    Pesawaran Regency is known to have advantages in the tourism sector. This can be seen from the number of tourists who continue to increase, especially on national holidays. The Provincial Government is collaborating with the Trans Lampung Bus by opening routes to tourist destinations, namely from Tanjung Karang Station - Ketapang Harbor. However, in practice, there is a tendency for tourists to use private transportation modes compared to public transportation modes that have been provided. Therefore, this study aims to find out how to increase tourist interest in using the Trans Lampung Bus public transportation route from Tanjung Karang Station to Ketapang Port as tourist transportation. There are three targets to achieve the research objectives, namely: 1. Knowing what factors influence the choice of mode; 2. Knowing the opportunities for using private and public transportation modes; 3. Make recommendations for optimizing public transportation mode. The analytical method used in this study is binary logistic regression and sensitivity. Based on the sensitivity analysis, it is known that the comfort factor has a higher sensitivity than the bus trip rit factor. Therefore, the comfort factor will be optimized first

    Village development is a long-term sustainable project. Village development efforts have always been pursued by the government at various periods with various policies, namely in the form of aid funds, internet network development, infrastructure development, and so on. Way Huwi Village is one of the villages in the administrative area of South Lampung Regency near Bandar Lampung city, acts as its ‘satellite’, so it needs an integrated system to maximize potential by dissemination of geospatial information to the villagers. The Community Service aims to meet the need for web-based geospatial information in Way Huwi Village. The method used in data collection by mapping using photogrammetric methods by means of UAV and field surveys to obtain village map information. This community service is used for development planning using the smart village concept effectively and sustainably, as well as increasing awareness of the importance of the availability of geospatial information in community economic improvement activities to improve the standard of living of Way Huwi village

    Pemanfaatan augmented reality dan virtual reality sebagai media pembelajaran dapat menstimulasi pola pikir siswa untuk mampu kritis terhadap suatu kondisi dan memberikan pemahaman dalam menvisualisasikan konsep abstrak dan struktur suatu model objek yang lebih efektif. Adapun dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini guna meningkatkan pemahaman para guru di Sekolah Ar-Raihan terkait pemanfaatan media pembelajaran alternatif dengan augmented reality dan virtual reality. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan teknik presentasi, yakni metode ceramah dan dilanjutkan dengan proses diskusi berupa tanya jawab dan praktik. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menyimpulkan data dari masing-masing hasil pre-test, post-test dan survey kepuasaan peserta. Dari hasil survei tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap kegiatanmenunjukkan persentase baik sebesar 50%, sangat baik 43% dan cukup baik sebesar 7%. Lalu, indikator sangat mengetahui peserta terhadap pemahaman materi meningkat dari sebelumnya tidak paham atau 0% menjadi rata-rata sebesar 37,2%. Hal tersebut mengidentifikasikan bahwa peserta menyambut baik dan antusias dengan kegiatan ini

    Pengaruh Bentuk Inti Bendungan Urugan Terhadap Potensi Rembesan dan Stabilitas Gempa

    Pada umumnya bendungan direncanakan untuk menampung air sebagai pengendali banjir, penyedia air baku dan pembangkit listrik tenaga air (PLTA). Mengingat besarnya kapasitas yang ditampung oleh bendungan, studi dan analisis tentang potensi bahaya pada bendungan yang disebabkan oleh rembesan dan gempa perlu dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini, analisis terhadap potensi bahaya rembesan dan gempa dilakukan dengan tiga bentuk inti bendungan untuk mengkaji bentuk yang efektif dan aman. Analisis awal dilakukan terhadap konfigurasi bentuk inti bendungan didapatkan bahwa bentuk inti bendungan siku menghasilkan debit rembesan paling kecil. Dari hasil analisis terhadap potensi erosi buluh, angka keamanan yang paling tinggi ditunjukkan pada bentuk inti bendungan tegak vertikal. Pada saat kondisi statik semua bentuk inti aman terhadap bahaya keruntuhan lereng. Analisis stabilitas lereng saat kondisi gempa operasi (OBE) menunjukkan bahwa semua bentuk inti bendungan aman terhadap gempa operasi (OBE) namun pada analisis stabilitas lereng terhadap beban gempa maksimum (MDE) menunjukkan angka keamanan lebih rendah dibanding angka keamanan syarat, namun dari analisis alihan tetap dengan metode dari Makdisi – Seed deformasi yang terjadi masih memenuhi syarat. Deformasi yang terjadi sebesar 42,741 cm dan masih memenuhi syarat yaitu kurang dari setengah tinggi jagaan sebesar 300 cm

    Setiap tahunnya kebutuhan dunia akan energi terus bertambah tetapi ketersediaan akan energi fosil terus mengalami penurunan. Hal ini yang mendorong perlunya energi baru dan terbarukan untuk mensubstitusikan energi fosil tersebut agar dapat mengurangi penggunaannya. Salah satu alternatif yaitu dengan penggunaan minyak nabati dari crude palm oil yang dimana minyak nabati tersebut dibuat melalui proses transesterifikasi terlebih dahulu agar viskositas pada minyak nabati mendekati nilai viskositas pada minyak diesel yang terbuat dari fosil tersebut. Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini akan membahas tentang analisa perbandingan unjuk kerja motor diesel satu silinder dengan putaran motor sebesar 1000 rpm hingga 2000 rpm dengan interval setiap kenaikan 200 rpm dan daya konstan 1500 Watt berbahan bakar pertamina dex murni dan campuran antara pertamina dex dengan minyak nabati yang telah diformulasikan yaitu MS10, MS20, MS30, dan MS40 melalui proses transesterifikasi menggunakan katalis basa homogen. Didapatkan hasil nilai unjuk kerja motor terbaik pada variasi bahan bakar pertamina dex dengan nilai berurut-turut 0,729 Hp; 32,500 kg.cm; 0,587 kg/Hp.jam; 0,029; dan 0,285 kPa. Yang disusul oleh bahan bakar MS40, sedangkan nilai unjuk kerja motor terburuk pada variais bahan bakar MS10

