Get PDFThe advent of instant messaging apps like WhatsApp has changed the way parents communicate digitally. One of the more popular features is the use of stickers in messages. This study aims to determine the use of WhatsApp stickers in digital communication among parents in Baladewa Rt 08, Bandung city, and measure its impact on the effectiveness of their communication. This research uses quantitative methods, the data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire to a group of parents who actively use WhatsApp stickers in daily communication. The results showed that the use of WhatsApp stickers can increase emotional expression and creativity in parents' digital communication and how the use of these stickers affects their communication effectiveness in facing the challenges of modern digital communication. However, there is also the constraint that the use of WhatsApp stickers may compromise communication effectiveness in some contexts. Therefore, this study provides an in-depth insight into how the use of WhatsApp stickers affects digital communication among parents, with diverse impacts for the development of communication and interaction technologies. The conclusions of this study can help in developing an understanding of how parents interact with digital communication technologies

Get PDFThe emergence of new media, one of which is the social media TikTok, in mass communication has had a significant impact, especially on the dissemination of news information on this new media, so that many news media have taken part in using TikTok as an alternative forum for spreading their news, such as the Inspira TV news media. This research aims to show the role of TikTok as an alternative forum for disseminating news information for Inspira TV. This research uses a qualitative approach method and the study used is a case study with a constructivist research paradigm and is assisted by new media theory. Research data was collected using in-depth interviews and online observations. The results of this research are that the strategy used by Inspira TV is in the information processing process which is made straightforward and clear, as well as in the implementation process using several elements contained in the new TikTok media. The comments on the Inspira TV news account are varied, including positive, negative and zero feedback. The difference felt by the Inspira TV news media in disseminating its news is its affordability, the dissemination process, and the content of the news. So Inspira TV as a news media considers that the role of social media TikTok in disseminating the latest news. Inspira TV is still not effective enough, because it still has limitations and shortcomings in processing news.
Islamic Law Challenges To Carbon Market Development: A Case Study On Risk Management And Sharia Compliance
Get PDFCarbon markets have become a vital instrument in global efforts to address climate change. Nevertheless, the development of carbon markets is not without legal challenges, especially when considered from an Islamic Law perspective. This study proposes the application of an Islamic legal framework to identify and analyze the challenges that arise in the development of carbon markets. The main focus of this study is on risk management and sharia compliance in the context of carbon markets. Through in-depth case studies, this research explores potential conflicts between carbon market principles and sharia principles, especially related to transparency, speculation and profit distribution. Managing risks, such as those related to market volatility and uncertainty in the regulatory environment, is also an important aspect that requires a sharia-based approach. Additionally, this study explores efforts and strategies that can be adopted to ensure full compliance with sharia principles in the operationalization of carbon markets. This research uses a qualitative research method with an inductive approach that prioritizes data from previous studies.The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the complexity of the legal challenges faced in developing carbon markets from an Islamic Law perspective. Practical implications and policy recommendations are outlined to guide stakeholders in designing and managing carbon markets by considering sharia values and principles. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to the Islamic legal literature and enriches our understanding of the integration of Islamic principles in the development of global carbon market
Implementation Of Work Discipline Rules For Civil Servants In Accordance With Government Regulation NO. 53/2010 Has A Significant Impact On Motivation And Performance In The Jakarta Provincial Government Environment
Get PDFGovernment Regulation No. 53/2010 has regulated the discipline of civil servants (PNS) and requires the establishment of the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) by regional heads to ensure the smooth implementation of ASN duties in the regions. However, the implementation of this discipline is still not optimal due to violations such as irregular attendance and leaving the office during working hours. This study aims to investigate the influence of motivation, work discipline, and career development on the performance of civil servants in DKI Jakarta. The focus is on factors that affect civil servant performance as well as the effectiveness of enforcement of disciplinary sanctions in accordance with Government Regulation No. 53 of 2010. The results show that civil servants are individuals who are appointed by authorized officials to fulfill state duties, with factors such as work culture and supervision systems affecting their performance. To improve the performance of civil servants, the government implements discipline in accordance with the regulation, which includes setting sanctions for violations of ASN discipline

Get PDFThis research was conducted with the aim of: (1) knowing and analyzing the forms of accountability and law enforcement regarding misuse of free visit visas that occur in the working area of the TPI Makassar Class 1 Immigration Office; (2) knowing and analyzing the factors that influence law enforcement regarding misuse of free visit visas in the working area of the TPI Makassar Class 1 Immigration Office. The research method in this research uses empirical research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods using the theory of legal effectiveness as the analytical tool for this research. The results of this research show that: (1) Forms of accountability and law enforcement for misuse of free visit visas that occur in the working area of the TPI Makassar Class 1 Immigration Office are carried out in two ways, namely administrative actions in the Immigration sector and Pro Justisia actions. At the TPI Makassar Class I Immigration Office, immigration cases more often occur, the handling of which is resolved by administrative action in the Immigration sector; (2) Factors that influence law enforcement regarding misuse of free visit visas in the working area of the TPI Makassar Class 1 Immigration Office, namely; legal factors, law enforcement factors, facilities and infrastructure factors, community factors, and legal cultur

