Analysis Of Factors Associated The Occurrence Of Acute Resipiratory Tract Infection (ARI) In Toddlers In Working Area Sukamerindu Health Center, Bengkulu City In 2021
Get PDFIntoduction: ARI disease is still one of the important public health problems to be considered because it is an acute disease and can even cause death. Data obtained from the ARI Poly at the Sukamerindu Health Center, Bengkulu City, in the last 3 years has always experienced the highest ARI cases in Bnegkulu City, in 2020 there were 354 cases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of ARI in toddlers in the Working Area of the Sukamerindu Health Center, Bengkulu city in 2021. Method: This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional research design. The sample amounted to 100 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate (using chi square test with α=0.05) using SPSS 16 software. Result and Discussion: The results showed that more than half of the respondents had smoking habits of family members, more than half of the respondents had residential density, more than half of the respondents had LBW, more than half of the respondents experienced ARI at the Sukamerindu Health Center, Bengkulu City in 2021. Based on the bivariate analysis, it is known that there is a significant relationship between the smoking habits of family members and the incidence of ARI, there is a significant relationship between occupancy density and the incidence of ARI and there is a significant relationship between LBW and the incidence of ARI at the Sukamerindu Health Center, Bengkulu City, 2021. Conclusion: It is expected that health workers at the Sukamerindu Health Center continue to carry out health promotion measures in the form of education to increase knowledge about what risk factors can cause ARI and how to prevent it

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to explain organizational commitment as a mediation between organizational culture, extrinsic motivation, and democratic leadership on job satisfaction at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.. The population in this study amounted to 70 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was a census by taking the entire population of 70 respondents. The data collection used a questionnaire that was advertised to employees. This type of research uses quantitative methods and the use of primary data by involving the Smart PLS application. The analysis method focuses on descriptive analysis and inferential analysis consisting of Indicator Test, Model Fit Test, Hypothesis Test and Path Analysis. The Effectiveness Of Social Media Marketing Activity (SMMA) In Higher Education (A Consumer Decision Model/CDM Approach)
Get PDFThis study aims to describe the effectiveness of social media marketing (SMMA) on Instagram in building prospective students' interest in enrolling at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, using the Consumer Decision Model (CDM) approach. This study identifies the important role of social media in influencing brand recognition, trust, positive attitudes, and prospective students' intentions. Instagram has proven to be a strategic platform for delivering relevant information to the younger generation. The findings show that trust is the most influential mediating variable in shaping enrollment intentions. Consistent and quality content can increase prospective students' trust, while interactive elements and personalization strengthen positive impressions of the institution. This study emphasizes the importance of strong brand management on social media, where good brand recognition increases prospective students' trust and positive attitudes. In addition, content that displays achievements, alumni testimonials, and responsive interactions have proven effective in building a positive image. As an academic contribution, this study introduces the application of the CDM model in marketing, providing a new perspective on how social media influences positive attitudes and prospective students' intentions to enroll, especially in universities in Indonesia
Analysis Of The Influence Of Financial Literacy, Ease Of Use, Risk Perception, And Decision To Use QRIS As Digital Payment On FE Students Of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to assess the influence of financial literacy, ease of use, and risk perception on the decision to use QRIS in students of the Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. This study uses a kunitative research method, and sampling is carried out with a purposive sampling approach. This study involved 100 active FE UST students. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed through a google form with a likert scale of 1-5. Data validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests were carried out using the SPSS Ver 25 statistical tool. The results of the study show that partially, the financial literacy of FE UST students has a positive and significant effect on their decision to use QRIS; the ease of use of QRIS has a positive and significant effect on their decision to use QRIS; and the perception of risk negatively affects their decisions. Simultaneously, this shows that financial literacy, ease of use, and risk perception positively and significantly influence QRIS decisions

Get PDFThis study aims to identify the effect of promotion and location on the purchase decision of Honda New Vario 150 CBS motorcycle at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra, Melawi Regency. This study adopts associative approach with purposive sampling method. A total of 100 respondents who had bought a Honda New Vario 150 CBS motorcycle at PT Tunas Dwipa Matra became part of this research sample. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through SPSS software version 25. The testing process in this study includes validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing is done by using simultaneous test (F test) and Partial Test (t test). Based on the results of hypothesis testing, both simultaneously (F test) and partially (T test), it can be concluded that promotion and location together have a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions. In addition, both also show an independently positive and significant influence on the purchase decision

Get PDFAbstact-The attendance system is a form of employee attendance data collection which is part of the reporting of an institution that contains data. Currently, at the Seven One Hotel Kota attendance data collection is still manual and stored in the document paper archive so that it is considered less effective, with the development of information technology today. This research aims to design and create an Employee Attendance Application Using a Web-based QR Code. The development model uses a waterfall model and focuses on the implementation of attendance using QR Codes. With this Employee Attendance application, it is hoped that it can further assist the Seven One Kota Hotel in managing attendance data.

Intisari— Sistem absensi adalah suatu bentuk pendataan presensi atau kehadiran karyawan yang merupakan bagian pelaporan dari suatu institusi yang berisi data-data. Saat ini di Hotel Seven One Kota pendataan absensi masih manual dan di simpan di arsip kertas dokumen sehingga hal tersebut dirasa kurang efektif, dengan berkembang- nya teknologi informasi saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat Aplikasi Absensi Karyawan Dengan Menggunakan Kode QR berbasis Web. Model pengembangannya menggunakan model waterfall dan berfokus pada implementasi absensi menggunakan Kode QR. Dengan adanya aplikasi Absensi Karyawan ini, diharapkan dapat lebih membantu pihak Hotel Seven One Kota dalam mengelola data absensi.

Abstract-This study aims to analyze customer needs and preferences for web-based tailoring services in Baturaja City. This research adopts quantitative and qualitative approaches with data collection conducted through in-depth interviews with potential customers. The results showed that the majority of customers need tailoring services that can be accessed online, have online ordering features, cost estimation, and estimated processing time. Key customer preferences include ease of site navigation, price transparency, and speed of service response. This study provides recommendations for the development of a digital platform that can improve customer satisfaction while expanding the market reach for local tailors in Baturaja
