KETERSEDIAAN DATA DALAM MENDUKUNG PEMANTAUAN DAN EVALUASI SMART CITY MATURITY (STUDI KASUS KOTA YOGYAKARTA)
The development of smart cities that have become a trend throughout the world, including Indonesia, requires a guideline in city development. Yogyakarta City is a city that has developed a smart city since the early 2000s which began with the existence of an information and complaint service unit (UPIK) as part of the implementation of open government. Active people in Yogyakarta City who access Jogja Smart Services (JSS) are only 6.5% of the total population, so it shows that human relations in the JSS application have not been carried out properly. The government through SNI 37122:2019 applies variables and indicators as well as data needs needed to assess the level achievement of smart cities. This paper aims to explain the availability of data and identify data that is not available in Yogyakarta City based on SNI 37122:2019 also how strategies to complete the data. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The availability of data in the government of Yogyakarta consists of 118 data, data found elsewhere other than the city government is 13% and no data anywhere is 25 data. The strategy to enrich the data is through proper policies, technology infrastructure, and application development
PERAN PEMANGKU KEPENTINGAN DAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR DALAM PENGELOLAAN PERBATASAN DI GUNUNG IJEN
Regional governance on natural resources located in border region concerns on whether stakeholders’ decisions to interact one with another are influenced by their predetermined and assigned social and functional roles. This relationship between roles and interactions reveals whether stakeholders’ embedded capacity and formal authority (proxied by role of each stakeholder) would result in effective management and governance of border region. The paper aims to illuminate specific roles of stakeholders that influence and/or impede their interactions with other stakeholders. Drawing from the case of Mount Ijen bordering between Banyuwangi and Bondowoso in East Java, we analyze whether stakeholders’ roles and interactions are shaped by the specific characteristics of the area within the Mount Ijen region that lead to the emergence of particular governance mode. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The analysis techniques used are pattern matching and stakeholder. Two significant roles are identified: policy creators and facilitators, of which these two were influenced by physical aspects, institutional arrangements and legal binding concerns
Studi Komparasi Intrusi Air Laut di Dusun Airlouw dan Dusun Erie, Desa Nusaniwe, Kecamatan Nusaniwe, Kota Ambon Berdasarkan Parameter Fisik-Kimia Airtanah
One of the environmental problems often faced by residents in coastal areas is sea water intrusion. The research area is a coastal area so it is very possible for seawater intrusion to occur. This study aimed to determine the hydrogeological system of the research area, and to compare the stretch of intrusion in Airlouw and Erie Village using physical-chemical parameters of groundwater through wells owned by local residents. The research area geology is dominated by Ambon volcanic rocks units, ultramafic rocks and coral limestones. The aquifer system in the study area is an highly to moderately productive aquifers. The lithology that becomes the aquifer is igneous rock in the form of weathering of Ambon volcanic rocks. The results of a comparative study in the research area, based on physical-chemical parameters which include pH, salinity, DHL and TDS values in the: (a) Airlouw Village is characterized as brackish water; whereas (b) Erie Village is characterized as fresh water. Based on the comparison of DO value shows that: (a) Airlouw Village is generally moderately polluted except for SB3 (DO>6.5); whereas (b) Erie Village is not polluted except P6 is moderately polluted (DO:2.0-4.4). Groundwater on: (a) Airlouw Village shows Cl+SO4 facies which indicates of seawater intrusion; whereas (b) Erie Village shows that the Ca-Mg-HCO3 facies has no indicates of seawater intrusion
Batik Liquid Waste Management in the Batik Center Area of Tasikmalaya
Batik production in Indonesia is increasing from year to year. However, regarding environmental quality, it is feared that it will produce waste that pollutes the surrounding water bodies. This study aims to describe problems and solutions in improving the management of batik liquid waste in the city and district of Tasikmalaya (Cipedes and Sukaraja) using descriptive qualitative methods and the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the research using interview and observation methods show that most batik SMEs in these two areas have been unable to manage waste optimally. The problem arising from batik liquid waste is the contamination of residents' fish ponds, sewers, and bathtubs. Although there are three independent and communal WWTPs (Wastewater Treatment Plants) in Cipedes (MSME Agnessa, Deden, and riverbanks) as well as one independent WWTP in UMKM Sukapura "GJM," their utilization is still constrained by various natural and artificial factors. The role of the surrounding community is still low in understanding the existence and impact of batik waste around them.
 
DINAMIKA PEMANFAATAN TANAH ULAYAT DALAM PEMBANGUNAN PERUMAHAN: KASUS: DESA GERUNG SELATAN, LOMBOK BARAT
The construction of this housing is carried out as an effort to meet the demands of the needs of the community which is increasing and growing. All regencies/cities are quite intense giving permission to developers to build housing in their area. One of the most popular locations is the one located in the South Gerung area. In line with the development of regional development, it must be open to seeing the issue of existing progress, therefore as a superior area because of a district capital. The implication of the development of the region is the emergence of various problems including the conflict of spatial use that can threaten the continuity in the area. This makes a new conflict related to housing residents as a new citizen when the fellowship and so on, this will occur a problem or confusion related to its resolution. This study uses qualitative methods, the data obtained for this study are interviews and secondary data. The results of this study found a number of related conceptualizations of the first dynamics of factors, namely which discusses how the beginning of a conflict and what is behind this conflict occurs, the second dynamics of conflict is related to how the impact that occurs and is felt by the surrounding community in housing as a result of conflict And disputes occur so that they find the impact of periodic and temporary, the three dynamics of resolution related to conflict mediation and actors involved where in this section discusses how in the form of the Bale Mediation institution after previously mediating conflict in a personal way with the figures, and in this case involved There are also those from individuals and groups.

