The Influence Of "Free Shipping" And Online Customer Reviews On Purchasing Decisions For Shopee Users In Tasikmalaya (Case Study of Fashion Products Shopee Users in Tasikmalaya)
Get PDF This study aims to analyze the effect of free shipping and online customer reviews, both simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Shopee users in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sampling technique is Nonprobability Sampling with the Purprosive Sampling method, the number of samples used is 100 respondents with the criteria that they are Shopee users who live in Tasikmalaya and have made purchases at shopee, especially purchases of fashion products. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Version 25 software. The results showed that free shipping and online customer reviews simultaneously had a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Shopee users in Tasikmlaya. Free shipping and online customer reviews partially have a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of Shopee users in Tasikmalaya

Sewing skills are one of the important skills in everyday life, because they are related to human needs for clothing. Based on the type of problem studied and its objectives, this research is a qualitative descriptive research. Qualitative descriptive research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior (Sugiyono, 2019). The reason this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach is because the problems to be discussed are not related to numbers but are described clearly and in detail and obtain in-depth data from training in improving sewing skills in Palak Bengkrung Village, South Bengkulu. Based on research and presentations that have been carried out regarding improving sewing skills in Palak Bengkrung Village, South Bengkulu. The author can provide the following conclusion: The process of improving sewing skills at Seginim Taylor in improving skills has been going well including: the first, namely the preparation stage consisting of determining identification of training needs, preparing programs, preparing experts, preparing facilities, and conducting outreach. Second, the analysis stage is identifying problems. Third, planning, namely by drawing up plans and schedules, carrying out recruitment, then fourth is implementing the sewing training process. The final one is the evaluation or monitoring stage, namely by testing the participant's competency, which will give results after the participant has taken part in the training, whether they are competent or not competent. The result of increasing skills through sewing training is increasing youth skills and increasing knowledge. Sewing training participants can make clothes and design themselves so they can master what they have been taught during the training

Real Work Lecture Activities (KKN) are field activities for students taking the final part of the Bachelor's/D4/Applied Bachelor's education program. This program In fact, it is mandatory for all students, because the university believes that this program is able to encourage student empathy and can contribute to solving problems in society. Pagar Gading Village has an area of 120 Ha, located in Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency, with 339 heads of families and a population of 1.546 people. From the demographic data obtained with the number of elderly people numbering 187 people, the elderly exercise program carried out by Dehasen University KKN students is a good activity to maintain the health of the elderly in the village of Pagar Gading. when collecting data using primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires announced to the public and secondary data data obtained from the Pagar Gading Community Health Center. The method for evaluating the implementation of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) activity program is reviewed from the sustainability of the program's effectiveness, the sustainability of the program on the targets of each work program.

Effective communication is a key element in ensuring smooth operations and collaboration between various stakeholders at the port. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore how established communication can affect the coordination and efficiency of export-import services. The results show that structured, transparent, and timely communication between PT IPC Petikemas and Shipping Agency plays an important role in accelerating operational processes, reducing errors, and improving service quality. Barriers in communication, such as miscommunication or delays in information, have been shown to hamper workflow and have a negative impact on overall service. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening organizational communication to support better coordination in export-import services at the port

Get PDFWest Pasaman, like many regions outside the main economic centers in Indonesia, relies heavily on transfers of funds from the central government through the Balancing Fund, which includes the General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), and Profit Sharing Fund (DBH). ). This dependence shows that PAD, which should reflect regional capabilities in managing local resources, is still limited, so that regional fiscal conditions become vulnerable. This research analyzes the influence of low PAD and Balancing Funds on financial independence in West Pasaman Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research describes and analyzes the influence of PAD and Balancing Funds on the financial independence of local governments. Data was collected through a review of literature studies including scientific journals, government reports and official documents. The analysis technique applied is document study to understand local government policies and their impacts. The research results show that West Pasaman's financial independence is hampered by dependence on the Balancing Fund, as well as weaknesses in governance, human resource capacity and infrastructure. However, there are opportunities to reduce dependency by diversifying income sources and optimizing local economic potential

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the coping skills used by informatics students in thesis guidance. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach with in-depth interview techniques with four students who were active in thesis guidance and two thesis supervisors as sources of information in the research. The theory used is the stress coping theory from Lazarus & Folkman 1984. The results of the research show that informatics students of the Informatics Study Program are more likely to focus on problems (problem-focused coping) such as preparing a regular work schedule, discussing with seniors or friends, fighting feeling lazy, and looking for additional references from previous research journals or websites that support learning, because not all Informatics students have the ability to manage emotions (emotion-focused coping) such as seeking support from friends and family, not easily getting emotional when the lecturer is angry when don't reply to chats, be patient, don't panic, don't give up easily trying to carry out guidance and remain enthusiastic especially when experiencing pressure during thesis guidance
