    Pembunuhan Pertama Manusia dalam Kitab Suci; Kajian Komparatif Al-Qur’an dan Bible

    Artikel ini fokus mengkaji pembunuhan pertama dalam sejarah umat manusia yang dilakukan oleh Qābīl kepada Hābīl dalam Al-Qur’an dan Bible. Kisah ini dituturkan oleh Al-Qur’an (meskipun anonim) dalam Q.S. al-Mā’idah [5]: 27-31 dan oleh Bible dalam Kitab Kejadian 4: 1-26. Dengan tujuan memperoleh hasil yang komprehensif dan menunjukkan perbedaan serta persamaan antara kedua tradisi yang berbeda, penulis menggali data dari berbagai kitab tafsir Al-Qur’an dan juga tafsir atas Bible, begitu pula artikel-artilel jurnal yang berkaitan dengan ini. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa cerita dalam Bible ditulis secara lebih lengkap. Meskipun demikian, ada beberapa konten cerita yang tidak dipaparkan oleh Bible ternyata disebutkan oleh Al-Qur’an, misalnya dialog antara Qābīl dengan Hābīl dan pengutusan burung gagak. Secara lebih luas, bisa dikatakan bahwa dua kitab suci ini sebenarnya membawa materi sendiri-sendiri yang saling melengkapi satu sama lain. Benang merah keduanya hanya berkisar pada proses pengurbanan, penerimaannya, dan pembunuhan Hābīl oleh Qābīl. Gaya penuturan yang berbeda ini dikarenakan tujuan yang berbeda. Al-Qur’an menginginkan adanya ibrah atas cerita yang disebutkannya, akan tetapi Bible lebih pada cerita yang cenderung lebih lengkap dan kronologis.This article focuses on examining the first murder in the history of mankind by Cain against Abel in the Al-Quran and the Bible. This story is told by the Qur\u27an (although anonymous) in the Q.S. al-Mā\u27idah [5]: 27-31 and by the Bible in the Book of Genesis 4: 1-26. With the aim of obtaining comprehensive results and showing the differences and similarities between the two different traditions, the author explores data from various interpretations of the Al-Qur\u27an and also the interpretation of the Bible, likewise journal articles relating to this. The author concludes that the story in the Bible is written more fully. Even so, there are some story content that is not described by the Bible which is actually mentioned by the Qur\u27an, for example the dialogue between Cain and Abel and the sending of the crow. More broadly, it can be said that these two scriptures actually carry separate materials that complement one another. The common thread of the two only revolves around the process of sacrifice, acceptance, and killing of Abel by Cain. These different styles of narrative are due to different purposes.     KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM PASANG RI KAJANG: PERSPEKTIF LIVING HADIS