    Land development that occurs in Pringsewu Regency is for the public interest, as a government step to more easily acquire lands which function as cultivation areas for physical development as a form of service to community needs. The limited provision of land will make it difficult for the government to develop an area as a form of land use for public purposes. This research will discuss about the analysis of land use for the public interest. There are several criteria and indicators that determine the location of land to be used for public use, consisting of land area, existing land use, spatial plan, area function, slope, land shape, soil movement, flood hazard, population density and market land prices. Based on the results of the scoring analysis of 11 indicators through the application of spatial multicriteria analysis which involves eleven criteria for determining the location as the most appropriate variable to be used as state land as a balancing material, the Pringsewu Regency government explains that zone 3 (Kecamatan Pagelaran, Pringsewu dan Ambarawa) has the most land dominance which can be prioritized first

    Cocoa beans from Indonesian farmers are not optimal to utilize dan has low quality because they have not done fermentation processing. The aim of this study was to process cocoa beans through fermentation by using Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae by developing cocoa-pulp byproduct that can be converted to be alcohol. Fermentation process had done in two type of containers such as plastic and stainless steel material. It was observed to know the presence of olygodinamic effect from stainless steel material. The results showed that cacao pulp can be fermented by using Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae in sensory test method with hyphae growth and strong aromatic from alcohol observation. Stainless steel material in fermentor tub did not give the oligodynamic effect for Aspergillus niger fungus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae growth. The Fermentation process produced 0.66 mL of alcohol from one kilogram fresh cocoa beans. The maximum bioethanol product is that happened in 4th day fermentation process about 5.30 %

    Indicators of student success in the academic at university is the Cumulative grade point average (GPA). Assessed from the Selection Pathways students for State Universities, it is suspected that there are differences in the academic achievement of students. Therefore, this study aims to determine and analyze the academic achievement of students based on the Selection Pathways students at the Department of Informatics Engineering, ITERA. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all students who still active at the Department of Informatics Engineering generation 2017, 2018, and 2019. The samples of this study were 239 (SNMPTN), 239 (SBMPTN), and 35 (Mandiri). The data collection methods were conducted using documentation techniques in the form of GPA data’s students and the Selection Pathways students. Data were analyzed using the ANOVA test. The results of data analysis research were obtained an average GPA of students in the SNMPTN (2.93), SBMPTN (2.89), and Mandiri (2.59). Result of ANOVA test showed that F count (4.363) > F table (3.0133). The conclusion of this study showed that there are significant differences in the academic achievement of students Based on the Selection Pathways for State Universities

    Trend of public transport service in rural area is decreasing in terms of the number of operational route and the performance. However, there are people who cannot access private vehicles and depend on rural transport services including the elderly, people with disabilities, women, and students. The existence of this rural transportation indirectly improves the quality of life of the community by providing easier access to better economic, health and educational facilities than in the areas where they live. Responding to these conditions, the aim of this study is to analyze rural transit service needs to accommodate passengers trip. Case study of this research is rural public transport on route 061 Cilimus-Mandirancan in Kuningan Regency. This study used quantitative method with descrptive and comparative analysis. The result show that public transport needs improvement in such performance parameter like route, schedule, load factor, waiting time, baggage space, vehicle operating cost, and institutional. Improving the quality and innovation of rural public transport services can be realized if there is intervention from the government and other related parties in the management and operational costs of rural public transport vehicles

    Evaluasi Proses Produksi Country kettle Pada PT PLB Dengan Pendekatan Lean Maufacturing

    PT PLB (pseudonym) is a company that produces household appliances and kitchen utensils. The country kettle is one type of product made by PT PLB. The productivity of the country kettle production line decreased by 56%. This was due to defective products. The largest percentage of defects in-country kettle products occurred in the spinning process of 40.18%. This study aimed to identify the causes of defects in-country kettle products and how to overcome them by designing improvement proposals. Lean manufacturing principles were used to evaluate the problems that occur. There were three types of lean manufacturing tools used in this study: Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and 5Ways. VSM was used to describe and identify value-added activities, non-value-added activities but necessary, and non-value-added activities so that the production process becomes lean. The root cause analysis was performed using the 5 Whys method. Unskilled workers and non-standard material types between suppliers are the highest contributors to defects in the spinning process. Based on this, this research was focused on improvements made in the spinning process. Proposals for improvements to the causes of the problems found are standardization of work procedures, standardization of supplier specifications, and arrangement of semi-finished goods and/or supplies. Based on the company's results, the proposed standardization of work procedures and arrangement of semi-finished goods and/or supplies may be implemented in the company. Meanwhile, the proposal for selecting suppliers is not feasible due to company limitation
