    Penanganan Jalan Berdasarkan Data Visual Kerusakan Jalan Menggunakan Metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI): (Studi Kasus: Jalan Terusan Ryacudu)

    Kerusakan jalan merupakan permasalahan prasarana perhubungan darat yang sering kali dijumpai. Jalan Terusan Ryacudu merupakan salah satu akses Gerbang Tol Kota Baru Trans Sumatera dan akses untuk civitas akademika ITERA. Sebagai upaya dalam pemeliharaan kondisi jalan, perlu dilakukan penilaian kondisi jalan secara teratur. Penilaian kondisi jalan Terusan Ryacudu, dilakukan dengan metode visual. Data-data yang dibutuhkan yaitu data jenis dan dimensi kerusakan. Metode yang digunakan untuk penilaian kondisi jalan yaitu metode PCI. Hasil perhitungan penilaian kondisi perkerasan lentur jalan Terusan Ryacudu ruas jalan Ryacudu-Kota Baru dengan 95 unit sampel diperoleh nilai PCI rata-rata 71,82%. Dalam mengetahui jenis penanganan berdasarkan metode PCI, dihasilkan kesimpulan dari metode PCI yaitu segmen I terdiri dari unit sampel 1-26 dengan pemeliharaan rutin/berkala, segmen II terdiri dari unit sampel 27-52 dengan pemeliharaan rekonstruksi, segmen III terdiri dari unit sampel 53-73 dengan pemeliharaan rutin, dan segmen IV terdiri dari unit sampel 74-95 dengan pemeliharaan rutin/berkala.     The majority of Indonesia's population lives in rural areas so that agriculture is the main sector in the economy and the survival of rural communities where it is known that the national income generated from the agricultural sector is more than 50%. To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of agricultural activities, the application of technology, especially digital-based ones, is very necessary because it has a significant impact on improving the economy of farming communities in particular, one of which is the digitalization of agriculture.Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it is known that the application of agricultural digitization in terms of the use of applications used as online marketing media in Adiluwih and Gadingrejo sub-districts is still relatively low. The low use of this application is due to several factors that influence the use of agricultural applications, including farmer readiness factors, age factors, gender factors, education factors, extension factors, and income factors. Furthermore, this agricultural digitization has an impact on the economic level of the farming community, although it is still relatively low, this digitalization can increase farmers' income by 8.5%. This increase in income is obtained from the marketing of agricultural products through online media which is part of the digitalization tools in agriculture. This is an opportunity so that the application of digitalization and information technology in agriculture can be developed optimally in order to increase the economic growth of rural communities

    Like other urban areas, Metro City has a waste problem. An alternative solution that has been carried out by the government in dealing with waste problems is through the waste bank program. One of the waste bank that has many achievements in Metro City is Cangkir Hijau Waste Bank, but the lack of community participation in participating in this waste bank results in the least amount of garbage that can be processed by Cangkir Hijau Waste Bank. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence community participation in Cangkir Hijau Waste Bank. To answer these objectives, it is carried out: 1) Identification of the conditions of community participation in Cangkir Hijau Waste Bank; 2) Analysis of the factors that influence community participation in Cangkir Hijau Waste Bank. In this research, the method used is descriptive analysis and crosstab association analysis with probability sampling technique. The sampling method used was proportional clustered random sampling with a sample of 155 respondents. After researching that the condition of community participation participating in Cangkir Hijau Garbage Bank only amounted to 1% or 2 people from 155 respondents. Meanwhile, the factors that influence community participation in Cangkir Hijau Garbage Bank are attitudes, knowledge, environmental benefits, and profits

    Abstract SMP IT Baitul Jannah is one of schools existing at Pramuka road No. 43, Kemiling, Bandar Lampung. Waste management at there is just only collecting and carrying garbage. Activities such sorting, reducing and reusing are not applied in school environment. It is caused lack of socialization about waste management at there. In applying Adiwiyata program, awareness and knowledge are needed to keep environment by people in SMP IT Baitul Jannah. The solution to handle problem about garbage in there is by giving socialization about trash handling and utilization to the teachers due to they are role model for their students. Because of waste management socialization, there is 70% competency enhancement among 30 audience taking the test.   Keywords: garbage, socialization, waste managemen

    Studi Pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (B3) di Kawasan Pelabuhan Batu bara (Studi Kasus : PT X di Sumatera Selatan)

    Limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun (B3) yang dihasilkan di Indonesia setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan jumlah limbah B3 yang terus bertambah setiap tahunnya menjadi sekitar 200 juta ton pada tahun 2020.  Makin besarnya limbah B3 ini makin memperbesar potensi bencana lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Pertambangan batu bara yang mendominasi aktivitas industri energi tidak terlepas dari permasalahan ini. Salah satu bisnis proses yang kerap terlupakan terkait pengelolaan lingkungan perusahaan pertambangan adalah proses pengangkutan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan menganalisis pengelolaan limbah B3 di salah satu fasilitas pengangkutan batu bara yaitu pelabuhan. Data primer pada penelitian ini didapatkan dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan data sekunder berupa data neraca limbah B3 laporan pelaksanaan pengelolaan lingkungan. Data yang telah didapatkan kemudian dilakukan evaluasi kesesuaian dengan peraturan mengenai pengelolaan limbah B3. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan jenis limbah B3 yang mendominasi adalah oli bekas dan kemasan bekas B3. Kesimpulan dari evaluasi pengelolaan limbah B3 di lokasi studi yaitu di PT X telah dilakukan namun masih terdapat sedikit ruang untuk lebih baik di beberapa aspek pengelolaan limbah B