    This research attempts to identify and describe the concept of leadership from the perspective of Hadith in general and the concept of leadership from the perspective of Pasang ri Kajang. The reference of this research problem leads to how the concept of leadership according to the Prophet\u27s Hadith, how the concept of leadership in Pasang ri Kajang, and how the encounter of leadership values between the two as a manifestation that the Kajang indigenous community is very intimate with Islamic cultural values. This research uses a mixed method that is library and field by using the concept of Edmund Husserl\u27s phenomenology in looking at the social situation in the Kajang indigenous community. The results of this study found that Leadership in the perspective of the Prophet\u27s hadith and Pasang ri Kajang Perspective has differences and similarities in value, ideal leadership criteria based on the Prophet\u27s hadith. at least fulfills 5 elements, namely a leader has a leadership spirit such as the soul of the Quraysh tribe, intellectual and professional, and able to carry out the task. While leadership criteria according to Pasang ri Kajang Leadership perspective of Pasang ri kajang refers to three main aspects, namely, Macca na Lambusu (intellectual and trustworthy), Barani na gattang (brave and firm), and Sabbara na pesona (patient and trustworthy). The encounter between the two values can be seen from the aspect of intellectual and trustworthy leader criteria, besides that on the other hand the leader must also be honest, have faith in Allah Swt and be responsible. Keywords: Leadership, Hadis, Pasang ri Kajang   Penelitian ini berikhtiar mengidentifikasi dan menguraikan konsep kepemimpinan perspektif Hadis secara umum dan konsep kepemimpinan perspektif Pasang ri Kajang. Adapun rujukan permasalah penelitian ini mengarah kepada bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan menurut hadis Nabi, bagaimana konsep kepemimpinan dalam Pasang ri Kajang, dan bagaiman perjumpaan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan diantara keduanya sebagai wujud bahwa komunitas adat Kajang sangat intim dengan nilai-nilai kebudayaan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mix method yaitu pustaka dan lapangan dengan memanfaatkan konsep fenomenologi Edmund Husserl dalam meliht situasi social pada masyrakat adat Kajang.  Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Kepemimpinan dalam perspektif hadis Nabi dan Perspektif Pasang ri Kajang memiliki perbedaan dan kesamaan nilai, kriteria kepemimpinan yang ideal berdasarkan hadis-hadis Nabi saw. paling tidak memenuhi 5 unsur, yaitu seorang pemimpin memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan seperti jiwa suku Quraisy, intelektual dan professional, serta mampu melaksanakan tugas. Sedangkan kriteria kepemimpinan menurut Pasang ri Kajang Kepemimpinan perspektif Pasang ri kajang mengacu pada tiga aspek pokok yaitu, Macca na Lambusu (intelektual dan Amanah), Barani na gattang (berani dan tegas), dan Sabbara na pesona (sabar dan tawakal). Perjumpaan nilai keduanya dapat ditinjau dari aspek kriteria pemimpin yang intelektual dan amanah, selain itu disisi lain pemimpin juga harus jujur, bertakawwal kepada Allah Swt serta bertanggungjawab.     KONSEP NAFS DALAM PERSPEKTIF IBNU SINA: PEMBUKTIAN LOGIS TERHADAP KEBERADAAN JIWA

    The soul or nafs is a metaphysical study that is very important to study in knowing human nature. Because, from this concept, an understanding or worldview of the human concept will be formed. The West understands the soul as an entity that is united with the body, or even only views humans from one aspect, namely the body. So this understanding will lead to misunderstandings about human psychology and the main purpose of human creation, namely worshiping God. This manuscript aims to explain the concept of the soul in Ibn Sina\u27s view. The author uses the descriptive analysis method to explain Ibn Sina\u27s concept of the soul. The results of this study produce several important points. First, Ibn Sina\u27s explanation of the soul is very comprehensive, in which he puts the soul as a substance that makes the body move or live. Second, the nafs is an independent substance, it is not accidental or \u27ard and not the body itself. Hence, it does not have the form of a body. Third, the eternal nafs, when the body can change or perish, because it is an emanation or emanation from God\u27s Essence. Karena, dari konsep inilah akan terbentuk pemahaman atau worldview terhadap konsep manusia. Barat memahami jiwa sebagai suatu entitas yang menyatu dengan jasad, atau bahkan hanya memandang manusia dari satu aspek yaitu jasad. Sehingga dari pemahaman tersebut, akan menimbulkan kesalahpahaman tentang psikologi manusia dan tujuan utama penciptaan manusia yaitu beribadah kepada Allah. Naskah ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep jiwa dalam pandangan Ibnu Sina. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis untuk menjelaskan konsep Ibnu Sina tentang jiwa. Hasil dari kajian ini, menghasilkan beberapa poin penting, Pertama, penjelasan Ibnu Sina tentang jiwa sangat komperhensif, di mana ia meletakkan jiwa sebagai suatu substansi yang menjadikan badan bisa bergerak atau hidup. Kedua, bahwa nafs adalah substansi yang berdiri sendiri, ia bukan aksiden atau ‘ard dan bukan jasad itu sendiri. Makanya, ia tidak memiliki bentuk sebagaimana jasad. Ketiga, nafs yang bersifat kekal, saat jasad dapat berubah ataupun musnah, karena ia sebagai pancaran atau emanasi dari Zat Tuhan. Kata kunci: Ibnu Sina; Hakikat Manusia; Jiwa; Jasa

    Discourse on Skeptical Orientalist Methodology in the Study of Qur\u27anic Codification

