PENGARUH INFRASTRUKTUR JALAN TOL TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN LAHAN TERBANGUN DAN KONDISI SOSIAL EKONOMI DI KAWASAN METROPOLITAN PATUNGRAYA AGUNG
The development of the metropolitan area is in line with the development of toll road infrastructure. This has implications for changes in the use of built-up land, population and economy. The areas most affected by the construction are located around the entrances and exits of the toll gates. However, along with changes in the use of built-up land that continues to grow, the amount of land available is limited. So that it can cause a mismatch of land use designation with the designation plan. Based on these problems, it is necessary to study the effect of toll road infrastructure development on changes in built-up land use, population and economy. The results showed that there was an increase in built-up land covering an area of 3,148.31 Ha, population of 273,997 people and in several PDRB sectors. Meanwhile, based on the results of changes in built-up land against the suitability of the South Sumatra Province Spatial Planning there are only 75.69% of the area of built-up land that is in accordance with its designation. It is necessary to evaluate changes in built up land in Patungraya Agung Metropolitan Area so that land changes are built in accordance with efficient spatial planning
A Pemanfaatan Bahan Alam (Pasir Pantai Lampung Dan Arang Kelapa) Sebagai Media Filter Air Untuk Meningkakan Kualitas Air Yang Digunakan Pengrajin Tahu Di Tanjung Bintang
Kesadaran penggunaan air bersih oleh pelaku UMKM Makanan dalam proses produksinya di beberapa daerah di Indonesia masih rendah, sebab masih banyak yang mengabaikan penggunaan air bersih yang digunakan, sehingga berdampak pada kualitas yang dihasilkan. Sumber air bersih kini tak dekat lagi bahkan tak jarang pembangunan pabrik dan perusahaan ikut berdampak pada pergeseran kualitas air bersih, Sehingga perlu adanya sebuah ide atau gagasan yang dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas produksinya. Penggunaan filter air berbahan alam dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas air. Pada pengabdian ini, kami membuat sebuah alat filter air dari bahan alam, yaitu arang tempurung kelapa dan pasir pantai lampung sebagai media untuk meningkatkan kualitas air. Dari hasil penerapan yang sudah dilakukan, pembuatan filter air yang dilakukan dapat diaplikasikan pada pelaku UMKM Tahu pada daerah Tanjung Bintang Lampung Selatan
Pelatihan Pembuatan Cake dengan Subtitusi Tepung Ubi Jalar Ungu Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Enterpreneurship Skill di Dasa Wisma Anggrek Perumahan Pondok Bondowoso Indah
Peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat dapat berawal dari peningkatan skill sumber daya manusia sejak dini. Untuk itu, perlu adanya pelatihan tambahan kepada generasi muda di masyarakat. Kegiatan tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan adanya kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak yaitu dengan institusi pendidikan terkait maupun dengan wadah organisasi kemasyarakatan seperti Dasa Wisma sebagai sala satu organisasi kemasyarakatan terkecil. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dengan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan remaja putri dalam membuat brownies dan cookies dengan substitusi tepung ubi jalar ungu sehingga mampu mengembangkan kemampuannya tersebut sebagai salah satu usaha mandiri yang dapat dijalankan dari rumah. Manfaat sangat dirasakan bagi peserta yaitu pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengolah ubi ungu menjadi tepung ubi ungu untuk kemudian dijadikan olahan cake dan cookies serta mengilhami pengolahan tepung ubi ungu menjadi produk-produk lain seperti pudding, cookies, bolu gulung dan lain sebagainya
Pembuatan Peta Desa Karang Anyar Untuk Pembangunan Desa Yang Berkelanjutan
Kebutuhan akan informasi geospasial dalam bentuk peta desa yang bisa diakses secara langsung di kantor desa maupun secara daring sangatlah diperlukan untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah-masalah perencanaan di Desa, khususnya Desa Karang Anyar. Penyediaan informasi geospasial ini dapat dicapai menggunakan teknologi rendah biaya dan tepat guna, seperti menggunakan teknologi UAV untuk mendapatkan peta foto Desa Karang Anyar yang nantinya akan ditambah dengan pemetaan menggunakan teknologi pemosisian GPS teliti untuk mendapatkan batas desa secara definitif, lokasi-lokasi penting dari desa Karang Anyar dan potensi serta sejarah dari Desa Karang Anyar dari proses survey dan wawancara langsung kepada masyarakat sekitar. Selain itu, peta tersebut akan juga dilengkapi dengan utilitas desa seperti tiang listrik, irigasi dan drainase yang mana kesemuanya akan dibentuk dalam peta kertas maupun digital yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat desa secara mudah yang dapat juga diakses oleh seluruh pihak secara gratis dan cepat. ketersediaan informasi geospasial dari Desa Karang Anyar dapat menjadi solusi dalam rangka perencanaan yang lebih merata dan berkelanjuta
