    Maritime Security Strategy In Facing Illegal Fishing In Riau Province Indonesia

    Riau Province has the potential of abundant marine resources, thus placing Riau in a maritime threat, especially illegal fishing which causes the country to suffer losses. This happens because this marine potential has not been utilized optimally so that it is exploited by foreign fishermen. This study will discuss the strategy of the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (DKP) of Riau Province to eradicate illegal fishing in Riau seas. The research argument is to involve local communities, improve human resources and technical skills, carry out patrols. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques, namely interviews with DKP Riau Province, and literature studies, with the aim of knowing the right strategies in dealing with illegal fishing in Riau Province in supporting maritime security. This study reveals that the strategy needed is to increase the number of human resources and infrastructure for monitoring seas. Optimizing Community Monitoring Groups (Pokmaswas) which are social institutions by involving coastal communities and fishermen in assisting the government to safeguard and prevent threats to Indonesia's marine resources, enforce strict laws, and increase marine patrols

    Development Of Problem-Based Learning Device On Matrix Material For Class X Smk Kesehatan Imelda Rantauprapat

    This study aims to produce a good problem-based learning tools and describe the effectiveness of problem-based learning in matrix material for Class X SMK Rantauprapat. This research development follows the design of 4-D model from Thiagarajan (1974) to the 3-D stage only: the definition stage, the design stage, and the development stage of the device. The learning tools developed are learning implementation plan (RPP), student worksheet (LKS), Learning Outcome Test (THB). Instruments used in this study, namely the validation sheet of learning devices, student activity observation sheet, observation sheet teacher's ability to manage learning, and student response questionnaire. Class trials conducted in Class X-D SMK Health Imelda Rantauprapat obtained the results of a device consisting of: learning device is said to be valid by the validator, the ability of teachers to manage learning is good on average (4.52), good student activity, student response to positive learning, learning outcomes test valid, reliability is (0.59), and sensitive items between 0 and 1, assessment of good attitudes. For class effectiveness test conducted in Class X-MM SMK Health Imelda Rantauprapat who have met the requirements of effectiveness, namely: completeness of learning classically fulfilled (85%), good student activity, student response to positive learning, and the ability of teachers to meet the criteria of good average (4.28

    In recent years, the Southeast Asian region has witnessed an increase in terrorism threats, posing significant challenges to its security and stability. To address this pressing issue, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) has taken a proactive approach by establishing the ASEAN Counter Terrorism and Peacekeeping Task Force. This research aims to explore the formation of this task force, with a specific focus on Indonesia's key role in cooperation with the United States, and assess its impact on strengthening regional security. The main objective of this research is to examine the reasons behind the establishment of the ASEAN Counter Terrorism and Peacekeeping Task Force and understand the factors that underlie Indonesia's selection as the leading sector. Using qualitative research methods, this study seeks to gather insights into the motivations, strategies, and goals of this collaborative effort. The research findings will elucidate the importance of the ASEAN Counter Terrorism and Peacekeeping Task Force, where Indonesia plays a crucial role as the leading sector in maintaining regional security stability in ASEAN, collaborating with the United States.     Impact of Technology, Military, and Socio-Economic Welfare on Conflict in Indonesia and Japan

    Conflicts are driven by various factors, but over time, conflicts have evolved in nature and complexity. In addition to traditional factors, the emergence of technology has played a significant role in shaping conflicts. Technological advancements also have been a driving force in shaping societies and economies, and impacting various sectors and aspects of life. Our research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. We will analyze the direct and indirect impacts of digital connectivity, technology trade, military expenditure and personnel, and socio-economic welfare on conflicts and tensions in Indonesia and Japan. The findings of our study suggest that technology variables such as digital connectivity and technology trade have a positive effect on socio-economic welfare in Indonesia with coefficients 0.311 and 0.457. A similar thing also happened in Japan with coefficients 1.312 and 0.310. However, technology trade can increase conflicts and tensions in Indonesia with coefficients 0.796, and digital connectivity can increase conflicts and tensions in Japan with coefficients 0.761. Additionally, socio-economic welfare significantly reduces conflict in Japan.    &nbsp

    Problem of Authority For Executing Task (PLT) In The Transitional Period of Regional Government Before and After The Simultaneous Elections Based On Law Number 23 Of 2014 Concerning Local Government