    The skeptical Orientalist discourse regarding the historical issue of the codification of the Qur\u27an, which is often stereotyped as being antagonistic towards the Qur\u27an, exhibits a heterogeneity of methodological approaches. The emergence of diverse methodologies among skeptical Orientalists is influenced by various underlying factors, leading to different implications as well. This study aims to examine the various methodologies proposed by skeptical Orientalists concerning the history of the canonization of the Qur\u27an. The diversity of methodologies, driven by differing interests, illustrates that the study of the codification of the Qur\u27an arises from scientific objectives rather than solely from an antagonistic stance towards the Qur\u27an. To substantiate this argument, the study employs qualitative methods, using primary data from the works of John Wansbrough, John Burton, and Alphonse Mingana, which are then analyzed using the pre-understanding theory developed by Hans Georg Gadamer. The study demonstrates that the diverse pre-understandings possessed by skeptical Orientalist figures, which subsequently give rise to specific objectives in studying the historical issues of the codification of the Qur\u27an, contribute to the heterogeneity of methods utilized in their studies. For instance, John Wansbrough employs modern Gospel studies—which have proven capable of liberating Gospel studies from fundamentalist tendencies—as a methodological basis in the study of Islam in general and the study of the Qur\u27an in particular, bringing it into the same skepticism developed in modern Gospel studies. This has implications for the importance of positioning the process of writing the Qur\u27an as a human process that can be tested, selected, proven, and objectively verified

    Ideological Contestation on the Production of Gender Exegesis within Institutional Quranic Interpretation in Indonesia

    The exegetical products concerning women in institutional Quranic interpretations in Indonesia are significantly influenced by ideological contestation, cultural and social structures, and the political authority behind the exegetical writing teams. Consequently, textual comprehension may become biased and not entirely objective. Given this, exploring the ideological aspects underlying the production of religious texts is of paramount importance. This study employs a descriptive-analytical method with Michael Foucault\u27s power relations approach to uncover the ideological dimensions behind exegetical production. Through this approach, the research addresses how societal social structures and state ideologies can influence the production of exegeses regarding women\u27s roles and status in institutional interpretations in Indonesia. The study found that the interpretation of women\u27s leadership in the Thematic Quranic Exegesis of Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia is not only influenced by factors such as gender, women\u27s characteristics, perceived female inability to address state issues, and the entrenched patriarchal culture in Indonesia, but also by motives of ideological contestation underlying interpretative production. Contextually, this exegesis was produced by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2009 during a presidential election contest between male and female candidates. The research concludes that exegetical production in Indonesia is affected by social contexts and power ideologies. The primary contribution of this study lies in tracing the aspects of ideological contestation, societal social structures, and the role of those in power behind the emergence of gender-related exegetical products in Indonesia

