Internalization of The Values of The Qur\u27an and Hadith in Understanding Religious Moderation in Indonesia: Internalisasi Nilai al-Qur’an dan Hadis dalam Memahami Moderasi Beragama di Indonesia
A series of unpleasant incidents emerged with religion as the reason. Such as the destruction of the Christian cemetery (Ngrukem) in Solo, the burning of the Ahmadiyah group\u27s mosque in Sintang, and the expulsion of Catholic students who were praying in their boarding house. This article discusses efforts to minimize intolerant incidents, that one of which is carried out through the idea of moderate Islam (wasathiyah). Researchers used a qualitative approach with literature study (library research) as the main method. As a result, the Islamic values of washatiyyah are an implication of the teachings of "Rahmatan lil\u27alamin". Religious moderation (Islam washatiyyah) is the key to realizing a society that is not extreme in religion and is able to respect, understand and tolerate each other to create a peaceful and harmonious life between religious communities in Indonesia
Perayaan Sabat pada Gereja Masa Kini: Kajian Living Theology Ulangan 5: 12-15
Abstrak:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ajaran Sabat secara teologis dalam Ulangan 5:12-15, dan bagaimana Gereja masa kini mempraktikkannya menjadi hari Minggu, dan larangan untuk beraktivitas apa pun pada hari Sabat. Untuk menjawab fokus penelitian ini, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan hermeunetika dengan interpretasi teks atau makna tertulis untuk mendapatkan makna dari teks keagamaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gereja masa kini mempraktikkan Sabat secara praktis menjadi hari Minggu karena argumen-argumen berikut. Pertama, Sabat dalam perspektif teks Ulangan 5:12-15 adalah Sabat merupakan hari yang diberkati Tuhan, namun yang dimaksud bukanlah \u27harinya\u27 yang berdurasi 24 jam, melainkan inti Sabat itu sendiri, yakni perhentian. Sehingga dipindah ke hari Minggu pun tetap relevan. Kedua, Sabat adalah hari untuk mengingat pembebasan Allah kepada umat-Nya.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the theological teachings of the Sabbath in Deuteronomy 5:12-15, and how the Church today practices it to become Sunday, and prohibits any activity on the Sabbath. To answer the focus of this research, this study uses a hermeneutical approach with text interpretation or written meaning to get meaning from religious texts. This type of research is library research. The results of the research show that the modern Church practices Sabbath practically as Sunday because of the following arguments. First, the Sabbath in the perspective of the text of Deuteronomy 5:12-15 is the Sabbath is a day blessed by God, but what is meant is not the \u27day\u27 which lasts 24 hours, but the essence of the Sabbath itself, namely rest. So moving to Sunday is still relevant. Second, the Sabbath is a day to remember God\u27s deliverance to His people.

The Analysis of Hadith Prohibition of Building Above Graves Perspective of the Community of Kampung Mahmud Bandung Selatan: Analisis Hadis Larangan Mendirikan Bangunan di atas Kuburan Perspektif Masyarakat Kampung Mahmud Bandung Selatan
The Prophet forbade his ummah not to build buildings over graves because they did not want to be like the previous people, namely the ummah of Noah as who worshiped their ancestors and the ignorant Arab people who worshiped idols. However, this prohibition is realized by society today with various perspectives. This paper aims to find out the perspective of the Kampung Mahmud Community towards the hadith prohibiting building over graves through two basic questions; first, how is the concept of graves and the prohibition of building over graves in Islam?, and second, how is the understanding of the people of Kampung Mahmud in understanding the prohibition of building over graves?.. The method used is a qualitative-descriptive method by collecting all observational data, interviews and documentation were then analyzed using the sociology of knowledge approach developed by Begger and Luckmann, namely social construction theory which includes three aspects, externalization, objectivation and internalization. The results of this study indicate that the Mahmud village community allows building over graves with several conditions that have been mutually agreed upon, namely that it must be built on private land and the center of the grave must be empty. They also forbid the construction of buildings over graves if they are used for worship
An Analysis Study on the al-Wâfi Bi Mâ Fî al-Shahihain by Shâlih Bin Ahmad Al-Syâmiy: Studi Analisis Terhadap Al-Wâfi Bi Mâ Fî Al-Shahihain Karya Shâlih Bin Ahmad Al-Syâmiy
Al-Wāfî bimā fî Shahîhain li al-Imāmaini al-Bukhārî wa Muslim by Salih bin Ahmad al-Syāmî is a secondary-contemporary hadith book that is important to study. This book is unique compared to other similar books such as \u27Umdah al-Ahkām by al-Maqdisi and al-Lu\u27lu\u27 wa al-Marjān by Fuad Abdul Baqi. In this article, the issues studied in al-Wāfî are their position and significance, the systematization of the arrangement of hadiths and their books, as well as the method of selecting hadiths and summarizing their books. This problem is examined by comparative-confirmative analysis and analysis of its significance-relevance in the present context. The results of the study show that the book of al-Wāfî: (1) has a very important position because the theme is relatively complete, the hadiths are concise and representative, and the presentation of the book is easy, even though the themes and hadiths are limited; (2) the hadiths are arranged thematically, with a special systematic, detailed and easily accessible. However, for the current context, many new themes do not yet exist; and (3) the method of selecting the hadiths by standard is taking the most complete and representative hadiths, even though the implementation is sometimes inconsistent
Hadis Akhlak dan Filsafat Etika Taha Abdurrahman: Kritik Modernitas dan Tawaran Alternatif: Taha Abdurrahman’s Moral Hadith and Ethics: Critique of Modernity and its Alternatives
The rate of development of science and information technology experienced by humans, more or less, leads them to rapid and instant life changes. Modernity with all the conveniences offered in it has an impact on humans, both positive and negative. However, modernity dissolves humans in conditions of social, economic and political inequality. Colonialism and imperialism are part of the many consequences of modernity. Seeing the phenomenon of life, Taha Abdurrahman, a Muslim thinker and philosopher from Morocco, conducted an in-depth study of the issue of modernity and modern human behavior with the provisions of the hadith akhlak that was said by the Prophet Muhammad. So this study tries to reveal (a) how relevant the hadith akhlak and ethical philosophy of Taha Abdurrahma; (b) what are the criticisms conveyed by Taha on the reality of modernity; and (c) what alternative offers for modernity according to Taha. This library research finds that there is a relevance and strong role of the hadith akhlak on the ethical philosophy of Taha. He critiqued the rationalism on which Western modernity was based. He also offers a spirit of modernity which is based on al-rusyd, al-naqdī and al-syumūl.