The research method used by the author in this research is normative legal research, using three approaches, namely Legislation (Statute Approach), Conceptual Approach, and Comparative Approach. The results of this study explain the authority of nurses and the responsibility of nurses for infusion outside health care facilities during a pandemic, that a nurse in certain limited circumstances during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency has the authority to provide first aid in the form of medical action, namely infusion in accordance with their competence based on statutory provisions in accordance with the nurse's knowledge of assessing the patient's condition. Meanwhile, the responsibility for installing infusions by nurses is personal because it is independent, meaning that if an error occurs in the action, the nurse concerned will bear his own responsibility
Legal Protection Of Wage Rights For Honorary Workers In The Perspective Of Indonesian Civil Law

Because in reality, in carrying out service tasks in government, both in the central government and local government, most of them are carried out and carried out by honorary employees where they are appointed by each agency and Regional Work Unit (SKPD). The purpose of this research is to find out the Legal Protection of Wage Rights for Honorary Workers in the Perspective of Indonesian Civil Law. The research method used is normative legal research in the form of library research which is carried out by collecting legal materials both primary, secondary and or tertiary. The results of research and discussion show that honorary or contract workers whose existence is rampant today both in the public sector or government agencies as well as in the private sector or business entities known as outsourching workers, ironically their existence is not massively protected and not strictly regulated by law in Indonesia. In fact, honorary or contract workers in Indonesia are implied in two categories. Based on the explanation above, there are several things, namely: 1. there is a legal vacuum (vacum of norm) on the protection of honorary or contract workers in Indonesia. 2. there must be a legal breakthrough on the settlement of wage disputes in honorary or contract workers. 3. civil procedural law as the foundation of formal law must be able to answer the problem of wage disputes of honorary or contract workers in Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to determine the Application of Online Buying and Selling Transactions in E-Commerce According to the Civil Code and the ITE Law. The research method used is normative legal research in the form of library research which is carried out by collecting legal materials both primary, secondary and or tertiary. The results of the research and discussion show that honorary or contract workers whose existence is the implementation of online buying and selling transactions in E-Commerce according to the Kuhperdata and ITE Laws, is the implementation of online buying and selling in principle is not much different from conventional buying and selling transactions, the only difference is the technique of the sale and purchase. Conventional buying and selling is done in the real world directly between the seller and the buyer. Meanwhile, online buying and selling is carried out using electronic media through the internet network. Mentioned in Article 1 number 2 of ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 “Electronic Transactions are legal actions carried out using computers, computer networks, and / or other electronic media. EFEKTIVITAS MEDIA KARBON AKTIF KULIT DURIAN TERHADAP PERUBAHAN PARAMETER PH, FE DAN MN AIR SUMUR GALI
Get PDFAir merupakan salah satu sumber daya alam yang memiliki fungsi sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Saat ini masyarakat masih banyak menggunakan sumur gali sebagai sumber persediaan air bersih, tetapi sumur gali sekarang banyak yang sudah tercemar dan mengalami penurunan kualitas sehingga dapat menyebabkan air sumur tersebut tidak memenuhi persyaratan. Salah satu cara pengolahan air bersih dapat dilakukan dengan proses adsorbs oleh media arang aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karbon aktif kulit durian terhadap penurunan parameter Fe dan Mn air sumur gali. Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah quasi experiment, dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian ini adalah air sumur gali. Air sampel dialirkan ke rangkaian alat filtrasi dengan media absorban karbon aktif kulit durian. Pembuatan karbon aktif kulit durian dilakukan dengan cara karbonisasi pada suhu sekitar 400 derajat celcius selama 1 jam. Kemudian dilakukan perendaman dengan H2SO4 15% selama 24 jam Untuk proses aktivasi kimia. Hasil penelitian diketahui rata-rata kadar Fe dan Mn sebelum proses penambahan media karbonaktif sebesar 0,145 mg/l dan 0,032 mg/l Setelah perlakuan pada media karbon aktif kulit durian dengan aktivasi H2SO4 sebesar 0,062 mg/l dan0,020 mg/l. Kesimpulan persentase penurunan parameter Fe air sumur gali pada media karbon aktif kulit durian sebesar 57% dan 36 %

Get PDFPendahuluan: Sampah merupakan masalah yang terjadi dilingkungan yang dapat menimbulkan penyakit. Pencegahan penumpukan sampah dilingkungan sekolah bersifat direktif dan edukasional sangat diperlukan bagi anak-anak untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap agar terhindar dari penyakit yang disebabkan oleh sampah Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengetahuan dan sikap tentang pengolahan sampah di sekolah menegah atas negeri Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan Desain penelitian adalah quasy eksperimental dengan pre-test and post-test. Jumlah sampel 90 orang terdiri dari 45 kelompok Video media vidio dan 45 kelompok Video leaflet. Teknik sampling adalah simple random sampling. Analisis menggunakan wilxocon α < 5%. Menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai pengetahuan setelah diberikan Video media Video dan leaflet nilai p= 0,000. Rata-rata nilai sikap setelah diberikan Video media Video dan leaflet nilai p = 0,266. Hasil dari tabulasi data menggunakan SPSS didapatkan bahwa media edukasi video dan leaflet memiliki perbedaan efektifitas dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pengolahan sampah. Ada perbedaan efektivitas antara media edukasi video dan leaflet, edukasi dengan menggunakan media vidio dan leaftlet sangat efektif untuk menambah pengetahuan sedangkan untuk sikap penggunaan leaftlet sebagai media edukasi tidak efektif
