The Influence of Psychological, Spiritual Dimensions and Modernization of the Tax Administration System on Individual Taxpayer Compliance
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of moral obligations, spirituality and modernization of the tax administration system on individual taxpayer compliance. The data used in this study are primary data. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to Individual Taxpayers in Bengkulu City. The number of questionnaires distributed was 100 questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that spirituality has a positive and significant influence on individual taxpayer compliance while moral obligations and modernization of the tax administration system do not significantly affect individual taxpayer compliance
Improving Sme Accountability In The M-Wallet Era Postadoption Implications
Get PDFThis research aims to investigate the impact of M-Wallet adoption on SME financial accountability and its implications for small and medium business practices. The research method uses a mixed approach which combines qualitative (interviews) and quantitative (questionnaire) approaches. The population in this study is UKM in Bengkulu that have adopted M-Wallet in operations. The sampling technique uses survey techniques. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires with a Linkert scale of 1-5. Data testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in SME accountability in the mwallet era with post-adoption implications. The regression results show that system security influences SME accountability. SMEs feel that a high level of system security can reduce the risk of data loss or financial theft, thereby increasing accountability in managing finances. The regression results show that system effectiveness influences SME accountability. The effectiveness of the system in processing transactions more quickly, providing financial reports that are easy to understand, and providing good visibility into cash flow has a role in improving accountability practices

Get PDFThis study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of capital structure, dividend policy, and liquidity partially on firm value in building construction sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2019 period totaling 18 companies. While the sample in this study were some of the building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2019 period that met the research criteria. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method, which is a sampling method tailored to certain criteria. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data source used in this study comes from the financial statements of building construction sub-sector companies on the idx.co.id website. The data analysis technique uses linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Partially, the capital structure variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value; (2) Partially, the dividend policy variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value; and (3) Partially, the liquidity variable has a positive and significant effect on firm value
Transformative Interaction Capability on Teamwork Performance: Strategies or Challenges? Perspective On Merchant Marine College
Get PDFThis study aims to build a new conceptual model based on the novelty produced by previous researchers called Transformative Interaction capability. Transformative interaction capabilities are expected to resolve the results of research between frequent and team performance. Structural study methodology was adopted in this study and a sample of 260 samples was taken from analysis units spread throughout Indonesia as a Merchant marine college. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and data analysis was carried out using Amos 25. The findings in this study indicate that there is a strategic path to improve the performance of the public organization team at the Merchant marine College. There are two ways to improve team performance. The strategy includes transformative interaction capabilities to improve team performance. The results of this study bring benefits for theoretical and practical development
The Benefit of Digital Literacy for English Literature Students
Get PDFThis research purposed to examine the benefits of digital competency and e-learning during the Pandemic that interrupted schooling. Expert opinions published in different international publications were used to address the question. The core of our results from a wide range of subjects, including the benefits of digital literacy, is that it is undoubtedly capable of innovating learning that has been disrupted since the Pandemic struck the globe. Although expert opinions differ significantly, the abilities of pupils and other educators in digital technology are so essential that educational disruption will be very fearful. To address the research's topic, the researchers looked for data in the literature and then performed a study that included coding systems, theme verification, assessment, and in-depth interpretation. This is qualitative research that takes a phenomenological approach touts design. The findings showed that digital literacy is defined as students’ capacity to arrange knowledge in the world of learning, from seeking to communicating, with little instructor assistance. This document includes, among other things, a summary of the study's results with the hopes of providing more information for educators and educational researchers interested in using digital literacy to innovate teaching during the Pandemic.

Hybrid Learning : Solusi Pembelajaran Bahasa di Era New-Normal
Get PDFThe times demand students to always adapt to learning media. IT-based learning media is an important part of the 21st century. On the other hand, we are entering a "new normal" order, which means the return to conditions that were originally home learning and now back to normal. Students are allowed to learn 50% or half of the number of students. Of course, it leaves questions for students, how to study well. Hybrid learning is a solution to student problems in this new normal era. However, is it believed that hybrid learning can work efficiently and increase learning motivation? To answer this question, research was carried out using a quasi-experimental methodology by creating two groups. Namely the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given hybrid learning while the control group was given online learning. The results of this study are that the average value of hybrid learning is higher than the average value of online learning. So that hybrid learning can be recommended for teachers in this new normal era.