    Determining the Distribution Route Using the Clustered Generalised Vehicle Routing Problem Model and Dijkstra's Algorithm

    Distributions and logistics processes are the essential element activities integral to the industrial sector, one of them is the distribution of LPG 3 kg. The most common issue that occurs in the distribution process is determining the vehicle routes which are often called Vehicle Routing Problems. PT Amalia Yusri is one of the distributor agents of LPG 3 kg in Banda Aceh and also had the same issue to determine the distribution routes. The Clustered Generalized Vehicle Routing Problem model is used to determine the optimal distribution route on the vertex destinations that have been grouped. Based on the number of requests and vehicle capacity, the grouping and formation of clusters are divided into two days and split into five groups. The first day consists of group 1 and group 2; while on the second day are group 3, group 4, and group 5. The method that is used to optimise distribution distance is Dijkstra Algorithm. From the application of the CGVRP model and Dijkstra Algorithm obtained a total distance for group 1 is 25.582 m, group 2 is 24.650 m, group 3 is 39.350 m, group 4 is 27.500 m, and group 5 is 38.500 m

    FORMULASI NANOEKAPSULASI EKSTRAK DAUN KELOR (Moringa oleifera) /KITOSAN-NATRIUM TRIPOLIPOSFAT (NaTPP)

    Moringa (Moringa oliefera) contains several antioxidant compounds such as quercetin and chlorogenic acid. However, antioxidants have weaknesses, namely that they are easily damaged by exposure to oxygen, light, high temperatures, and drying. One way to maintain and increase the stability of antioxidants is by encapsulation. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum formulation of quercetin nanoencapsulation of moringa leaf extract using chitosan and sodium tripolyphosphate (Na-TPP) using the ultrasonication method. Moringa leaf extract was obtained by repeated ultrasonication 1x 15, 3x15, and 5x15 minutes, frequency 24 kHz, and using alcohol 96%. The encapsulation process was carried out with three variable ratios of the amount of chitosan: Na-TPP added to 10 mL of Moringa leaf extract solution (F0), namely 5:1 (F1), 2:1 (F2), and 1:1 (F3). Test results for flavonoids as quercetin using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer showed that the Quercetin content in Moringa leaf extract ultrasonicated 5x15 minutes was 12.146%, the characterization of the Particle Size Analyzer (PSA) showed encapsulated particle sizes of 170.3 and 209.7 nm with polydisperse index <0 .5, the antioxidant activity test using the DPPH method showed that F0 was 61.4% and F2 had the highest antioxidant activity, namely 81.2%. Analysis of the morphology of nanoparticles using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) showed that the particles were spherically distributed evenly. Nanoencapsulation of Moringa leaf extract has resulted and an increase in the antioxidant activity of Moringa leaf extract after encapsulation using Chitosan-NaTPP, from 61.4% to 81.2% (F2)

    Studi Eksperimental Pengaruh Variasi Sudut Kemiringan Poros Terhadap Kinerja Turbin Ulir Archimedes

    This study aims to design and conduct an experimental study of axle tilt angles variation on the performance of the Archimedes screw turbine (AST). The AST was constructed based on Rorres (2000) [3] formulation to achieve the optimum design of AST. This design was obtained with the followings parameters:  1.7m turbine axle length, 0.069m and 0.128m of internal and external turbine radius, 0.260m pitch length, 6.5 pitches number, 59° and 72° of external and internal blade angel, and 2 number of blades. The screw turbine performance was experimentally carried out by varying the angle of the turbine axle in the range of 25°, 30°, 35°, 40°, and 45°. The test was utilized the natural river flow with an average discharge of 0.011 m3/s. The result was yielded that the optimum angle of the turbine was at a turbine tilt axle of 35° while the rotational speed was 265.5 rpm, whereby the turbine generated  48.81W power and 4.09Nm of torque. This study is hopefully beneficial for the turbine design reference as well as its experimental evaluation

    Lampung Province, especially in Bandarlampung City, according to the spatial plan (RTRW), Lampung Province has been designated as one of the National Activity Centers (PKN) and as a strategic area for Sumatra Island in the transportation sector. This condition encourages Bandarlampung City to apply the Smart City concept in developing its city, in realizing this concept Bandarlampung City utilizes digital infrastructure platforms in its activities. The digital infrastructure platform is expected to be a solution to push Bandarlampung City towards the realization of the Smart City concept and improve the public's mindset towards technological advances to facilitate and improve the quality of public services. In addition, according to Castells (2010) theory, the existence of this digital platform will reduce mobility in Bandarlampung City because many public service activities are carried out from home without transportation. The digital infrastructure platform of Bandarlampung City that include in this research is a platform for local transportation network infrastructure, government, education, health, trade and commerce, clean water and electricity networks and telephone network utilities. In this research, it was identified that there was a connection between changes in the frequency of use of digital infrastructure platforms which in fact affected the mobility of the citozens of Bandarlampung City

    With the development of increasingly large technology, the distribution of information is now more easily accessible from outside and within the country. From the development of this technology, Indonesia is not spared in using it in people's daily lives such as in communicating, traveling, general information and specific information and others. Even though they already have urban public transportation in Bandar Lampung, many people still use private vehicles which causes urban roads to be increasingly congested by private vehicles. To increase public interest in using public transportation, especially BRT, this is the background of this research. The aim is to identify public perceptions in the use of information technology in public transportation, especially the Bandar Lampung Bus Rapid Trans (BRT). The approach method used is a quantitative approach method with descriptive analysis and data obtained from primary and secondary data. The results obtained are in the form of public perceptions of the system to be developed, the need for features that can be included, and the potential with the application, all of which are based on transport behavior variables
