Perancangan Multicontrol Pada Lampu Berbasis Internet Of Think (IOT)
Technological developments in the communication and information area can changes the lifestyle of the human become the digital lifestyle. Digitalization on the aspects of life can provide convenience for humans. Like the household appliances that can be controlled by a smartphone. In 2015 Nugraha build a light management system with android smartphone via bluetooth media. In addition, the lights are also can be controlled automatically by time and light (LDR). The disadvantages of this system are the lights that can not be used remotely and can not give notice to the home owner about the status “on or off” of the light. This research aims to design a multicontrol system to control the light with several media follows : bluetooth, voice, light (LDR), timer, website and SMS as notification of light status. System development method in this research using Waterfall method. The test results using bluetooth, light(LDR), voice, and timer provide a fast response with average less than 2 seconds
Pemanfaatan Internet dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris oleh Guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Palangka Raya
This study aims to see how the use of the internet and the problem in teaching faced by English teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. This study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. There were 6 (six) English teachers taken as the subject of the study.
In collecting data, the writer used direct observation, questionnaries, and documentation. The data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing applied for data analysis.
The findings show most of the English teachers have been familiar with internet as a media and its function. They agreed that existance of internet technology is very helpful in teaching process and hardly needed to support teaching learning activities especially English language subject. Meanwhile, the problem faced by the teachers is the internet technology has not been used (secara maksimal) as the teaching media. Lack of maximum use of computer laboratory and networks to be used by all teacher and students’ activities is a major obstacle in terms of utilization of this technology.
 
Pencarian Kemiripan Judul Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa Dengan Menggunakan Metode Single Linkage Hierarchical
Pencarian kemiripan judul tugas akhir berdasarkan tema pada jurusan teknik informatika menggunakan metode single linkage hierarchical adalah suatu metode untuk mengetahui kemiripan atau kedekatan abstrak dan judul tugas akhir antara input yang dimasukkan admin dengan abstrak dan judul tugas akhir yang sudah dikerjakan atau sudah ada pada jurusan teknik informatika Universitas Malikusssaleh dengan teknik clustering. Pada data - data abstrak tugas akhir yang sudah dikerjakan atau sudah ada dilakukan proses clustering dengan menggunakan Single Linkage Hierarchical Method (SLHM) sampai terbentuk enam buah cluster sesuai dengan bidang yang ada pada jurusan teknik informatika. Kemudian input yang sudah ada melewati proses text mining dengan enam cluster yang terbentuk. Selanjutnya dilakukan proses pencocokan antara data uji atau data baru dengan data yang sudah ada dengan anggota - angggota dari cluster. Data - data yang digunakan untuk membentuk data clustering adalah data abstrak tugas akhir teknik informatika Universitas Malikussaleh tahun 2010 - 2015, sedangkan abstrak yang diinputkan merupakan abstrak baru untuk mengetahui asbtrak tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori mana berdasarkan clustering yang sudah ada didalam database. Hasil dari percobaan 60 data uji abstrak persentase keberhasilan kecocokan pada kategori multimedia sebesar 100%, kategori pemograman sebesar 100%, kategori pengolahan citra sebesar 87,5%, kategori pengenalan pola sebesar 11,11%, sedangkan pada kategori jaringan dan data mining tidak ditemukan kecocakan. Analisa Tingkat Kematangan Tata Kelola Sistem Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (Studi Kasus : UPT Perpustakaan STMIK Palangkaraya)
The use of information and communication technologies continue to grow each year. This is in line with the increasing demands for the distribution of information quickly and accurately. To keep the system of information and communication technologies into one quality enhancer in a College, then required the existence of a system of governance audit of information technology communications so that all factors are interconnected with the use of information technology can run as expected and all service information and communication technology can continue to be improved by the application of information technology is right on target.
The existence of a good system of governance is the answer for the use of information and communication technology systems that are reliable. The role of the audit of the governance system of information and communication technologies as a means of decision makers is needed by a college to ensure that the application of information technology is in compliance with the planning.
The COBIT frameworks has a coverage of control purposes which consists of 4 domains (ITGI, 2007), that is Planning and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery and Support (DS), and Monitor and Evaluate (ME). In addition to this COBIT framework also has a Maturity Model that is used to find out the position of the maturity of the current governance and continuously strive to improve the level up to the highest level in order for all aspects of the management towards information technology can be done more effectively.
Then the results of this research is the description of the analysis of the level of maturity of the implementation of the corporate governance of information and communication technology systems using COBIT framework 4.1 on Library STMIK Palangkaraya.