    The task executor (PLT) in state administration is an official who occupies a temporary position because the official who occupied that position was previously unable to or was subject to legal regulations so that he did not occupy that position. The purpose of this research is to describe the appointment of the PLT if there is a vacancy in the regional head position during the transition period, analyze, qualifications, limits of the PLT authority and strategic policies during the transition period, but are still held by the PLT and know and analyze the sanctions given to the PLT who does something outside authority. The method used in this scientific work is a normative and qualitative juridical research method that is studied holistically, contextually, progressively, it is known that a. The appointment of Acting Governors is appointed by the President through a proposal from the Minister of Home Affairs, while the appointment of Regents/Mayors is appointed by the Minister of Home Affairs through a proposal by the Governor. b. The qualifications of the PLT who were appointed based on Law Number 8 of 2015 article 201 paragraph (8) to fill the vacancy for the position of Governor are from middle high leadership positions. b. If during the change period a strategic policy is needed that must be taken by the acting head, then it is regulated by Article 132 A paragraph (2) Government Regulation Number 49 of 2008 concerning the Third Amendment to Government Regulation Number 6 of 2005 concerning Election, Ratification of Appointment and Dismissal of Regional Heads and Deputy Regional Head, which must be approved by the Minister of Home Affairs. c.     Indonesia has ambitious goals to become a global maritime axis by harnessing its potential maritime resources. Maritime infrastructure and defense logistics management are crucial factors in achieving this objective. Strong maritime infrastructure supports defense logistics, troop mobility, and readiness in facing threats. As the largest archipelagic nation, Indonesia must overcome funding challenges and the complexity of maritime infrastructure development. Defense logistics management requires modern ports and efficient supply chains. Security challenges must also be addressed to safeguard strategic facilities and respond to threats. Maritime infrastructure also impacts economic growth. This study analyzes the role of maritime infrastructure in defense logistics management, identifies challenges, and considers the use of floating concrete as a solution. A Systematic Literature Review method is employed to gather literature. Challenges encompass geographical, financial, technical, regulatory, and environmental aspects. Strategies involving increased investment, long-term planning, coordination, security, and human resource development are needed. Floating concrete technology is proposed to strengthen maritime infrastructure and support the vision of a Global Maritime Axis. The success of defense logistics management and the maritime axis requires strategic collaboration and the implementation of appropriate solutions.Indonesia memiliki tujuan ambisius untuk menjadi poros maritim dunia dengan mengandalkan potensi sumber daya lautnya.     This study aims to improve the writing skills of SMA Negeri 1 Lintongnihuta students by using the glasser model with the help of local wisdom-based powtoon applications. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), in this case the teacher as the implementer of learning while the researcher as an observer. This research design uses the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart. This research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, namely in July. The subjects of this research were class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Lintongnihuta, consisting of 28 students. The object of research is students' writing skills. Data collection techniques use tests and observation. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in table form. The results showed that there was an increase in students' writing skills, the average value of writing skills in the first cycle of the first meeting was 65.45 and the second meeting was 68.05. In cycle II the average writing skills score for the first meeting was 70.65 and the second meeting was 89.5.     This study aims to determine the analysis of job satisfaction in order to improve the quality of work at BhayangkaraTK II Hospital Sartika Asih Bandung. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are field observations, literature studies, interviews and questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents as many as 2 hospital employees. From the research results, it was found that job satisfaction analysis was quite effective on the quality of employee work. However, there are a few problems that arise, including: 1) Supporting facilities that are felt to be dissatisfied will hinder employees in their work and reduce job performance (work results in terms of quality and quantity) will decrease and it could be that an employee cannot carry out their duties in accordance with their responsibilities. the answer given to him. 2) Lack of appreciation for work, where appreciation is very important because it can provide enthusiasm and motivation which can produce quality and accomplished workers. Meanwhile, to determine, under controlled conditions, the effect of the independent variable (treatment/treatment) on the independent variable (outcome. In this study, the variable (X1) is the effect of multiball training, variable (y) is the ability to hit the forehand, the research was carried out at Beautiful Beautiful Gorge marsan on PTMSI Pekanbaru athletes. The time used to carry out this research was for 12 meetings. The sampling was carried out in total sampling, where the population was used as a total sample of 10 coached athlete students. The instrument to be used in this study was a test table tennis backboard.Based on the results of the pree test calculation there is a very good score, namely 1 person with a score of 21, and the results of the post test calculation there is a very good value, namely 1 person with a score of 32. From the results of the pree test and post test calculations the value is very low, namely 0 %

    The Effectiveness of Playing Footprints and Hands on Static Balance in Children Aged 4-6 Years with Flat Foot Conditions in TK Tunas Tridharma Plus Samarinda

    The aim of this research was to determine the effect of playing with footprints and hands on the static balance of children aged 4 - 6 years with flat feet at Tunas Tridharma Plus Kindergarten Samarinda. Research methods used is a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental research group design after testing. The population of this research is students Tunas Tridharma Plus Kindergarten Samarinda. The sample taken in this research used purposive sampling with as many respondents as possible 20 children. The data collection techniques used are observation, experimentation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis description, kolmogorov smirnov normality test and test paired sample test. Based on the research results, there are significant changes in abilities the child's static balance as shown by the results of the paired sample test as big as Sig. (2-tailed ) 0.001<0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the effectiveness of the footprints and hands game has a significant influence on the static balance ability of children aged 4-6 years in flat foot conditions