    MODERASI BERAGAMA DAN PERAN GURU DALAM PENANAMANNYA DI SEKOLAH

    Indonesia is a country with all the diversity that exists. Ethnic, cultural and religious diversity are some of the forms of diversity that exist in Indonesia. Prolonged conflicts in the name of religion often occur in various regions in Indonesia. Mosques are burned, churches are attacked, religious leaders are subjected to cruelty by irresponsible hands, suicide bombings in the name of religion, radicalism and discrimination in the name of sara issues often occur and become national news. For this reason, an attitude or perspective is needed to be a resolution to the conflict. Religious moderation is a moderate perspective, attitude and behavior in religion, namely understanding and practicing religious teachings without extremes. Neither extreme right nor extreme left. Basically, normative Islam itself has a wasathiyah character, moderation. Religious moderation education in strengthening national insight is important especially in recent years the diversity on earth Indonesia is being tested by the existence of extreme religious attitudes expressed by a group of people in the name of religion. This happens in actions in the real world and statements in cyberspace. This exclusive and intolerant group is dangerous for the religious climate in Indonesia. This research is a type of library research. What is called library research or often also called library studies, is a series of activities using library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. The world of education is the foundation of hope for strengthening the values of religious moderation. The high participation of the Indonesian people in establishing and organizing religion-based educational institutions needs to be directed to strengthen this idea. Religious moderation education needs to be developed along with the character building of students. Religious moderation education is expected to answer the target of the mental revolution of students to continue to develop the values of peace and tolerance.  Keywords : Religious Moderation, Teacher Role, School   Indonesia merupakan negara dengan segala keragaman yang ada. Keragaman suku bangsa, budaya dan agama merupakan beberapa bentuk keberagaman yang ada di Indonesia. Konflik berkepanjangan atas nama agama sering kali terjadi di berbagai daerah di Indonesia. Masjid dibakar, Geraja diserang, tokoh agama menjadi sasaran kekejaman tangan-tangan tidak bertanggung jawab, bom bunuh diri mengatasnamakan agama, radikalisme dan diskriminasi atas nama isu sara seringkali terjadi dan menjadi pemberitaan nasional. Untuk itu dibutuhkan suatu sikap atau cara pandang untuk dapat menjadi resolusi dari konflik tersebut. Moderasi beragama merupakan cara pandang, sikap dan perilaku dalam beragama secara moderat, yakni memahami dan mengamalkan ajaran agama dengan tidak ekstrem. Baik ekstrem kanan maupun ekstrem kiri. Pada dasarnya normatif Islam itu sendiri mempunyai watak wasathiyah, moderasi. Pendidikan moderasi beragama dalam penguatan wawasan kebangsaan menjadi penting apalagi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir keragaman di bumi Indonesia sedang diuji dengan adanya sikap keberagamaan yang ekstrem yang diekspresikan oleh sekelompok orang yang mengatas namakan agama. Hal ini terjadi dalam aksi-aksi di dunia nyata maupun statement di dunia maya. Kelompok ekslusif dan intoleran ini membahayakan bagi iklim keberagamaan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan sebuah penelitian dengan jenis riset kepustakaan. Apa yang disebut dengan riset kepustakaan atau sering juga disebut studi pustaka, merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Dunia pendidikan menjadi tumpuan harapan untuk penguatan kembali nilai-nilai moderasi beragama. Partisipasi masyarakat Indonesia yang tinggi dalam mendirikan dan menyelenggarakan lembaga pendidikan berbasis agama, perlu diarahkan untuk menguatkan gagasan ini. Pendidikan moderasi beragama perlu dikembangkan beriringan dengan pembangunan karakter peserta didik. Pendidikan moderasi beragama diharapkan menjawab sasaran revolusi mental para peserta didik untuk terus mengembangkan nilai-nilai kedamaian dan toleransi.     LOGIKA EMPIRISME IBNU TAIMIYYAH DAN RELEVANSINYA TERHADAP STABILITAS EPISTEMOLOGI ISLAM

