Digital learning is a comprehensive, innovative approach to the provision and management of education. In order to incorporate this approach into our education system, there is a need for the capacity building of human resources, incorporate distance education resources, adapt curricula and teaching methodologies to distance education, enhance students’ and instructors’ digital capacities, plan and develop a comprehensive open University system and diligently research the potential risks that are posed to our students’ and instructors’ wellbeing, privacy and security as a result of the digital transformation.
Policies and programs such as Mongolia’s “Sustainable Development Goals”, “Vision 2050 – Mongolia’s long-term development policy”, “Digital Society medium-term program 2022-2027”, “2020 – 2024 Mongolian Government operational program”. “Medium-term Education Sector Development Plan” have established the legal environment for the incorporation of digital technologies into the education sector.
As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic that has ravaged the world since 2019 a dire need to transform the development strategies, plans and education arose in countries across the world. Attempts to prevent and minimize the spread of Covid-19 further necessitated the development and conduct of online and hybrid classes and we have been using digital technologies to maximize the effectiveness of education in the New Normal.
The purpose of this paper is to determine the issues facing the digital transformation of education in terms of management, organization, curriculum, content, methodology, digital competencies of specialists, infrastructure, online resources, as well as education financing and propose solutions to some of the key issues
Description of The Task Generator for Testing Students\u27 Knowledge
Automation of knowledge testing is one of the important tasks. There are special systems that allow you to test knowledge using a task generator. These systems use a special language similar to programming languages. An interpreter has been developed for the described language, which allows to translate the source text into an internal representation. This representation is transferred to the block in which the question is displayed, as well as the analysis of the student\u27s answers. All tasks can contain random parameters, which makes the tasks unique. Each task can contain up to 16 types of answers. This article describes the system and language developed for knowledge testing. This system allows the student to display the algorithm for solving the problem step by step. The system also allows you to collect statistics of student responses
Using Talent Management to Train and Develop Employees in the Mining Industry
The business environment is rapidly changing and in order to create a competitive advantage in the market, organizations are facing the problems of attracting highly skilled employees, hiring and training the right people for specialized jobs, and effectively managing the talent pool and succession pool. In the 21st century, when advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, robots, and automation are exploding in the labor market, some jobs are disappearing and new careers are being created, organizations need to prepare employees for these changes. Therefore, by studying the experiences of foreign and domestic organizations that implement talent management in conjunction with learning and development in large organizations of the Mining industry in Mongolia, the goal was to study the importance of retaining and engaging employees with special skills, properly evaluating and developing their capabilities, and the possibility of productive work. In the report, "9 grid boxes for talent management and identifying talented employees", CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Professional Map, Professional Standards V2.4 skills mirror, "Skill matrix" model (2020), Mercer CED (Cullen Egan Dell), skill matrix job-functional analysis, DACUM, SCID, ISO TS 30428:2021 Skills and capability metrics, ISO DIS 30422:2021 Learning and Development, Competency standards, etc, it is concluded that Learning and development of employees with special skills should be implemented effectively in accordance with the business characteristics of each organization and the position, diversity, and generation characteristics of the employees
Experimental verification of analytical calculation approaches and FEM material models with the aim of determining friction of thermoplastics
The paper presents analytical approaches for calculating the effective contact area of the sphere-plane contact, which allow conclusions to be drawn about the coefficient of friction of thermoplastics with manageable effort. These approaches are verified experimentally utilizing friction and wear tests using the example of a steel sphere against PE-UHMW. The friction area of the sphere was varied using a self-constructed adjustment unit and a spherical wedge. With the help of parametric experiments regarding the angular position of the spherical wedge, a limiting contact angle was detected. This limiting angle allows the calculation of the deformative and adhesive friction. FE models are being developed for the simulative verification of the analytical approaches and further investigations of structures for friction reduction. These require specific material models as a basis for the representation of the stress-strain behavior in contact. The different FEM material models are calibrated and compared against each other based on experimental tests. The materials POM, PP, PMMA, and PE-UHMW were considered

Prospects for the use of Augmented Reality in Education
Augmented Reality (AR) is an emerging form of experience in which the Real World (RW) is enhanced by computer-generated content tied to specific locations and/or activities. Over the last several years, AR applications have become portable and widely available on mobile devices. AR is becoming visible in our audio-visual media (e.g., news, entertainment, sports) and is beginning to enter other aspects of our lives (e.g., e-commerce, travel, marketing) in tangible and exciting ways. The aspects of the use of augmented reality technology in the system of higher education are considered. The findings reveal an increase in the number of AR studies during the last four years. The most reported advantage of AR is that it promotes enhanced learning achievement and also of interest to the younger generation Some noted challenges imposed by AR are usability issues and frequent technical problems. The advantages and limitations of using this technology are given. The prospects for the use of augmented reality technology in the educational environment are considered
Design and Implementation of Intelligent Vegetable Recognition System based on MobileNet
With the rise of food safety traceability, unmanned supermarkets and autonomous shopping, the automatic identification technology of agricultural products such as vegetables in circulation and sales has become an urgent problem. This paper designs an intelligent vegetable identification system based on MobileNet to solve intelligent identification problem of vegetable sales in supermarkets.
The system includes main control core, visual processing module, pressure sensor, voice broadcasting module and display module. When the system detects that there are vegetables to be weighed, the visual processing module completes the classification of vegetables, broadcasts the name, unit price and total price of vegetables by voice, and displays the weight, unit price and total price by OLED. The machine vision processing module is constructed by deep separable convolution (DSC). It realizes the separation of channels and regions, so it has high computing efficiency and is more suitable for embedded devices with low memory space.
The experimental results show that the overall recognition rate of five vegetables reaches 97.33% under three kinds of illumination. The system has the advantages of stability, intelligence and convenience
The complex step method for approximating the Fréchet derivative of matrix functions in automorphism groups
We show, that the Complex Step approximation to the Fréchet derivative of matrix functions is applicable to the matrix sign, square root and polar mapping using iterative schemes. While this property was already discovered for the matrix sign using Newtons method, we extend the research to the family of Padé iterations, that allows us to introduce iterative schemes for finding function and derivative values while approximately preserving automorphism group structure
A Novel Projection Distortion Correction Method on Patient\u27s Body Surface
In this paper, the projection distortion correction method of patient\u27s body surface is studied. First, the applicability of four typical projection image distortion correction methods to different surfaces were compared. Secondly, Based on the correction method based on quadratic surface fitting, and a correction method based on point cloud mapping was designed, which uses structured light to extract the point cloud information on the surface of the projection screen for coordinate transformation. Combined with the depth information, it solves the distortion problem of complex surface projection images, expands the surface applicability of the correction method, and improves the correction accuracy and real-time performance. The projection distortion correction of different types of surfaces is realized by simulation, and the correction effect of the two methods is compared. The correction time is shortened from 67s to 7s by the correction method based on point cloud mapping. Finally, organ simulation experiment was used to verify the intraoperative feasibility, and the virtual "perspective" display effect was presented as a whole