Verb Phrase Mistakes in English Literature Students' Writing Composition
Get PDFExamining the students’ errors on writing is part of the evaluation in English language learning and teaching. To produce a good writing, the English language learners have to be able to know the rules of the language use. This research aims to diagnose the errors with subject verb agreement made by the students as well as to explore the factors contribute the errors. To obtain the data, the researcher employed a document analysis and a semi-structure interview. The findings showed most of the errors belonged to misinformation category (33%) and were subsequently followed by omission category (29%) and addition category (29%) and misformation (9%). In addition, from the interview the researcher also found three major factors contribute the students’ errors, namely ignorance the editing process, the unawareness of the grammar rules, and intralingual errors.

Hubungan Kekuatan Otot Tungkai Terhadap Hasil Lompat Jauh Pada Siswa / Siswi Kelas VIII Di SMP N 22 Kota Bengkulu
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the relationship between leg muscle strength and long jump results in students of class VII.2 at SMP N 22 Bengkulu City. This research method is quantitative description research. The sample in this study based on these criteria amounted to 32 students. The results of hypothesis testing tests that leg muscle strength that there is a significant relationship between leg muscle explosiveness on long jump results. With this significant relationship can be seen based on the test results Significant correlation coefficient (thitung = 7,72129107>ttabel = 2,04227) Based on the correlation significance test The relationship between leg muscles (X) to the results of the long jump (Y) as seen in the table above obtained thitung = 7,72129107>ttabel = 2,04227 at a significant level α = 0.05 divided by 2 because it has 2 variables so that the significance level is α = 0.025. Thus Ha which says there is a relationship between leg muscle strength (X) and long jump results (Y) in students of class VII.2 is accepted, consequently Ho is rejected. This finding concludes that there is a relationship between leg muscle strength and long jump results in students of class VII.2 at SMP N 22 Bengkulu City
Pengaruh Latihan Karet Ban Terhadap Kecepatan Tendangan Dollyo Chagi Pada Atlet Taekwondo Di Dojang Star Club Kota Bengkulu
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to influence the effect of rubber tire training on Dollyo chagi kick speed. Taekwondo athletes at Dojang star club Bengkulu City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research this research design is in the form of experiments with the form of one group pretest and postest. The sample in this study were 35 taekwondo athletes Dojang star Club Bengkulu. The results of this study found that there was an increase in the results of dollyo chagii kicks after being given training using rubber tires. This is evidenced by the increase in the average kick results of the research sample. The average pretest kick was 51.25 while the average postest result was 60.11 from this value it can be seen that there was an increase in test results of 8.86. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, the effect of using rubber tires on dollyo chagi kick speed has an R Square value of .898, indicating a very strong influence. Meanwhile, based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value of 0.004 indicates that 0.04 ≤ 0.05 so that the results of this hypothesis test show a significant effect between the pretest and posttest results, meaning that there is a significant effect of using rubber tires on the speed of dollyo chagi kicks at dojang star club athletes in Bengkulu city. So it can be concluded that the use of rubber tire media in increasing the speed of dollyo chagi tendengan is proven by the increase in test results after treatment
SURVEI KELINCAHAN DAN KECEPATAN PEMAIN FUTSAL PADA EKSTRAKURIKULER SMA NEGERI 7 BENGKULU SELATAN
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the agility and speed of futsal players in the extracurricular of SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The method used is a survey. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 7 South Bengkulu, totaling 20 students. The sample used in this study were students of SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan. The test instrument used was the zig-zag run agility test, and the speed of running 50 meters. Data using descriptive analysis techniques which are outlined in percentage form. The results showed that the ability of futsal players in the extracurricular of SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan with the results for the agility test, the highest frequency category in the "medium" category, namely 10 players or 50%, the agility of the extracurricular futsal players of SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan did not have a "very good" category in the category "good" 5 players or 25%, the category "medium" 10 players or 50%, the category "less" 4 players or 20% and the category "very less" 1 player or 5%. And for the speed test results, namely with the highest frequency category in the "medium' category, namely 14 players or 70%, the speed test for extracurricular futsal players of SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan does not have a category of "excellent" which is categorized as "good" 2 players or 10%, the category "medium" 14 players or 70%, the category "less" 2 players or 10% and the category "very less" 2 players or 10%.
