The Efforts Of The Indonesian Government In Overcoming Seed Smuggling Benur Lobsters Overseas
This article explains Indonesian government's efforts to overcome the smuggling of lobster seeds abroad. In explaining this issue, the writer uses the descriptive-qualitative method. The results of the discussion show that Indonesia continues to make efforts to stop smuggling lobster seeds or benur out of the country. The government has made various efforts to tackle the crime of smuggling lobster seeds through synergy with the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the Navy, Air and Water Police, and Customs. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is trying to eradicate lobster seed smuggling by launching four ships quickly for the perpetrators of lobster seed smuggling spread across Batam, Jambi, Kupang and Jakarta. The four ships were named Hiu Biru 01, Hiu Biru 02, Hiu Biru 03 and Hiu Biru 04. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries through the Director General of Capture Fisheries Circular Letter No.B.22891/DJPT/Pl.130/XI/2020 dated November 26, 2020 stopped the export of Lobster Benur Seeds. Air and Water Police Polri has also carried out various methods which are classified into two efforts, namely preventive and repressive efforts. Preventive efforts include providing assistance with fishing gear for lobster seed cultivation, patrols by the Water and Air Police Unit, socialization on the prohibition on catching and sending lobster seeds, and raids in territorial waters. Police repressive efforts by carrying out legal action, namely, making arrests and confiscations. In addition, the Indonesian Navy is assisting in synergy with the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in smuggling lobster seeds by strengthening supervision at points considered vulnerable on the sea lanes. In addition, the role of customs is in enforcing the law to prevent smuggling of lobster seeds in collaboration with internal customs and stakeholders. The success of the thwart of smuggling of lobster seeds was the result of the synergy carried out between the KKP, the Indonesian Navy, Customs, the Directorate of Water Police, and others so as to save the Indonesian state losses of up to billions of rupiah for the smuggling of lobster seeds
The Influence of Organizational Culture and Providing Incentives on Employee Performance
This research is motivated by the author's observations regarding the influence of organizational culture and the provision of incentives on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi which shows that organizational culture and provision of incentives are still not in accordance with what is expected and employee performance is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information about (1) the positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi, (2) the positive effect of providing incentives on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture of the City of Bukittinggi, This research is a correlational quantitative research with associative type. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Education and Culture of the City of Bukittinggi totaling 90 employees and the sample was determined using the Cohran formula with an error rate of 10% with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique obtained 63 employees. The research instrument uses a questionnaire with a Liker scale which has 5 alternative answers. Before the questionnaire was used, trials were carried out to determine its validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression tests which were processed using SPSS version 24. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance with tcount> ttable 2.118> 1.669. There is a significant influence between giving incentives and employee performance with tcount>ttable (2.118>1.669). There is a significant influence between organizational culture and the provision of incentives on employee performance with a value of Fcount>Ftable (1.559> 3.14), so there is a significant influence between organizational culture and provision of incentives jointly on employee performance. The regression table shows a constant value of 59.576 and a regression coefficient of the X1 variable of 0.352 and a regression coefficient of the X2 variable of 0.202. So the multiple linear regression equation used is 59.576+0.352X1+0.202X2+e
The Influence of Principal's Transformational Leadership and Work Motivation on Teacher Innovation at State Elementary Schools in Bukittinggi City
This research is based on the author's observation regarding the influence of principal's transformational leadership and work motivation on teacher innovation at state elementary schools in Bukittinggi city which shows that the principal's transformational leadership is still not good, work motivation and teacher innovation are still low. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information about (1) The influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher innovation at state elementary school in Bukittinggi City, (2) The influence of work motivation on teacher innovation at state elementary school in Bukittinggi City, and (3) The influence of the principal's transformational leadership and work motivation on teacher innovation at state elementary school in Bukittinggi City. This research is a correlational quantitative research with associative type. The population consisted of PNS teachers at state elementary school in Bukittinggi City, amounting to 433 people. The research sample amounted to 148 people who were taken with the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique, taking into account the level of education, the strata of the service period and rank/class. The research instrument used is a rating scale and a Liket Scale questionnaire which has 5 alternative answers. Before the questionnaire was used, trials were carried out to determine validity and reliability. Furthermore, the research data was analyzed with the average score (Mean) for data description, test requirements such as normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The results of data analysis show that: (1) principal's transformational leadership influences teacher innovation by 17.9%, (2) work motivation influences teacher innovation by 33.9%, and (3) principal's transformational leadership and work motivation together influence to teacher innovation by 36.1%. The level of achievement of teacher innovation 82.15% of the ideal score is in the high category, for principal's transformational leadership 91.12% of the ideal score is in the very good category and teacher work motivation 91.51% of the ideal score is in the very high category. The results of this research above imply that the principal's transformational leadership and work motivation are two factors that can improve teacher innovation in addition to other factors
Increasing Children's Preparedness, Especially Street Children By Children's Friends In Dealing With The Covid-19 Pandemic Disaster Through Educative Learning And Healing
The Covid-19 pandemic is affecting all age groups from young children to the elderly. Children are a population that is included in the vulnerable group category. Through Healing and Education activities. The Jakarta Sahabat Anak Foundation seeks to reduce the impact of Covid-19 by providing direct assistance which is expected to contribute to the three main components of disaster management, namely prevention, direct response and recovery. The purpose of this study is to analyze the educative learning model and examine its implementation efforts to increase children's preparedness for the Covid-19 pandemic in order to support national resilience. The research method used is a case study qualitative method supported by data that has been obtained from observations, interviews and document studies, then analyzed, and the findings are obtained. The results of this study are that educative learning is known to be one of the tools that can increase children's preparedness in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. The Sahabat Anak Foundation is able to take appropriate actions to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic situation as a national disaster. Educational learning initiated by the Sahabat Anak Foundation is an activity that can help children in the process of adaptation, entertainment and learning in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study can be used as material for further research with the latest data so that it is more comprehensive
