Enhancing Competency of Cybersecurity Through Implementation of the “CAPTURE THE FLAG” On College in Indonesia
Academic institutions encounter several challenges when it comes to determining the most effective pedagogical approaches for enhancing their students' proficiency in the domain of cybersecurity. Conversely, cybersecurity gamification, exemplified by Capture the Flag (CTF) events in the industry, is widely considered an appropriate avenue for fostering cybersecurity learning. This research endeavors to assess the effectiveness of employing gamification as an instructional tool to enhance cybersecurity competency within the college context. The study employs a quantitative research method, adopting an experimental approach with a pre-experimental design. The research findings reveal the following key points 1) the implementation of gamification resulted in a significant enhancement of students' competency in cryptography, web vulnerability, and overall cybersecurity, 2) the gamification experiment demonstrated a stronger influence on enhancing practical skills as opposed to theoretical knowledge, 3) the evaluation of gamification's effectiveness in augmenting cybersecurity competency yielded a medium level (medium-g) of efficacy, reaching 65.91%. Although the medium level of effectiveness was observed in the context of gamification, it should be acknowledged that gamification holds substantial potential for advancing cybersecurity competency. For the attainment of optimal improvement in cybersecurity skills, a consistent and regular integration of gamification is recommended, while concurrently addressing the three pillars of cybersecurity. Furthermore, the utilization of gamification also presents opportunities for cultivating cybersecurity incident handling capabilities and the simulation of cyberwarfare scenario
The Role of Defense Diplomacy to Support Covid-19 Pandemic Responses Indonesia in 2019-2022
The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the economy, society, and the military. Defense diplomacy supports efforts to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia in 2019–2022 by involving the TNI in logistics, public health regulations, and restrictions on movement and large gatherings. This research uses a qualitative method, which is based on the philosophy of postpositivism or interpretivism, to research natural object conditions. The researcher is the key instrument; data collection is done by triangulation (observation, interview, and documentation); data analysis is inductive or qualitative; and research results are more understanding. This research resulted in several findings: 1) Defense Diplomacy provided TNI combat equipment and health services during the COVID-19 pandemic response period in Indonesia in 2019–2022. The health diplomacy strategy emphasizes the creativity of health diplomacy as a bureaucratic institution to communicate more inclusively, effectively, and efficiently. 2) Health diplomacy is less well implemented in bilateral relations with other countries. 3) The obstacles faced have hampered health diplomacy, so to strengthen international relations, health diplomacy must be utilized properly. TNI and Ministry of Health personnel should improve health diplomacy by: 1) To increase the supply of vaccinations from abroad, health diplomacy should be enhanced with possible partners. 2) To legally import vaccinations from abroad, the TNI, the Ministry of Health, and the private sector should form a Joint Secretariat for Health Diplomacy

In Marriage Law Number 16 of 2019, only the minimum age limit for marriage is explained or it can be explicitly said that a person is an adult it was 19 years old. Meanwhile, you should also consider the emotional maturity of the person. So it is necessary to clarify the oncept of maturity in marriage law in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to examine maturity regulations based on the Marriage Law in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research with a philosophical approach, a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The techniques used to analyze legal materials are survey, question, read, recite/recal, review using deductive thinking. The results of the analysis show that maturity plays a major role in the success or failure of a relationship, maturity influences a person's ability to truly commit to a lifelong relationship and understand that commitment means giving up all other partner options. Maturity impacts a person's ability to understand concepts and apply the skills necessary to form and maintain healthy relationships. This can be used as a consideration in legal reform in order to create responsive and progressive legal rules

Present And Future Indonesian Maritime Leadership
After decades of being behind the back, the words sea and maritime have begun to be echoed again after President Joko Widodo's speech at the 9th East Asia Summit, in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar, 13 November 2014 which wished to make Indonesia a World Maritime Axis (PMD). In order to make PMD successful, the President and Cabinet Ministers lowered various policies and government action programs starting from the national level down to a lower and more realistic level. Like the sinking of ships carrying out IUU fishing carried out by the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. PMD policy implementation invites a reactive attitude from countries inside and outside the Southeast Asian region. and there are big countries outside the region that seem not to support or oppose it. In the second period maritime issues are no longer visible, now it has been 8 years since the leadership of President Joko Widodo continues. The vision of making Indonesia the world's maritime axis seems to be swallowed up by time. The results of the execution of programs such as the construction of international standard ports and maritime highways are not yet clear. Indonesia still has a lot to improve itself. Even though development activities are currently focused on post-covid economic recovery and all anticipation of a new wave. The World Maritime Axis is no longer a major issue. However, at least the PMD program triggers the community and other elements of the nation to develop a sense of love and ownership of the sea.
