Effects on Prescription Inquiries Associated with the Start of Electronic Prescriptions. Questionnaire survey to medical institutions and insurance pharmacies
A pharmacistʼs role in prescription inquiries, as outlined in Article 24 of the Pharmacists Act, is crucial for ensuring patient safety. However, our previous research has highlighted challenges in this process, such as the practical difficulties insurance pharmacies face while consulting with prescribing physicians in person, as mandated by the article. Additionally, many prescription inquiries do not necessarily require extensive pharmacological expertise, such as clarification on omissions. Therefore, there is a need to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of these operations. The implementation of electronic prescriptions is set to commence in January 2023, and >20,000 hospitals, clinics, and insurance pharmacies have been announced as being ready to adopt this system. However, the specific benefits and challenges of ensuring smooth inquiries for patient safety remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate the qualitative changes in the nature and volume of prescription inquiries compared with conventional paper prescriptions. A survey was distributed to 1,000 medical institutions and insurance pharmacies to gather insights on their awareness of existing issues and to explore the expectations and challenges associated with the initial phase of adopting the electronic prescription system. Based on the survey results, we aimed to investigate the utility of electronic prescription checking systems in improving patient safety compared with conventional in-pharmacy checking systems and to identify potential design and operational issues in the electronic prescription systems.departmental bulletin pape
Characteristics of Young Childrenʼs Coordinated Movements and Motor Strategies in Eye–Hand Coordination Tasks
In this study, we examined the general circle-tracing motion in young children and the characteristics of the coordinated movements and motor strategies involved in such motions. In Experiment, a self-motor-control task and indicator-tracking tasks were performed, and differences in accuracy and other measured variables were assessed for each task. In addition, task and age differences were examined. The findings of this experiment established that in the self-motor-control task, the degree of accuracy was high and the pen stroke strong; additionally, the time required decreased as age increased. However, the accuracy was low and the pen stroke was weak in the indicator-tracking tasks. These findings suggest that in the self-motor-control task, the fact that a motor plan for tracing a circular form was established in advance allowed the tracing movement to be executed with a high degree of accuracy and with strong pen strokes due to stable manipulation of the pen. In the indicator-tracking tasks, the fact that a motor plan could not be predicted suggested that participants accomplished the task by easing pressure on the pen in order to move it rapidly to match indicator and stroke timing.departmental bulletin pape
Analysis of University Presidentsʼ Messages and Responses Related to COVID-19 Pandemic Using a Quantitative Approach: What was Said Regarding the New Coronavirus Infection
The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and trends of the words in 24 Japanese university presidentsʼ messages and responses related to coronavirus using a quantitative approach and cluster analysis methods. Findings revealed that the major topics in the presidentsʼ messages were topics related to vaccination, online classes, emergency declarations, restrictions on extracurricular activities, student behaviour, consideration of studentsʼ health, graduation and entrance ceremonies, and topics related to requesting cooperation, understanding, and support from their universities.departmental bulletin pape
Learning Support Activities in Collaboration between a Local Elementary School and University : With a Focus on Management Issues
departmental bulletin pape
Effect of “Akachan Sensei Program” on Students in Nursery Teacher Education for Fostering Child Care Support―The Program to develop Child-Rearing Support skills in Subjects Related to “Understanding of Child”―
departmental bulletin pape

Lessons Improvement Based on Improving “Meate”(Goals) and “Furikaeri”( Reflections): How Did Ms.A and Mr.B Proceed with Creating Their Lessons?
The task of this paper is to focus on the process of developing lessons, particularly the planning of “Meate” Goals and “Furikaeri” Reflection, and to show the causes of difficulties in this process and the prospects (principles) for resolving these issues. In the previous article (Moriwaki 2023), I traced the theoretical lineage of reflection, and clarified its primordial function (the key to continuity of learning)
and its development.
This paper focuses on practical issues. The purpose of this paper is to examine what kinds of problems teachers face in formulating goals and reflections in the process of creating lessons, and how they are resolved.
As a result, the following three points became clear in principle. (1) Formulating goals and reflections means "translating" the teacher's educational content research (what they want to teach and convey) into the learning context of children and students when creating lessons. (2) In the "dialogue" (immediate relationship) with the target, the development plan is clarified and the teaching materials (activities) are organized. Aim creation is the nexus of educational content, teaching materials and activities, learner understanding, and the learning environment (including time management). (3) It has been reaffirmed that retrospectives include internal dialogue, and it is necessary to restructure activities from the perspective of encouraging internal dialogue.departmental bulletin pape
