Get PDFDesa Pekik Nyaring adalah merupakan suatu daerah yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Pondok Kelapa Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah, dimana konon ceritanya bagi orang yang pertama kali masuk ke daerah ini terdengar suara teriakan yang sangat nyaring dan terdengar dimana-mana, tetapi orang yang berteriak itu tidak dikenal dan tidak nampak. Sehingga kejadian misterius yang dialami para pendahulu kami dijadikan nama suatu Wilayah yaitu Wilayah Pekik Nyaring Menurut keterangan dari beberapa orang sesepuh desa, bahwa cikal-bakal Desa Pekik Nyaring diawali pada tahun 1956 didatang Transmigrasi dari Pulau Jawa sebanyak 230 KK dan penempatannya menyebar di seluruh Desa Pekik Nyaring, sehingga Desa Pekik Nyaring menjadi 4 Blok karena penduduknya tersebar ke empat wilayah dan masing-masing wilyah dipimpin oleh seorang pemangku. Diwilayah yang baru inilan warga Transmigrasi membangun wilayahnya untuk menata kehidupannya, ternyata dalam perjalanan hidupnya banya sekali rintangan yang dialami baik dari dalam maupun dari luar sepertihalnya gangguan berupa binatang, alam dan lingkungan. Anak-anak didesa ini masih memilki kemampuan berbahasa inggris yang rendah, sehingga berdasarkan hasil observasi, perlu untuk dibina. Dan hasil dari kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata didesa ini, mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa inggris terhadap anak-anak meski belum maksimal dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu

DPRD and local governments must make real and structured efforts to produce APBDs that can reflect the real needs of the community in accordance with the potential of each region, and can meet the demands of creating a regional budget that is oriented towards the interests of the community. This research is quantitative descriptive research, which is a study that serves to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through sample or population data with numbers using data that the author thinks is in accordance with the object of research and provides an overview of the object of research.Knowledge of the council on the budget has a positive and significant effect on the role of members of the Lebong Regency DPRD, Bengkulu in supervising regional finances. This is because based on the test results on respondents' answers, it shows the results that members of the Lebong Regency DPRD, Bengkulu have good or high knowledge about the budget. In the reliability test results show the results of reliability testing on variable X instruments with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.624. The results of the reliability test on variable Y instrument with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.627. This proves that the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire is reliable because Cronbach's Alpha is greater than 0.60. In the validity test results, it can be seen that the correlation between each indicator of variables X and Y shows significant results and shows that R count> R table (0.320). It can be concluded that all question items are declared valid

The research method used in this research is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test data quality using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial simultaneous tests and coefficient of determination. The research results showed that work skills, communication, supervision, work quality, supporting facilities and workload had a significant effect individually and collectively on the work performance of employees of the Protocol and Communication Section of the Lahat Regional Secretary

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of online-based passport administration services at Class I Immigration Office of TPI Bengkulu. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. After obtaining the research results, data analysis is performed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informants in this study consist of five (5) individuals, including one (1) key informant and four (4) main informants. The study utilizes the theory by Hassel Nogi Tangkillisan (2005: 140-141), with the following indicators: (1) Target Achievement: the success rate of the program and the efficiency of resource utilization, the waiting time for passport issuance measured in days or hours. Regular passport estimation takes three days while expedited passports are issued in a day. (2) Adaptation Ability: this indicator measures how well employees and the public understand and possess the skills to use technology. (3) Job Satisfaction: ease of use regarding how easily the public feels using the online passport service system. This includes navigation, clear instructions, and a simple application process. (4) Responsibility: applicants are responsible for understanding passport application requirements before registering, required documents, personal information needed, application steps to be followed, and payment of fees