POLA KONFLIK SOSIAL ALIRAN KEAGAMAAN (STUDI KASUS ALIRAN WAHIDIYAH DI GOLOKAN SIDAYU GRESIK)
Abstrak:
Pola konflik keagamaan memiliki jenis yang meliputi isu penyebab konflik, pelaku, dan dampak dari konflik. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan jawaban dari rumusan masalah yang diajukan,yaitu: 1). Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi konflik keagamaan antara tarekat wahidiyah dengan masyarakat Desa Golokan. 2). Untuk memahami terkait pola konflik keagamaan antara tarekat wahidiyah dengan masyarakat Desa Golokan. 3). Untuk memahami implikasi konflik keagamaan terkait tarekat wahidiyah dengan masyarakat Desa Golokan. Munculnya konflik agama di bantu dengan adanya pendekatan sosiologis. Teori yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola konflik agama dan sosial adalah teori Louis Coser dan teori konflik etnis dari Jaques Jacques Bertrand. Masyarakat Desa Golokan memiliki kapasitas untuk merespon isu-isu penyebab konflik keagamaan dalam bentuk aksi-aksi damai. Dengan adanya aksi tersebut mendorong masyarakat untuk mencegah timbulnya konflik yang sangat besar. Isu-isu yang mendorong terjadinya konflik diberbagai daerah bervariasi sehingga langkah-langkah penangananya juga perlu didesain sesuai dengan variasi isu konflik keagamaan masing-masing daerah tersebut. Masyarakat Desa Golokan mempunyai beragam kepercayaan tarekat, di antaranya tarekat wahidiyah. Tarekat merupakan jalan. Tarekat yaitu suatu jalan menuju tingkatan untuk mencapai makrifat Allah (Mengenal Allah). Tarekat wahidiyah mempunyai kegiatan yang sering dilakukan sehari-hari seperti memperbanyak membaca selawat-selawat seperti selawat badawiyah, selawat nariyah, selawat munjiyat, selawat masisiyah, dan sebagainya yang mana Jemaah pada masyarakat Desa Golokan melakukannya pada malam hari selepas salat isya hingga tengah malam. Adanya konflik muncul di sebabkan dari aktivitas yang dilakukan masyarakat golokan, aktivitas tersebut mengganggu ketenangan masyarakat Desa Golokan yang berada di sekitar tempat tersebut

Abstract:
The pattern of religious conflict has several types which include the issues of the causes of the conflict, the actors, and the impact of the conflict. This study uses a sociological approach to determine the social impact of the emergence of religious conflicts. The theory used to identify patterns of religious and social conflict is the theory of Louis Coser and the theory of ethnic conflict from Jacques Bertrand. The people of Golokan Village, has the capacity to respond to issues that cause religious conflicts in the form of peaceful actions. People to make peaceful action as the main option in order to prevent a bigger conflict from happening. The issues that lead to conflict in various regions vary widely so that the steps to deal with it also need to be designed according to the variety of religious conflict issues in each region. The residents of Golokan Village, have a community with various tarekat, including the tarekat wahidiyah. Tarekat is linguistically a way. In terms, tarekat is a way to get to the level to reach the makrifat of Allah (Knowing Allah). Tarekat Wahidiyah has the usual activity of doing activities to multiply reading salawat such as badawiyah salawat, nariyah salawat, munjiyat salawat, masisiyah salawat, and so on which the congregation in the Golokan village community of does at night after the evening prayer until midnight. The activities carried out by the tarekat wahidiyah in Golokan Village received a poor response. The problems that arise are due to the activities of the tarekat wahidiyah carrying out their teaching activities so that it disturbs the peace of the people of Golokan who are around the place.

