Sifat Kimia dan Proksimat Kayu Tekan Pinus merkusii
Kayu memiliki sifat dasar bervariasi berdasarkan jenis dan dalam satu jenis dipengaruhi oleh faktor genetic dan lingkungan. Pembentukan kayu reaksi selama pertumbuhan pohon diikuti oleh perbedaan sifat dasar kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan kadar komponen kimia kayu tekan dan oposit Pinus merkusii Jungh et de Vriese dan pengaruhnya terhadap sifat kayu sebagai bahanenergi. Sampel kayu tekan dan oppsit yang diambil dari potongan kayu berbentuk disk dibuat serbuk berukuran 40-60 mesh. Kadar komponen kimia kayu tekan dan oposit diuji denganmerujuk pada standar TAPPI-1990 dan analisis prosimat merujuk pada standar ASTM-1983. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kayu tekan memiliki kadar selulosa dan hemiselulosa lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan kayu oposit, sedangkan kadar lignin kayu tekan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kayu oposit. Kelarutan kayu dalam air dari kayu tekan tekan lebih rendah, sedangkan kelarutan dalam NaOH 1% lebih tinggi dibandingkan kayu oposit. Kayu tekan memiliki kadar zat terbang lebih rendah dan karbon terikat lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kayu oposit sehingga nilai kalor kayu tekan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kayu opositnya. Karakteristik kayu tekan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh tingginya kadar lignin dan lebih rendahnya kadar holoselulosa dibandingkan dengan kayu oposit.

Electrospun Nanofiber Poly (3,4-ethylenedioxytriophene): poly (styrene sulfonate) / poly (vinyl alcohol) as Strain Sensor Application
A strain sensor based on poly (3,4-ethylenedioxytriophene): poly (styrene sulfonate)/poly (vinyl alcohol) (PEDOT: PSS/PVA) nanofiber has been successfully fabricated by electrospinning technique. Patterned copper wires were deposited on the mica flexible substrate with the distance of 1 mm. The sensor then characterized with various strain by one side bending. The conductivity of as-spun nanofiber mats can be adjusted from 0.03 to 1.2 µS cm-1 with various concentration of PVA and depends on its structure and its nanofiber diameter. The sensing mechanism of nanofiber-based strain sensor is due to the common piezoelectric effect of PEDOT:PSS polymer and unique nanostructure of nanofiber mats. When the sensor stretched, the length of nanofiber increase affecting the geometrical change and lead the increasing in resistance. This sensor shows good repeatability with gauge factor of 17. The performance of PEDOT:PSS/PVA nanofiber based strain sensor make nanofiber mats as promising alternative materials for strain sensor application
Korelasi Intensitas Pemanfaatan Ruang, Aksesibilitas, dan Harga Lahan di Kawasan Perkotaan: (Studi Kasus: Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu dan Rajabasa, Kota Bandar Lampung)
Koridor Jalan Z.A. Pagar Alam dan sekitarnya diarahkan sebagai Kawasan Pendidikan Tinggi sesuai dengan arahan yang ada pada RTRW Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2011 – 2030. Perkembangan kawasan pendidikan tinggi ini menunjukkan meningkatnya intensitas pemanfaatan ruang di sepanjang koridor Jalan ZA. Pagar Alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi antara intensitas pemanfaatan ruang yang ditunjukkan melalui variabel KDB, KLB; aksesibilitas; dan harga lahan di kawasan sekitar koridor Jalan Z.A. Pagar Alam. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis korelasi Spearman Rank karena data yang digunakan berskala ordinal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua variabel yang dianalisis memiliki korelasi. Korelasi yang signifikan ditunjukkan pada korelasi antara variabel aksesibilitas dengan KLB dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,307. Selanjutnya korelasi antara aksesibilitas dengan harga lahan menunjukkan korelasi yang lemah dengan koefisien korelasi 0,198. Korelasi antara intensitas pemanfaatan ruang (KDB dan KLB) dengan harga lahan menunjukkan korelasi yang tidak berarti dengan nilai koefisien korelasi -0,062 dan -0,063. Hasil analisis korelasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa harga lahan yang tinggi di pusat kota belum tentu menunjukkan intensitas pemanfaatan ruang secara intensif di kawasan pusat kota
Optimalisasi Sifat Mekanik Biokomposit PLA dengan Serat Arenga Pinnata
Polymer composite materials have been widely used in various industries, including construction and automobile industries. However, they have caused one critical problem, namely pollution. Thus, to minimize the impact, the scientists and expertise develop a biodegradable material so that it will decompose in the nature and avoid the pollutions. One of the alternatives is polylactide acid polymer and arenga pinnata fiber. This research was focused on the addition of 10% up to 30% amount of fiber to increase the mechanical properties of polymer composite with polylactide acid as a matrix and arenga pinnata fiber as a reinforcement agent. The mechanical properties were obtained by using universal testing machine and FESEM to observe the morphological structure. The results show that the mechanical properties especially tensile strength and young modulus have increased after the addition of 10% up to 20%, for example, tensile strength has grown from 50.5 MPa to 66 MPa, while young modulus has gone up approximately 183.2 MPa to 330.4 MPa. The decline of mechanical properties when the 30% of fiber was added are due to the void formed by the volatile substances during the preparations
Identification of Alkaloid Compounds from Cytotoxic Active Fraction in Peperomia pellucida
Peperomia pellucida attracts a lot of interest due to its bioactivity and has been used in various folk medicine. In this report, n-hexane, dichloromethane, and ethyl acetate fraction of Peperomia pellucida extract were examined for its cytotoxic activity against Artemia salina larvae using the BSLT method. The ethyl acetate fraction showed higher cytotoxic activity than n-hexane and dichloromethane. The LC50 of ethyl acetate, n-hexane, and dichloromethane fractions was 39.665, 278.920, and 60.808 ppm, respectively. Mayer and Dragendorff tests give a positive result to the alkaloid constituent in ethyl acetate fraction. The alkaloids in Peperomia pellucida were extracted using ethyl acetate and further separated using chromatography techniques. Two alkaloid components were identified in ethyl acetate fraction from Peperomia pellucida as Piperine and Nigramide N by using LC-MS/MS. 
