The problem of this research is how to design and build a web-based application to make the process of thesis guidance. This app aims to help the process of guidance and help students who are taking the thesis and lecturers also may correct student thesis, so that the process runs smoothly guidance to complete. Further, the application also helps faculty in monitoring students in conducting guidance
The methods used in this research for observational data collection is interview, and literature, for software development methods we using the waterfall model, software testing methods using Black Box Testing and methods for analysis system weaknesses using PIECES.
This research has been successfully implemented an Application Monitoring Guidance thesis on the School of Information Management and Computer Palangkaraya Based Web using codeigniter 3.0 and has been successfully tested against the results of the implementation.The application can provide convenience for students who are doing a thesis on STMIK Palangka raya

Android is an operating system for mobile devices based on Linux, versions of android is ever released Android version 1.1, Android version 1.5 (Cupcake) Android version 1.6 (Donut), the Android version 2.0 / 2.1 (Eclair), Android Version 2.2 ( Froyo or Frozen Yoghurt), and Android version 2.3 (Gingerbread). There is no problem of this research is to create a mobile application android-based library (library, case studies Palangkaraya Campus). This system aims to help students find the information collections, membership, books being borrowed and never borrowed, change passwords member, information libraries and librarians. The system is made using Eclipse, the Java programming language, PHP and MySQL as a media server that is accessed using the application The methods in this study includes data collection method (observation, literature, and interviews) and analyzed using analysis systems PIECES. Analysis PIECES have 6 (six) phases Performance, Information, Economics, control, efficiency and service. In this study has been conducted to test black box testing or testing program errors and the result of the program can be run to provide better information

Expert System which is a branch of Artifical Intelligence, who learned about the estimation or decision-making ability of an expert. Methods and concepts are still needed in solving the problem of diagnosis, with engineering calculations involve computing systems., given the level of need for information and resolving cases. The application development is aimed at implementing the knowledge of an expert into a program that can help in diagnosing the symptoms of skin health problems in cats. Dempster Shafer (DS) is a method that is non monotonous in solving the problem of uncertainty due to the addition or subtraction of new facts.The system is made to diagnose the type of skin disease in cats after applying the method of DS. The system can also perform data management if there is a data change disease, symptoms, treatment solutions, as well as the rules of the disease. Identifikasi Kematangan Buah Apel Dengan Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM)
Digital image processing is part of the technological developments in the concepts and reasoning, the human wants the machine (computer) can recognize images like human vision. Recognizing the image is one way to distinguish the traits that exist in the image. Texture is one of the characteristics that distinguish the image, is the basic characteristic of the image identification. Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) is one method of obtaining characteristic texture image by calculating the probability of adjacency relationship between two pixels at a certain distance and direction. The characteristics of texture obtained from GLCM methods include contrast, correlation, homogeneity, and energy. The extracted features are then used for identification with the nearest distance calculations (Eucledian Distance). The final results analysis program to identify the category of apples raw, half-ripe or overripe. Training data used are 12 images apple, consisting of 4 is crude, 4 is half-cooked, and 4 is ripe, 7 data used for testing. Testing GLCM with 00 angle feature extraction results of the test images can be recognized by a factor Eucledian Distance to the query image. Identification of test data is information all the data can be recognized. Eucledian Distance is a method that helps the introduction of a test object data

Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak Generate File Untuk Migrasi Data EPSBED Ke Format Table Feeder PDDIKTI
Based on SK-03, DIKTI requires all universities provide a report on each semester that corresponding to the report format named EPSBED. EPSBED report is one indicator of a study program at the college as it is called active and abiding by the principle. The reporting of data is conducted every semester and should be reported such as the data of students, the data of subjects, the data of lectures, the value of relocation, the lectures activities of students, and the status of students. The research MADE data migration software used library research and observation. Furthermore, processing the EPSBED data to excel in accordance with the template of PDDIKTI Feeder preceded by mapping EPSBED table with PDDKTI Feeder table.Determine the functionality of the software, made the design and implemented in the programming language of PHP. The software testing was conducted using EPSBED data of Informatics Engineering Department Palangka Raya University. The software developed produce excel file containing the data of students (profile and status), the data of subjects and the assessment, the data of lectures (class lectures, students KRS, lecturer, subjects, and students grade), and the lectures activities of students. Data Migration Software to PDDIKTI Feeder to assist and facilitate the reporting of PDPT UPR. In other words, Data Migration Software to PDDIKTI Feeder can be a model and reference in the subsequent development, in which an existing excel file with the help of Web Service PDDIKTI Feeder can be inputted the data into the feeder DIKTI so that it can be displayed on Forlap DIKTI

It required an academic information system planning can provide clear guidelines in the use of information technology for academic affairs at SMK Isen Mulang.
Analysis of the needs required in the planning of Academic Information System using Zachman Framework approach. Each cell of the matrix Zachman discussed in depth to analyze the needs of Academic Information Systems of SMK Isen Mulang Palangkaraya. For the modeling used E-R diagrams, UML diagrams, and for examples of interface design using GUI Design Studio.
The result of this research study is a vocational blueprint by using Zachman Academic Information Framework. Zachman Framework Approach to describe clearly and in detail the parts of planning academic Academic Information Systems in a simple model. This plan resulted in a blueprint that can be used as a reference are structured in making academic information system program code and test development in SMK Isen Mulang Palangkaraya
Pemodelan K-Means Pada Penentuan Predikat Kelulusan Mahasiswa STMIK Palangka Raya

K -Means model application can be used to classify data such as the title of graduation students based on the amount of load studies, GPA, and graduation thesis. This research was conducted to find out the results of the use of the concept of K-Means on the determination of student graduation in order to get the results in the form of an analysis of the modeling. The problem of this research is to seek to model the concept of K-Means on the determination of graduation Students using Student Data of STMIK Palangkaraya. K-Means algorithm is used through three stages: initialization , the first iteration and the second iteration. The results of the modeling is the use of K-Means algorithm to determine student graduation to obtain analysis of the results in the form of 70 % could determine the appropriate graduation of 10 data were used as a sample. Modeling using the K-Means is one of the concepts to be able to classify the data, so the use of K-Means algorithm can be a reference for the development of a modeling study, especially regarding data mining