TREATING PEOPLE WITH MENTAL DISORDER: Views from Islamic and Psychology and Sociology
Abstract
Mental health disorders are conditions where individuals are unable to recognise and satisfy their needs. Mental health disorders are prevalent in society and have a major impact on individuals and communities. This article provides an overview of various mental health disorders in the community. It is a systematic review of books and e-journals published up to 2022 on related issues, the results of which are then analysed using the perspectives of Islamic psychology and sociology. This article shows that there is a misconception about how people with mental health disorders are treated in Indonesia. People with mental illness are perceived as dangerous, resulting in the avoidance and even isolation of sufferers. This article explains how to address this misperception through the help of Islamic psychology and sociology.

DIALOG ANTARAGAMA PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN: Aktualisasi Islam Kosmopolitan Dalam Meredam Konflik Agama Di Indonesia
Konflik agama di Indonesia merupakan ujian yang berat bagi negara dengan keanekaragaman yang tinggi, baik alam, budaya, agama, maupun bahasa. Penelitian ini menggali lebih dalam konflik antaragama dari berbagai latar belakang. Sebab tidak jarang konflik tersebut merambah kepada kericuhan, yang menjadikan kekerasan, pembunuhan dan perusakan rumah ibadah, rumah warga dan fasilitas umum. Konflik agama dipicu oleh fanatisme agama yang berlebihan, kesenjangan hukum dan ekonomi, generalisasi pandangan antar umat, dan polarisasi bernuansa keagamaan. Sehinga, solusi yang ditawarkan oleh Alqur’an adalah membangun dialog antaragama sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Alqur’an surah Al-Baqarah ayat 256 dan surah Yunus ayat 99. Hal tersebut terwujud dalam berbagai macam dialog reflektif, dialog kehidupan, dan dialog teologis. Hal tersebut juga sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam Kosmopolitan yang selalu mengedepankan toleransi, pluralisme, dan humanisme. Agama tidak sebatas hitam dan putih, halal dan haram ataupun surga dan neraka. Sehingga, hadirnya pendekatan agama dalam dialog antaragama menjadikan agama sebagai solusi, bukan sumber konflik.

Membangun Kerukunan Beragama di Era Pluralisme: Kontribusi Konsep John Hick
Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan konsep pluralisme agama yang dikemukakan oleh John Hick dan relevansinya dalam membangun kerukunan beragama di era pluralisme. Dalam konsepnya, Hick menekankan pentingnya menghargai perbedaan agama dan memandang bahwa semua agama memiliki kebenaran yang sama-sama Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kajian pustaka dengan menggunakan pendekatan filosofis yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji ide dan gagasan tokoh John Hick dalam membangun kerukunan beragama di era pluralisme. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep pluralisme agama Hick dapat menjadi landasan dalam membangun kerukunan beragama melalui tindakan konkret seperti dialog antaragama, pengembangan kesadaran bahwa agama bukan satu-satunya jalan menuju kebenaran, dan pengakuan terhadap hak asasi manusia yang universal. Selain itu, pluralisme agama juga merupakan realitas sosial yang harus diakui dan dikelola dengan baik untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis dan toleran. Oleh karena itu, pembangunan kerukunan beragama di era pluralisme memerlukan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pluralisme agama dan upaya konkret untuk menerapkan konsep tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari
Agama sebagai Inspirasi Perdamaian dan Anti Kekerasan pada Masyarakat Multikultural Perspektif Islam
Multikulturalisme meliputi pemahaman, penghayatan, dan penghargaan terhadap budaya sendiri, serta rasa hormat dan rasa ingin tahu terhadap budaya etnik orang lain. Berkembangnya agama telah melewati dinamika yang sangat fenomenal dari segi ideologi, agama, intelektual, ekspresi dan gerakan sosial karena faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan filosofis dan sosiologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran agama sebagai sumber inspirasi perdamaian dan anti-kekerasan dalam masyarakat multikultural dari perspektif Islam. Sebagai bangsa yang menjunjung tinggi nilai keagamaan, seharusnya agama menjadi inspirasi perdamaian, yang tidak dipolitisasi dalam membenarkan tindak kekerasan. Agama berperan sebagai inspirasi perdamaian dan anti kekerasan di berbagai negara Indonesia. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa agama dapat menjadi sumber inspirasi perdamaian dan anti-kekerasan dalam masyarakat multikultural jika dijalankan dengan benar. Namun, pada kenyataannya, terdapat kasus-kasus dimana agama digunakan untuk membenarkan kekerasan dan konflik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemahaman dan interpretasi yang benar mengenai pesan perdamaian dan anti-kekerasan dalam agama. Agama dapat menjadi solusi atau menjadi sumber masalah dalam menghadapi tantangan masyarakat multikultural
