The spread of COVID-19 virus has spread throughout the world and affected almost all countries, including Indonesia. One of the areas that was quite badly affected was the Papua region. The Indonesian Army Aviation has an important role in assisting the government towards handling COVID-19 in the targeted region. The purpose of this research is to identify the role of the Indonesian Army Aviation in handling COVID-19 in the Papua region, the factors that influence the success of its operations, as well as the challenges and obstacles faced in supporting the operation to handle COVID-19 in the Papua region. Handling COVID-19 in the Papua region requires synergy and collaboration from various parties, including the Indonesian Army through Indonesian Army Aviation. Indonesian Army Aviation has an important role in distributing vaccines and medical devices to areas that are difficult to reach in Papua. However, this operation is inseparable from several factors that influence its success, such as geographical conditions and inadequate infrastructure. Challenges and obstacles were also encountered in supporting the operation to handle COVID-19 in the Papua region, including difficulties in taking blood samples and a lack of support from local health institutions. However, the Indonesian Army Aviation continues to strive to overcome these challenges and obstacles through collaboration with various parties, including health agencies and the Indonesian Air Force and the Indonesian Navy. In an effort to deal with COVID-19 in the Papua region, the Indonesian Army Aviation also works with the local government and local community to educate about health protocols and assist in tracing and testing. With good synergy and cooperation

REJUVENATION OF RELIGION IN BUILDING DIALOGUE AND HARM IN NTT
Rejuvenation of religion is one of the right steps to address public unrest related to the presence of transnational ideology in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The Human Fraternity document signed by Pope Francis and Sheikh of Al-Azhar, Ahmad Al-Tayyeb, very cleverly compiled constructive ideas for the purpose of religious rejuvenation. A very fundamental point in the spirit of Human Fraternity is interpreting religion not as a wall that separates followers of religion, but rather as a bridge that leads followers of religions to meet and make peace with followers of other religions. The straight path to the bridge of peace is dialogue that can be implemented in many forms and ways. With a dialogical spirit nourished by the idea of religious rejuvenation inspired by the document, we can certainly paralyze the radical understanding or transnational ideology that is always counterproductive to NTT's public dreams, to build the future of religious harmony in the foundation of Pancasila (National Ideology) and Multiculturalism in order to create a prosperous NTT communityRejuvenation of religion is one of the right steps to address public unrest related to the presence of transnational ideology in NTT. The Impact Of Cyber Espionage Issue On Maritime Security Cooperation Between Indonesian National Police And Australian Federal Police
In international law, espionage committed by one country against another in the form of wiretapping is a form of violation of international law and can disrupt relations between the two countries concerned. In this case, Australia had wiretapped Indonesian executive officials such as the President and his deputy in 2013. The action caused the intensity of the relationship between Indonesia and Australia to heat up. In this case, the geographical proximity between Indonesia and Australia causes the two countries to need each other, especially in dealing with cross-border crimes involving the two countries. This research intends to find out how the influence of Australia's wiretapping actions in Indonesia to the bilateral cooperation in handling transnational crimes. This research will use Butler's conflict management theory to examine the resolution of the conflict and how the resolution affects the cooperation between the two countries. From this research, it is known that the actions taken by Australia made the relationship between Indonesia and Australia tense. This was followed by the termination of bilateral cooperation projects between Indonesia and Australia. One of the areas of discontinued cooperation is cooperation in combating transnational crimes between the Indonesian National Police (Polri) and the AFP. This situation will create a loophole for perpetrators of cross-border crimes in carrying out their actions between the two countries, one of the most vulnerable transnational crimes is related to people smuggling. This affects the maritime security sector between the two which must be anticipated immediately