Activated Cassava Leaves As Low-Cost Adsorbent to Remove Dyes From Water
In this study, activated cassava leaves were prepared using NaCl (CLN) and KOH (CLK) as novel and low-cost materials for removing dyes from water. The prepared materials were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The adsorption experiments were carried out under different conditions of initial dye concentration (50 – 600 ppm), pH solution (4 – 10), and contact time (1 – 180 min) under room temperature. The adsorption kinetics has been studied using the pseudo-first and pseudo-second-order. The equilibrium isotherms have been analyzed using the Langmuir and Freundlich models. The adsorption kinetics of methylene blue onto activated cassava leaves follows a pseudo-second-order model. According to the isotherm study, the Langmuir model shows the best fitting results with the maximum adsorption capacity of 217.39 mg/g and 416.66 mg/g for cassava leaves that were activated by NaCl and KOH, respectively
Analisis Kestabilan Solusi Soliton pada Persamaan Schrodinger Nonlinier Diskrit Nonlokal
In this paper, the Nonlocal Discrete Nonlinear Schrodinger (DNLS) equation that interpolates the Nonlocal Ablowitz-Ladik DNLS and the Nonlocal Cubic DNLS equations and its stability are studied in detail. The solution of the Nonlocal SNLD equation is a soliton wave in the form of a Gaussian ansatz obtained using the method of Variational Approximation (VA). The stability of the solution is also analyzed using the VA. These semi-analytical results are then compared to numerical results. The soliton and its stability obtained via VA is concluded to be having a fairly good conformity with numerical results
PERKEMBANGAN SMART CITY TANGERANG SELATAN TAHUN 2016-2021
Uneven development causes the level of urbanization to be higher, which causes urban problems in both physical and non-physical forms. Based on this, the City of South Tangerang is increasing the development of the city into a Smart City. This study examines the stages of development of South Tangerang City into a smart city. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with data collection techniques using interview techniques, in-depth observation, and documentation studies. Research theory using city management, and smart city. The results of this study are the stages of South Tangerang City towards Smart City in 2016-2021 is a development that can be said to be short, consisting of three stages. The first stage 2016-2017 is the preparation stage in the form of internal strengthening. The second stage 2017-2018 is the planning stage in the form of policy formulation and implementation guidelines for Smart City. And the third stage (2018-2021) which is the stage of implementing the plan in the form of achieving targets and indicators that are continuously monitored and evaluated. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the stages planned by the South Tangerang government in building a smart city can fulfill the smart city vision
DAMPAK KAWASAN WISATA SUKADANAHAN TERHADAP SOSIAL DAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT SEKITAR
Tourism is a sector that is considered to have an important role in economic development of a region, so that it is expected to help increase regional income. The existence of the tourism sector in the region must be supported and have an impact on all parties involved, namely the government, local communities and investors. Bandar Lampung is the capital of Lampung Province, areas that have tourism potential are Sukadanaham Village. Sukadanaham Village before there was tourism was a wilderness, but since the existence of the tourist area the area has undergone many changes. With the role of investors or the private sector in tourism areas, they should be able to have an impact on the surrounding community. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of tourism on the social and economic aspects of the local community in Sukadanaham Village. The method used in this research is Mix Method Convergent. From the results of the study, it was found that on the social aspect it had an impact with the addition of local community groups, POKDARWIS, and on the economic aspect it had an impact in the form of employment opportunities in the field of tourism support and opportunities to increase income. However, the economic impact is not felt by all local communities due to several factors, one of which is a closed investor. The results of this study can be used as a direction for tourism development for the government, local communities, and the private sector
