Analysis of the Implementation of Differentiated Learning in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Middle School Mathematics Lessons
Differentiated learning is a form of addressing the diverse learning needs of students paying close attention to readiness, learning profiles, interests, and aptitudes. This study aims to find out (1) the planning stage (plan) carried out by the mathematics teacher in implementing differentiation learning, (2) the (do) stage, the differentiation learning process applied in class, (3) the (see) stage, the form of assessment (evaluation). ) carried out by the teacher in the implementation of learning. The research method used is qualitative by collecting data through observation (learning videos) and interviews. The results of the research are that at the planning stage, the teacher does it by preparing everything that supports differentiation learning; at the do stage,e the teacher implements the learning that has been designed at the planning stage and the seeseedage, the teacher evaluates the learning process that has been carried out at the see stage both in terms of using the learning method as well as in terms of student understanding which is carried out to improve the learning stage in the future. In differentiation learning, this is adapted to the school's circumstances and the student’s abilities; one school may be different from another but has the same goal, and in differentiation learning, It must contain 3, namely differentiation of content, process, and product
Advancing Resilience and Fostering Sustainable Development through Strategic Investments in Cutting-Edge Technology and Innovative Methodologies for Disaster Risk Reduction: Japan Experiences
This research paper explores Japan's experiences in advancing resilience and fostering sustainable development through strategic investments in cutting-edge technology and innovative methodologies for disaster risk reduction. Japan, a country prone to natural disasters, has developed a comprehensive approach that encompasses strong governance, continuous learning, community empowerment, public awareness, and international collaboration. The Establishment And Development Of Diplomatic Relations And Partnership Between European Union And The Philippines
Considering the dynamic developments in the EU-Philippines partnership, the main purpose of this study is to clarify some aspects regarding the establishment of bilateral relations and also to highlight the concerted efforts made by both sides to become reliable partners. In this connection, the research undertaken has been focused on efforts made to negotiate and adopt the final form of the EU-Philippines Framework Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation, a document which provides an enhanced legal framework. In order to achieve this objective, qualitative and quantitative research methods were used. A special attention was also paid to the negotiations for the future EU-Philippines Free Trade Agreement, a legal act which would aid the two parties in achieving mutually beneficial economic goals. To realise this proposed aim, inductive reasoning conducted the research from the specific of the EU-Philippines partnership to the general situations, while deductive reasoning allowed to make an inference by going from general premises to specific conclusions. The research highlighted the Romania-Philippines friendship and the support provided by Romania as an EU Member State in the process of strengthening EU-Philippines relations. To achieve this goal, comparative and analytical methods were used for interpreting information and reach relevant conclusions
The Urgency of Deaf Students and their Efforts to Improve Writing English Skills
The management of the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park shows a dualist side. The plan to hand over the management of the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park to the Regional Government of Bali has effected a grassroots conflict regarding the customary rights of the local community. This study aims to design a model of participation for coastal communities in the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park, Pemogan Village. This research uses the Ladder of Citizen Participation theory (Arnstein, 1969) as the main theory and the Evolutionary Model of Tourism Partnerships as the supporting theory (Jamal & Getz, 1995) and also the concepts of participation, partnership, CBT, social capital, and government regulation. Data collection techniques used observation, structured interviews, and FGD. This study used the technique of qualitative research data analysis (Sugiyono, 2011)This research shows that community participation has developed through some stages such as (a) non-participation; (b) tokenism; (c) citizen power. The form of community participation is Community Based Participation implemented by the Fishing Community Group of Simbar Segara and Mina Lestari Batu Lumbang. And the other hand Government-Based Participation is implemented by the Mangrove Information Center. The finding of this research is the Mix-Based Participation Model. The recommendation is that the government should take the role of mediator to solve various conflicts at the grassroots level due to the traditional claims of the management of Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park by two customary villages i.e. Pemogan and Kepaon

Urban public space, including village public spaces, is formed by social construction in its environment. This sociability of community has its own social value. In the urban kampung, the local community and the children took a deal to adapt to the environment. Therefore, the children create their own play spaces. Kampung Warna-Warni has unique characteristics such as being located in a steep topography around the Brantas River basin, as a thematic tourism village, and as a community housing with hight density levels of the building. The focus of the research is developing the realization of a child-friendly space by taking into account the needs of other public space users. This research used a qualitative method by descriptive approach. This reports the findings of children's play patterns in Kampung Warna-Warni, patterns of public space utilization, and evaluation based on child-friendly space parameters. We examined this study by using descriptive analysis including observing children's playing patterns through behavior maps and evaluating the parameters of child-friendly space. Our findings in this study reveal that Kampung Warna-Warni is a child-friendly play space because children have the freedom to play in terms of accessibility, comfort, safety, and availability of facilities. However, according to the parents of the children, there are concerns about the safety aspect when children play around the river. Nevertheless, the freedom to play for children is the main thing in establishing child-friendly play spaces