    Islamic civilization in its golden age is a civilization built by the Islamic intellectual tradition with all its developments in intuitive, textual, rational, and empirical areas. However, while Islamic knowledge in the intuitive, textual, and rational areas can be witnessed today, it is not the case with knowledge concerning the empirical area which seems to sink from the paradigm of Islamic thought. Therefore, this research aims to explore the logical structure of Ibn Taymiyyah\u27s empiricism and see its relevance to the stability of Islamic epistemology. To answer these questions, this study uses a qualitative method with the type of library research that refers to two works of Ibn Taymiyyah "Naqdh al-Manthiq" and "al-Radd \u27ala al-Manthiqiyyin", while the theory used is the framework of empiricism epistemology. This study found that Ibn Taymiyyah\u27s criticism of Aristotelian formal logic (deductive-syllogistic) which is deeply rooted in the Islamic intellectual tradition is the thing that led to the formulation of the empiricism logic. While Ibn Taymiyyah deconstructed the deductive style of thought, indeed at the same time he had formulated the logic of empiricism, that the essence of natural reality is everything as far as it is particular-concrete, which to capture it requires inductive reasoning in the form of sensory observation, particular syllogism, and analogical reasoning. Finally, this finding has its urgency and contribution to the stability and comprehensiveness of Islamic epistemology. Keyword: Epistemology; Naqdh al-Manthiq; al-Radd ‘ala al-Manthiqiyyin; Deductive; Inductive.   Peradaban Islam pada masa keemasannya adalah peradaban yang dibangun oleh tradisi intelektual Islam dengan segala perkembangannya baik dalam wilayah intuitif, tekstual, rasional, maupun empiris. Namun demikian, sementara ilmu pengetahuan Islam dalam wilayah intuitif, tekstual, dan rasional dapat disaksikan perkembangannya hingga dewasa ini, tidak halnya dengan pengetahuan yang menyangkut wilayah empiris yang seakan tenggelam dari paradigma pemikiran Islam. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali struktur logika empirisme Ibnu Taimiyyah dan melihat relevansinya terhadap stabilitas epistemologi Islam. Untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan model library research yang mengacu pada dua karya Ibnu Taimiyyah “Naqdh al-Manthiq” dan “al-Radd ‘ala al-Manthiqiyyin”, sementara teori yang digunakan adalah kerangka epsitemologi empirisme. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kritik Ibnu Taimiyyah terhadap logika formal Aristotelian (deduktif-silogistik) yang mengakar kuat dalam tradisi intelektual Islam adalah hal yang melatarbelakangi gagasan logika empirismenya. Sementara Ibnu Taimiyyah mendekonstruksi corak pemikiran deduktif tersebut, sungguh pada saat yang sama ia telah merumuskan logika empirismenya, bahwa hakikat dari realitas kealaman adalah segala sesuatu sejauh ia bersifat partikular-konkret, yang untuk menangkapnya diperlukan penalaran induktif yang berupa observasi indrawi, silogisme partikular dan penalaran analogis. Pada akhirnya, temuan ini memiliki urgensi dan kontribusinya tersendiri terhadap stabilitas dan komperhensifitas epistemologi Islam.     PEMIKIRAN AMINAH WADUD TENTANG RELASI KUASA DALAM RUMAH TANGGA

    Gender injustice and inequality often arise in patriarchal family relationships that dichotomize the roles of men (husbands) and women (wives) within the household. This study aims to analyze Aminah Wadud\u27s perspective on the imbalance of power relations in the household based on her interpretation of the Quran. This research uses the library research method, focusing on various relevant sources and references about Aminah Wadud\u27s views on gender studies in the Quran and their application in the context of household relationships. The theoretical framework underlying this research is Islamic feminism, which is used to understand how Quranic interpretation can shape or challenge patriarchal structures within the family. The results show that Aminah Wadud emphasizes the importance of an egalitarian and inclusive interpretation, highlighting justice and gender equality within the household. Wadud\u27s views provide new insights into the role of the Quran in forming fairer and more equal gender relations in society, offering a framework to reassess traditional interpretations that are often gender-biased. This study also reveals that more progressive and contextual interpretations of sacred texts can contribute to forming more just and equal social norms. The findings of this research are expected to serve as an important reference for academics and practitioners in developing strategies to reduce gender inequality in the context of both household and broader society.   Keyword: Power Imbalance; Gender Study; Aminah Wadud.   Ketidakadilan dan ketidaksetaraan gender sering muncul dalam pola relasi keluarga patriarkis yang mendikotomikan peran antara laki-laki (suami) dan perempuan (istri) dalam rumah tangga. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pandangan Aminah Wadud terhadap ketimpangan relasi kuasa dalam rumah tangga berdasarkan penafsirannya terhadap Alquran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan fokus pada penelusuran berbagai sumber dan referensi yang relevan tentang pandangan Aminah Wadud terkait kajian gender dalam Alquran dan aplikasinya dalam konteks relasi rumah tangga. Teori yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah teori feminisme Islam, yang digunakan untuk memahami bagaimana interpretasi Alquran dapat membentuk atau menantang struktur patriarki dalam keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Aminah Wadud menekankan pentingnya tafsir yang egaliter dan inklusif, yang menekankan keadilan dan kesetaraan gender dalam rumah tangga. Pandangan Wadud memberikan wawasan baru mengenai peran Alquran dalam membentuk relasi gender yang lebih adil dan setara dalam masyarakat, sekaligus menawarkan kerangka kerja untuk mengkaji ulang interpretasi tradisional yang sering kali bias gender. Studi ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa penafsiran yang lebih progresif dan kontekstual terhadap teks-teks suci dapat berkontribusi pada pembentukan norma-norma sosial yang lebih adil dan setara. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi penting bagi akademisi dan praktisi dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk mengurangi ketimpangan gender dalam konteks rumah tangga dan masyarakat luas.     Rekognisi Sosial-Keagamaan Antara Umat Buddha dan Islam: Analisis Polemik Fenomena 44 Biksu di Masjid Baiturrohman, Temanggung

