New Zealand Counter-Terrorism Strategy For Build Positive Peace To Support National Security
This research is discusses the counter-terrorism strategies implemented by the New Zealand government following several terrorist attacks, including the Christchurch shooting (2019) and the Dunedin and Auckland stabbings (2021). Using Arthur Lyyke's strategy theory (2008), this study analyzes the means, ways, resources, and risk considerations inherent to effective counter-terrorism strategies. The study applies the counter-terrorism approach proposed by Jones & Libicki (2008), which divides counter-terrorism strategies into three categories: military deployment approach, police and intelligence approach, and policy approach. Through qualitative research with an analytical-descriptive approach, the study finds that the New Zealand government's counter-terrorism strategy comprises of two main approaches: the police and intelligence approach and the policy approach. The government's "no face no name" policy aims to deny terrorists any platform for recognition, while amendments to firearm possession laws and counter-terrorism legislation proposed by the prime minister facilitate the police's ability to restrict terrorist activities. These initiatives intend to foster positive peace and support national security

Model of Local Community Participation in the Management of the Ngurah Rai Mangrove Forest Area as a Tourist Attraction in Denpasar City, Bali
The management of the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park shows a dualist side. The plan to hand over the management of the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park to the Regional Government of Bali has effected a grassroots conflict regarding the customary rights of the local community. This study aims to design a model of participation for coastal communities in the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park, Pemogan Village. This research uses the Ladder of Citizen Participation theory (Arnstein, 1969) as the main theory and the Evolutionary Model of Tourism Partnerships as the supporting theory (Jamal & Getz, 1995) and also the concepts of participation, partnership, CBT, social capital, and government regulation. Data collection techniques used observation, structured interviews, and FGD. This study used the technique of qualitative research data analysis (Sugiyono, 2011)This research shows that community participation has developed through some stages such as (a) non-participation; (b) tokenism; (c) citizen power. The form of community participation is Community Based Participation implemented by the Fishing Community Group of Simbar Segara and Mina Lestari Batu Lumbang. And the other hand Government-Based Participation is implemented by the Mangrove Information Center. The finding of this research is the Mix-Based Participation Model. The recommendation is that the government should take the role of mediator to solve various conflicts at the grassroots level due to the traditional claims of the management of Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park by two customary villages i.e. Pemogan and Kepaon

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE KURIKULUM MERDEKA AT THE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
The teachers who will carry out an kurikulum merdeka in their respective schools certainly prepare the learning process starting from the design of learning tools, implementation to learning evaluation. In the design process, teachers are still hesitant because they have to make considerable changes outside the norm and must adjust to the characteristics of the school and students, besides that there are quite crucial obstacles such as the ability of teachers to master IT where the kurikulum merdeka is full of IT, and there are also obstacles related to the understanding of the kurikulum merdeka, it is found that teachers do not really understand the independent curriculum itself, more precisely in the development of an kurikulum merdeka such as teachers are only equipped with learning outcomes and for the elaboration of the Learning Objectives Flow (ATP), Teaching Module (MA), Pancasila Student Profile, Learning Objectives Achievement Criteria (KKTP), Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), Operational Curriculum in the Education Unit (KOSP) teachers are required to be able to develop until learning is carried out. The purpose of this study is to identify and obtain information about teacher readiness in designing learning tools. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, namely by describing the subject about the situation and the data obtained during the observation and interview so that it becomes information to overcome the problems found. The results of this study show that teachers experience obstacles in preparing for the implementation of an kurikulum merdeka. Teachers have tried to prepare learning both intracurricular learning and projects to strengthen the profile of pancasila students. However, teachers feel that the results of the learning design they have developed are not yet mature to be implemented in the classroom. The teachers who will carry out an kurikulum merdeka in their respective schools certainly prepare the learning process starting from the design of learning tools, implementation to learning evaluation. The Effect Of Strategic Management Accounting, Tax Knowledge And Competitive Advantage On Tax Compliance Through Organizational Performance As Intervening Variables
To examine and explain the implementation of strategic management accounting, tax knowledge and competitive advantage on tax compliance mediated by organizational performance. The data collected in this study are primary data. Primary data collection was carried out by survey method using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This research was conducted at companies in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Serang. The sample units are business entities and individual business actors whose scope is manufacturing. The unit of analysis is companies in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Serang, while the respondents are staff, general managers, CEOs or company owners. Data analysis used inferential statistics from partial least squares (PLS).The findings in this study indicate that strategic management accounting, tax knowledge and organizational performance have a significant direct relationship to tax compliance. While competitive advantage has no effect on tax compliance, however, it has an indirect effect through organizational performance. Thus, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on tax compliance mediated by organizational performance. Then strategic management accounting does not have a direct and significant influence on organizational performance. In addition, organizational performance was found not to have a mediator role, both from strategic management accounting and tax knowledge on tax compliance. The authenticity of this research is evident from the effort to include tax compliance which is indicated by an increase in the amount of tax paid to the state treasury every year in proportion to the amount of income. Therefore, in this study, a question instrument was developed related to the effect of increasing tax payments on tax compliance itself