Get PDFThis activity aims to socialize the use of Microsoft Excel as a tool for preparing financial reports for small businesses, especially streetstemgroup. Small businesses often face challenges in managing their finances effectively, which can impact business sustainability and growth. Good preparation is essential for monitoring cash flow, identifying profitability, and meeting tax obligations. However, many small business owners do not have the knowledge or resources to implement complex financial reporting systems. In this outreach, we developed a training module that teaches the basics of preparing financial reports using Excel. This module covers how to record daily transactions, create a general journal, post to a general ledger, prepare a trial balance, and produce financial reports such as a balance sheet, profit and loss report, and cash flow report. This training was carried out in several sessions with a practical approach, where participants directly practiced financial recording and analysis using Excel. With better bookkeeping, it is hoped that small businesses can optimize their financial performance, make better business decisions, and increase their ability to survive and thrive in a competitive market. Recommendations for further activities include further module development and providing ongoing support for small businesses in implementing technology-based financial bookkeeping

In the extracurricular futsal participants of SMA Negeri 5 Seluma Regency, there has been no research on the analysis of shooting abilities in members or participants of extracurricular futsal. The purpose of this study was to determine the shooting skills of extracurricular futsal participants of SMA Negeri 5 Seluma Regency. This research is quantitative research, where the purpose of this research is to provide a description of the existing reality about the analysis of shooting ability in extracurricular futsal participants of SMA Negeri 5 Seluma Regency. The instrument test used shooting with a distance of 10 M with repeated shooting 10 times and the score in the goal. This study used purposive sampling techniques totaling 20 people. Data analysis looking for the percentage of each data with the percentage formula After the data is obtained from the test results, the next step is to process it with statistical formulas. These data processing steps are obtained by procedure. The results of this study are shooting abilities in extracurricular participants of SMA Negeri 5 Seluma Regency, based on the "Excellent" category with a percentage of 0% (0 people). The method used by the researcher, namely qualitative research, is a method for exploring and understanding the meaning that a number of individuals or groups of people consider to come from social or humanitarian problems. The results of the study are: The Quality of Service at the Tirta Hidayah Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Bengkulu City, in terms of tangibility, is included in the good category, because of the completeness of the facilities and infrastructure in the company. Service Quality at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City, seen from the reliability aspect, is included in the good category, because the employees are very reliable in providing services, Service Quality at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City, seen from the responsiveness aspect, is included in the good category, because when responding to customers they are good with customers, Service Quality at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City, seen from the assurance aspect, is included in the good category, because PDAM provides a guarantee of comfort in serving its customers, Service Quality at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Hidayah, Bengkulu City, seen from empathy, is included in the good category. Because these employees really care about customers when there is a problem. Suggestions for employees whose level of service quality in serving the community should be given rewards/awards so that other employees are more enthusiastic in providing services and the Regional Drinking Water Company of Bengkulu City should improve in providing counseling and information as well as socialization. Research limitations based on the researcher's experience during the research, the researcher realized that the results of this study were not perfect and had many limitations that affected the expected results, one of which was the number of samples processed in this study, which was only 30 respondents because in PDAM users in Bengkulu City, many were divided into 3 zones when conducting research in the field, many did not use PDAM and many disconnected PDAM.

The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used for analysis is the POAC theory. (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). The research results show that the business strategy implemented by Tribunbengkulu.com is by strengthening the internal team and expanding the network of clients and readers in Bengkulu Province. (eksternal). Business communication at Tribunbengkulu.com has been going well, as it has positively impacted business revenue growth from 2022 to November 2024. To support the achievement, Tribunbengkulu.com has implemented the POAC model. At the planning stage, the business communication applied involves establishing internal communication strategies, as well as conducting external communication with advertising clients. At the organizing stage, the organization of communication at TribunBengkulu.com is evident from the clear hierarchy of task distribution instructions for each team, supported by adequate equipment resources. Internal communication is organized through faceto-face meetings or using applications that support real-time coordination among team members. Meanwhile, external communication is organized through business teams to manage interactions with advertising clients and editorial teams with the audience, ensuring that the messages conveyed are consistent.