In addition, the Law on Higher Education Number 12 of 2012 Article 88 stipulates that the minister posseses the authority to set the unit standard for Higher Education operational costs which becomes the basis of state universities to set the costs charged by the students in the scope of Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.
University of Palangka Raya applies Generate File Software Development Account to determine the cost of Single Tuition Fee which is a development method of modified Waterfall software. This method consists of four stages; (1) Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Implementation, and; (4) Testing. Quicksort and Depth First Search Algorithm also implemented on system.
Thus this website utilizes Generate Data Account of Single Tuition Fee which will work automatically from each Higher Education entry, namely SNMPTN, SBMPTN and SMMPTN-BARAT and create easier to the management team to change automatically the data of study program from students’ Singgle Tuition Fee account based on the specified study program.

Analisis Penerapan Metode Convex Hull Dan Convexity Defects Untuk Pengenalan Isyarat Tangan
Research of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and Computer Vision (CV) is increasingly focused on advanced interface for interacting with humans and creating system models for various purposes. Especially for input device problem to interact with computer. Humans are accustomed to communicate with fellow human beings using voice communication and accompanied by body pose and hand gesture. The main purpose of this research is to applying the Convex Hull and Convexity Defects methods for Hand Gesture Recognition system.
In this research, the Hand Gesture Recognition system designed with the OpenCV library and then receives input from the user's hand gesture using an integrated webcam on the computer and system generates a language output from the hand-recognizable gestures.
Testing involves several variables which affect success in recognizing user's hand gestures, such as hand distance with webcam, corner of the finger, light conditions and background conditions. As a result, the user's hand gestures can be recognized with a stable and accurate when at a distance of 50cm-70cm, corner of the finger 25o–70o, light conditions 150lux-460lux and plain background conditions
Perancangan Pengamanan Akun dengan Menggunakan Mac Address pada Metode Enkripsi DES
Account security becomes very important as rapid development of internet and access. The case that was reported by Liputan6 about username and password stealing done by a hacker proves that sniffing exists in reality. One of encryption method, which can be used to secure an account’s user id and password, is DES. However, this algorithm is not always considered secure. Because of that, the researcher used mac address score for the authentication step during the log in process. It is done to cover flaw since DES encryption has been prone to be broken. The result of the examination shows that mac address is possible to be used during the authentication step. This model is also efficient to be used because the response duration is quiet quick, which is less than a second, even though the first trial would take some time and process to enter the system. This model can be used as server identifier to enable user to get login access by checking mac that has been exist in the user’s device

Mendeteksi Plagiarism Pada Dokumen Proposal Skripsi Menggunakan Algoritma Jaro Winkler Distance
The practice of plagiarism among students in working on their thesis might happen. Plagiarism is done considering to the limited workmanship and lack of motivation to try with their own ability. It is necessary to provide a tool to prevent the act of plagiarism among the students. In this research, we built an application to detect the plagiarism on the thesis proposal.
The application applies the Jaro Winkler Distance algorithm to detect the similarity from several documents. The first phase to detect the similarity of the thesis proposals is The text preprocessing phase of the document such as case folding, tokenizing, stopwords removal and stemming. Precision and Recall formula will be used to analyze the performance of the method in application.
The test result of the data set shows the application could find the 80% relevant data that indicated the similarity. It means the application could contribute to detect the plagiarism on the thesis proposal document
Perancangan Media Pembelajaran Fisika Materi Konsep Termodinamika Dalam Mesin Kalor Dan Sifat-Sifat Gas Ideal Monoatomik Untuk SMA Kelas XI IPA
Computer-based learning system is now much improved, making the faculty more enthusiastic in making a model of learning so that students do not get bored easily. Physics is a subject that is grealty feared by students because the course is filled by counting, concepts and formulas. designing or creating instructional media. Learning physics is expected to be an interactive learning tool that can improve the learning interest of the user. This study uses R & D (Research and Development), namely the development of computer-based animation instructional media. Making learning applications of thermodynamics in physics to the concept of heat engines and properties of monatomic ideal gas is by using Visual Basic 6.0 software to design the application, Microsoft Access 2007 to design a database system for data storage applications, while Adobe Photoshop to design the image. The test results showed that the instructional media program for the display program, the suitability of the program with the teaching material, and technical quality were good. Based on these results it can be concluded that the program deserves to be a medium of learning and can be used in teaching Physics especially about heat engines and thermodynamic properties of monatomic ideal gas to high school grade XI