Development of Self-Directed Learning-Based Bank and Financial Institution Textbooks to Improve the Quality of Learning
One indicator of learning is said to be of quality like the existence of an effective combination of learning media and the methods used in learning. In this case, one of the learning media studied is textbooks combined with self-directed learning based learning methods. Where in the research conducted it is hoped that it will be able to make the quality of learning increase, especially in bank and financial institution courses. The method used in research is research and development (RnD). The stages of textbook development are: preliminary research, problem identification, data collection and textbook preparation, validation by experts, revisions, small-scale trials, follow-up revisions, extensive trials, final revisions, and final textbooks. The results obtained are 1) textbooks are suitable for use in learning from the results of expert validation with a minimum score of 75% to 90%; 2) an increase in student collaboration skills from a score of 77 to 82 and increased to 89; 3) an increase in student activity from a score of 79 to 83 and increased to 93; 4) the learning outcomes of students who scored > 85 also increased from 5 students to 12 students, and increased again to 17 students. Meanwhile, the results of the comparative test with SPSS showed that the Sig.(2-tailed) student collaboration ability was 0.000 <0.05; student activity score Sig.(2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05; and student learning outcomes with a Sig.(2-tailed) score of 0.000 <0.05, thus indicating a significant difference both before and after the use of textbooks for banks and financial institutions based on self-directed learning
Increasing Student Understanding and Concentration Through Virtual Reality Learning Media in Electronic Records Management Courses
Technology development today gives students many references to learn new things. The development of technology-based learning media is an alternative for teaching staff to make a breakthrough in the world of education. Virtual Reality is a technology that can make its users feel like they are in another room without having to move. This technology is supported with audiovisual features, which can make users feel isolated and focus on VR media. The purpose of developing this VR learning media is to measure students' understanding of the material presented in VR learning media and to measure student concentration when using VR learning media. This research was conducted on students from the State University of Malang who taught the Electronic Records Management course. Learning media adapts from sub-CPMK to 1.1. The development of this VR learning media uses the multimedia development method from Luther. The results of the material expert validator and media expert show that learning media is very suitable for learning media by getting a score of 94%. The results obtained from this study show that learning media influences students' understanding of the material, which is indicated by an increase in the class average at the learning stage. Post-test by 11%. This study also found that this learning media made students concentrate more because they felt more focused when using Virtual Reality
Reformulation of Regulations in the Context of Structuring the Indonesian Maritime Security Regime
This article discusses the reformulation of regulations in the context of structuring the Indonesian maritime security regime. The research employs a qualitative method using secondary data sources obtained through a literature review. The specific background of problems addressed in this research includes issues related to IUU fishing and other maritime security threats faced by Indonesia. The main problem addressed is the lack of cross-sectoral coordination and frequent differences in perception of authority among law enforcement agencies at sea. The research objective is to examine how restructuring Indonesia's maritime security regime can be achieved through reformulation of overlapping regulations and harmonization of authority among maritime security agencies. The article concludes that the restructuring of Indonesia's maritime security regime can be achieved through these measures

This study aims to analyze the SIA of the Tiumneno Farmers' Group and analyze the readiness of the Human Resources (HR) of the Tiumnon Farmers' Group to face the era of society 5.0. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive analysis regarding the implementation of SIA in farmer groups. The results of this research are the design of the Tiumnon Farmers Group Accounting Information System (SIA) in the form of a financial application and the members of the Tiumnon Farmers Group are ready to face the era of society 5.0 and have leadership skills and IT literacy. Waste Management Strategy at Alak Final Processing Site (TPA) in Realizing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
This research aims to evaluate existing waste management and formulate strategies for waste management that can be implemented used in realizing SDGs based on current conditions at the Alak Final Processing Site (TPA) which is the only TPA used to accommodate waste from all areas of the city of Kupang. The method used in this research is qualitative by conducting direct interviews and observations to collect data and information and then analyzed using the SWOT analysis tool to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the SWOT - IFAS analysis show that the strength factors get a total score of 1.6 and the weaknesses factors get a total score of 2.91 with a score difference of -1.31. This means that the weakness factor is greater than the strength factor. Meanwhile, the EFAS table shows that the opportunity factor gets a score of 2.34 and the threat factor gets a total score of 1.42 with a score difference of 0.92. This means that opportunities related to the development of TPA Alak can be maximized to reduce existing threats
ASEAN-EU Partnership: Historical Development and Prospects in the Context of Indonesia's ASEAN Chairmanship in 2023
This year we mark 46 years of ASEAN-EU partnership, a period during which the two parties have endeavoured to expand and diversify their relationship. Considering that the ASEAN’s relationship with EU was elevated to a Strategic Partnership in December 2020, the purpose of this study is to highlight the most important milestones in bilateral relations and also to analyse how this cooperation has contributed to developed a dynamic and multifaceted partnership which covers political, security, economic, environmental, climate and socio-cultural issues. To achieve this proposed goal, qualitative and quantitative research methods were used, using written data, but also logical or statistical observations to draw conclusions. As well, inductive reasoning conducted the research from the specific of the ASEAN-EU partnership to the general situations, while deductive reasoning allowed to make an inference by going from general premises to specific and relevant conclusions. Taking into account the Indonesia's ASEAN Chairmanship in 2023, the study also aims to emphasize the 30th ASEAN-EU Joint Cooperation Committee Meeting convened in Jakarta, on which occasion the both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening ASEAN-EU cooperation and to uphold ASEAN centrality based on shared relevant fundamental principles of their respective Indo-Pacific approaches