DAMPAK PENGEMBANGAN INDUSTRI PENGOLAHAN IKAN TERI TERHADAP KONDISI SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT (STUDI KASUS : PULAU PASARAN)
In an effort to develop an anchovy processing industry on Pasaran Island in order to increase the selling value and quality of the processed products, in 2003 the community began to change the fish processing system. The development of this processing industry will certainly have an impact on the socio-economic conditions of the community. This study aims to identify the impact of the development of anchovy processing industry in Pasaran Island on the socio-economic conditions of the community. In responding to this research, quantitative analysis was used to see changes in the socio-economic conditions of the community before and after the development of the fish processing industry. Qualitative descriptive analysis to describe the impact and spatial linkages of Pasaran Island anchovy processing activities on the socio-economic. From the results of the analysis it was found that the development of the anchovy processing industry in Pasaran Island had an impact on the socio-economic conditions of the community. These impacts include changes in employment opportunities, housing conditions, infrastructure development, ownership of living facilities, income and expenses. The impact on employment opportunities such as opening jobs, especially women workers from outside the island. The impact on housing conditions such as the change of buildings from wooden houses to permanent houses. The impact on infrastructure development such as easy access to clean water, electricity and road conditions. The impact on ownership of living facilities such as an increase in the number of ownership of living facilities. Impact on income and expenses such as increased income and expenses. Furthermore, the spatial linkage of anchovy processing activities that agglomerate on Pasaran Island results in an even distribution of the socio-economic conditions of the community
Analisis Sifat Mekanik dari Struktur Seluler yang Difabrikasi dengan Printer 3D
Struktur ringan berbentuk cellular (seluler) atau foam (busa) dalam beberapa tahun terakhir sangat banyak dikembangkan terutama karena perkembangan cepat dari Printer 3D, sehingga desain rumit dapat difabrikasi dengan mudah. Struktur seluler mempunyai rasio kekuatan terhadap massa dan kekakuan yang tinggi, serta dapat diaplikasikan pada struktur ringan dengan ketahanan impak yang tinggi. Dalam tulisan ini, dilakukan uji tekan terhadap enam jenis struktur seluler dengan fraksi volume 10%. Jenis struktur seluler yang divariasikan adalah Cubic, Gyroid, Honeycomb 3D, Rectilinear, Honeycomb, dan Rectilinear 45o. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa struktur kompleks jenis Cubic mempunyai kekuatan maksimal terbaik dan juga mempunyai penyerapan energi yang terbaik berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, diikuti dengan struktur Gyroid dan Honeycomb 3D. Struktur yang mempunyai topologi dua dimensi yaitu, Rectilinear 0o, Rectilinear 45o, dan Honeycomb tidak mempunyai kekuatan dan karakteristik penyerapan energi yang baik. Hasil ini dapat digunakan sebagai panduan desain struktur ringan yang mempunyai karakteristik kekuatan dan penyerapan energi mekanik yang tinggi
DAMPAK KEBERADAAN KAWASAN INDUSTRI TERHADAP GUNA LAHAN DI KELURAHAN WAY LUNIK KECAMATAN PANJANG KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
Based on the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) for the City of Bandar Lampung in 2011-2030, there is a medium-sized industrial area and warehouse area, one of which is in Way Lunik Village. Based on the facts in the field industry agglomerates and uses land for industry. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of industrial existence on land use in Way Lunik Village, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung City. Researchers used Spatial Analysis with map overlay analysis techniques to see land use conditions in 2001-2021. Furthermore, using descriptive qualitative analysis with sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling and snowball sampling to identify the impact of the existence of industrial estates. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, land use changes change the physical and non-physical land use conditions. There are changes in land use and changes in economic activity. The dominant land use change is the change in land use to industry. Changes in economic activity are directly reflected in changes in land use, changes in the function of residential buildings, changes in yard area, distance between buildings, land ownership, land prices, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure, and the most important community activities
PELATIHAN SISTEM PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH (PJJ) MENGGUNAKAN GOOGLE CLASSROOM PADA GURU SMAN 1 TANJUNG SARI, LAMPUNG SELATAN
Google Classroom is a new platform, so there needs to be training for institutions or institutions that are new to using this platform. SMAN 1 Tanjung Sari is one of the schools that requires training in using google classroom to run the online learning process. The purpose of this training is to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers and students in conducting online learning using the google classroom platform. Learning system training through Google Classroom is carried out by conducting surveys first and preparing questionnaires before and after the training. The results of the training implementation increased participants' knowledge and skills in using google classroom from before the training, which was 0% to 100%, and increased participants' knowledge of using the google classroom platform from 20% to 100%. Therefore, it can be concluded that online learning training using google classroom is very important to do in increasing knowledge and skills so that the learning objectives of the school or institution are achieved