Analisis Rantai Markov dalam Memprediksi Status Pasien COVID-19 di Indonesia
COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a new type of corona virus, beta coronavirus. The spread of COVID-19 can occur through human interactions. On March 9, 2020 the WHO (World Health Organization) officially declared COVID-19 a pandemic. This means that COVID-19 has spread widely in the world. Until now, there has not been found a drug to treat COVID-19. So, it is necessary to predict when the COVID-19 pandemic will end. This study discusses the Markov chain method in predicting the status of COVID-19 patients in Indonesia. The prediction of the number of people who are positive for COVID-19, recovered, and die can be one of the government's bases for determining when the large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) will end. The results of the study stated that the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia would end at the end of 2020. Optimasi Multi Respon pada Proses End-Milling Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) Dengan Menggunakan Metode Back Propagation Neural Network – Particle Swarm Optimization (BPNN-PSO)
The use of composite materials continues to show an increasing trend in various fields such as sports, aviation and the military. This also increases the need for knowledge about the manufacturing process of composites. One of the most widely used composite materials is glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP). In the process of making components made from GFRP, one of the processes that is often used is end-milling. The studies that have been carried out on the GFRP end-milling process mostly use woven fibers, while research on machining of GFRP using combo fibers has not been widely conducted. This research was conducted to determine the effect of spindle speed, feeding speed, and cutting depth, on cutting forces, surface roughness, and delamination. In addition, multi response optimization is carried out using the combined method of BPNN-PSO to obtain the most optimal combination of machining parameters. The results shows that the optimal level of cut depth, spindle speed, and feeding speed are 1 mm, 4871 rpm and 788 mm / minute, respectively
KELAYAKAN SISTEM SALURAN DRAINASE MENINJAU SUPPLY DAN DEMAND UNTUK MENDUKUNG RENCANA KAWASAN PERKOTAAN PRINGSEWU
Pringsewu Regency is a district that is currently focusing on the preparation and maturation of the 2011-2031 Regional Spatial Plan, which includes a plan to prepare it to become an urban area. In order to have good city management, it's therefore, necessary to study the feasibility of the drainage system which later can be used as input for careful planning to support the Pringsewu Urban Area plan by paying attention to the availability and quantity of drainage channels so as not to cause a disaster problem in the future. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out that the capacity of the drainage channel, namely Qtotal> Qsaluran, so that the channel cannot accommodate rainwater and wastewater, so to support the Pringsewu Urban Area, the drainage channel is currently not feasible to support the Pringsewu Urban Area plan when viewed from an infrastructure perspective, namely existing drainage system.

Pelatihan Inovasi Kain Tapis Krui di Pekon Way Sindi Kabupaten Pesisir Barat
Tapis is a traditional Indonesian woven which is produced by using a non-machine weaving loom. Tapis is an ornamental motif-based manifestation, especially for the people of Pesisir Barat's local history and beliefs. The issues that occur with Tapis weaving craftsmen are production infrastructure, minimal market availability, a lack of knowledge, and their skills for product innovation. The people of Pesisir Barat require empowerment and support to develop the knowledge and abilities of Tapis weaving craftsmen in the production of tapis derivative products. These items will support the Pesisir Barat's tourism industry succeed. This community service activity was carried out by holding coaching for the Kerudung Sakti and Kiluk Andan Tapis Crafts Group in Way Sindi Village, Karya Penggawa, Pesisir Barat district. This training is expected to improve the community's knowledge and skills in developing various souvenir products and craft accessories made from Tapis derivative products