    Penelitian ini mencoba memberikan analisis teoritis terhadap fenomena 44 biksu yang sedang melaksanakan spiritual thudong yang singgah di Masjid Baiturrohman Temanggung. Fenomena tersebut menjadi viral lantaran polemik yang tercipta akibat respon Cholil Nafis terhadap fenomena tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memberikan penjelasan yang utuh dan menyeluruh dengan memanfaatkan sumber-sumber dokumentasi dari berbagai media digital. Data-data dari lapangan menujukkan dua kondisi; pertama, kondisi kerukunan yang tercipta diantara pengurus masjid Baiturrohman dan warga setempat dengan para biksu. Kedua, kondisi ketegangan yang tercipta akibat respon Cholil Nafis yang menganggap kebablasan dalam berperilaku toleran kepada umat beragama lain yang berbeda. Melalui data tersebut, hasil analisis penelitian ini menjukkan dua model rekognisi terhadap orang lain yang berbeda. Pertama adalah model pengakuan bersyarat yang menuntut kesamaan atribusi kultural dan agama. Dalam kata lain, jika atribusi dan habituasinya berbeda, maka batas-batas tertentu harus dihindari walaupun bukan dalam bidang akidah dan ibadah. Hal ini tergambar dari respon Cholil Nafis dalam penerimaannya terhadap kelompok Biksu. Kedua adalah model kesaling-pengakuan satu sama lain (mutual recognition) yang melampaui atribusi kultural dan agama masing-masing. Hal ini tergambar dari penyambutan kelompok Islam terhadap para biksu dengan penuh penghormatan dan rasa persaudaraan. Keduanya tidak mempersoalkan keagamaan dan perbedaan habituasinya. This research attempts to present a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of 44 monks performing spiritual thudong who visited at Baiturrohman Mosque in Temanggung. The phenomenon went viral because of a polemic created by Cholil Nafis\u27 response to the phenomenon. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach to provide a complete and comprehensive explanation by utilising documentary sources from various digital media. The data from the ground shows two conditions; first, the harmony created between takmir of Baiturrohman and local residents with the monks. Second, the tension created by the response of Cholil Nafis who considers it too much to behave tolerantly towards people of different religions. Through these data, the results of this research analysis show two recognition models of the others. The first is a partial recognition that requires similarities in cultural and religious attributions. In other words, if the attributions and habituasions are different, then certain boundaries must be avoided although not matter of creed and worship. This is shown by Cholil Nafis\u27s response in his acceptance of the Monks group. The second is a mutual recognition that is beyond the cultural and religious attributions of each. This is shown in the Islamic group\u27s welcoming of the monks with a sense of respect and brotherhood. Both do not question the religious and habitual difference

    The Dissemination of Hijrah Doctrine on Social Media: A Study of Negotiation, Contestation, and Commodification of Religion

    This research examines the process of disseminating the hijrah doctrine on social media, as well as the themes and motives attached to its dissemination. This study is a literature review using a virtual ethnography research model. Through a traveling theory approach, the study finds that: First, the dissemination of the hijrah doctrine on social media is predominantly carried out and shared by urban Muslims and millennial Muslims. Second, common themes used to disseminate the hijrah doctrine include Islamic clothing, early marriage propaganda, bank interest, and motivation for building an Islamic Caliphate state. These themes are disseminated through Hijrah Fest events, social media study groups, the narrative of agency socialization through artists and celebrities, and Islamist literature. This study argues that the dissemination of the hijrah doctrine on social media constitutes a form of religious commodification, with a larger agenda of promoting the movement to establish an Islamic Caliphate state.
