit drug trafficking is related to: first, drug eradication, law provides the legal basis for law enforcement to take action against illicit drug traffickers. Second, legal channel regulation, law can be used to regulate and control legal channels that are used to provide drugs needed for medical and research purposes. Third, international sanctions, law can be used to take action against countries or groups that are suspected of being involved in the drug trade. Fourth, rehabilitation and recovery, law can be used to provide legal basis for rehabilitation and recovery programs for drug victims, both individuals or society. However, as an asymmetric warfare, illegal drug trafficking is a complex issue that cannot be solved solely by relying on law. Cooperation between agencies and government, as well as community participation is needed to overcome it
Optimization of Entrepreneurship in Realizing the Profile of Pancasila Students at SMA Negeri 13 Pekanbaru Riau Province
Realizing a Pancasila student profile, of course, cannot be separated from the support of various parties in producing superior students. But so far students' interest in entrepreneurship has not been optimal and needs to be improved. One form of project activities that exist in each school that can shape the national character to achieve student profiles in Pancasila is by instilling an entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this study is to contextually describe optimizing entrepreneurship in realizing the Pancasila student profile. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. In collecting data, researchers directly interact with informants using an interview guide. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that schools that apply the independent curriculum can provide opportunities for students to develop an entrepreneurial spirit through Strengthening the Pancasila Profile with the theme of entrepreneurship, in this case, the teacher as a facilitator has optimal competence in entrepreneurship besides students gaining entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in playing an active role in the Pancasila Profile with the entrepreneurial theme
Development Of An Indonesian Student Fitness Test Application In Supporting The Design Of A National Sports Great In East Kalimantan
The aim of this research is to make it easier for teachers to implement fitness tests for Indonesian students in the East Kalimantan region, as well as to produce an application for the Indonesian Student Fitness Test to support the grand design of national sports in East Kalimantan. To find out the effectiveness of this application as a medium for implementing fitness tests for Indonesian students. In this research, the development media used is the procedural development model, because this model is descriptive, namely a procedure that outlines the steps that must be followed in producing a product. The validation score results from media experts on the product as a whole aspect are "Very Good" with a percentage of 86% and PJOK Teachers are "Very Good" with a percentage of 91%. The final product in this research is a website-based Indonesian fitness test application to make it easier for students to carry out fitness tests independently
Electronic Effects Of Word Of Mouth And Perceived Value On Blood Donor Intention: Theory Of Planned Behavior
The research aims to find out whether electronic word of mouth (E-WoM) and perceived value can be a starting factor in an effort to increase blood donor intention using the expansion of the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) to attract potential onors, especially in the West Java region. The data was collected using a questionnaire shared online with social media users who knew that the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) was an altruistic agency dealing with blood donors. Data was processed using the structural equation modelling (SEM) approach with the partial least squares method (PLS). Using the help of SmartPLS software, the research found that electronic word of mouth, emotional value, altruistic value, and functional value significantly influenced attitude and succeeded in becoming a starting factor in efforts to enhance blood donor intention. The research also revealed that social value does not support the formation of attitudes that mean people donate blood not for social recognition. The findings provide managerial implications to altruistic institutions in developing appropriate promotion strategies for recruiting potential donors based on the findings, theoretically contribute to the development of TPB theory, and are expected to be a reference for future research related to blood donor intention
Project Based Learning with an Andragogical Approach in Equality Education Package C: a Review
Equality education of package C is part of non-formal education which provides opportunities for people who do not or have not had the opportunity to obtain high school level education in schools to be able to acquire knowledge in order to develop their knowledge and abilities. One of the successes in learning activities lies in the learning model used by educators to their students. The learning model used by educators must certainly be able to arouse enthusiasm for learning, raise critical thinking skills, develop the potential of students. Project based learning is a learning model that can be applied by educators to their students by providing projects that can be carried out together in a group that can direct them to be more active, creative in the learning process. Andragogy is a learning approach that views students as adults with all the consequences (rich experience, having a certain self-image, a certain readiness to learn, and so on). Project based learning based on the andragogy approach is a learning model in which students are given a project to solve their problems based on certain aspects of self-concept, experience, readiness to learn. This study emphasizes that the project based learning model based on the andragogy approach is good for use in learning in equality education of package C which can create students who have the ability to think critically, collaboratively, innovatively (21st century learning skills). Giving projects in learning activities in package C will be more meaningful if it is carried out with an andragogical approach which emphasizes more flexibility in implementing learning rules that are in accordance with student goals
The Role Of Citizenship Education In Efforts To Instill Democratic Values
Citizenship Education is able to instill democratic values in young citizens and society. This shows that today's democratic values are able to optimally nurture the younger generation and society so that awareness as citizens of their duties and responsibilities can be carried out properly. The inculcation of democratic values is more effectively implemented through the role of subjects in schools, one of which is Citizenship Education. One of the subjects' missions is to instill democratic values. The inculcation of democratic values aims to form citizens who are aware of their rights and obligations so that they are able to resolve problems peacefully and are able to respect togetherness. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative. The results of the role of Citizenship Education in an effort to instill democratic values include: 1) Embedding democratic values in the preparation of lesson plans, 2) Embedding democratic values in a sense of unity and integrity, 3) Assessment based on the assessment of the attitude of independence and 4) The role of Citizenship Education Teachers as role models for their students to provide examples of the inculcation of democratic values that are implemented through learning in schools
Public sector governance and performance in an environment of tight budget control. (Case study at Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries)
A performing public sector can enhance the image of citizens of the public administration and consequently their trust in government. However, to be able to carry out its functions, the government must have good governance. With a case study approach, this study aims to determine how good governance can improve the performance of the Indonesian Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, which runs in a tight budget environment. This study contributes to increased understanding of how implementing a strict budget system such as that applied in Indonesia can facilitate good governance to improve performance in the public sector. From the data analyzed, it can be seen that with the implementation of good governance, there is an increase in performance as indicated by an increase in fishermen exchange rates
