The Effect Of Service Quality, Place And Promotion On Purchasing Decisions For Yamaha N-Max Motorbikes At Ksm Nanga Pinoh Melawi Regency
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, location, and promotion on purchasing decisions. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the questionnaires, two test tools were used, namely validity test and reliability test. In the analysis, multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the relationship between the dependent variable (purchase decision) and independent factors (service quality, location, and promotion). The results showed that location, advertising, and service quality all had a significant impact on consumers purchasing decisions. With a significance level of 0.000 and a calculated F-value of 504.080, the F-test shows that together these independent factors have a major influence on purchasing decisions. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the three independent variables can explain 94.0% of the variance of the purchase decision. The study emphasizes the importance of service quality, location, and promotion in shaping customer behavior, as well as providing valuable insights for companies looking to improve their marketing strategies
Improving Higher Education Performance Through Strategic Collaboration And Intellectual Capital: A Path To Competitive Advantage
This research aims to explore how strategic collaboration and intellectual capital can improve higher education performance and achieve competitive advantage. The main objective of this study is to identify the relationship between strategic collaboration, intellectual capital, and the performance of higher education institutions, as well as how these three elements can be used synergistically to achieve competitive advantage. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the population of all private universities (PTS) in the LLDikti II Region, which totals 197 private universities. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Models (SEM) approach with the help of the SmartPLS program package. The results of the study show that strategic collaboration has a positive and significant impact on higher education performance. In addition, intellectual capital was also found to contribute significantly to improving the performance of the institution. The combination of strategic collaboration and intellectual capital resulted in a greater improvement in higher education performance compared to each element separately. These results show that institutions that adopt a collaborative approach and manage their intellectual capital will tend to have better performance and are able to compete more effectively in the global education market. Based on these findings, the study recommends that higher education institutions should increase their collaborative efforts, both inside and outside the institution, as well as invest in the development and management of intellectual capital
Penerapan Metode Naïve Bayes dalam memprediksi Peluang Kerja untuk Penyandang Disabilitas
The right to get a job is a right that is owned by all members of Indonesian society, including those with disabilities. This has been regulated in the constitution, but the opportunities for individuals with disabilities to get a job are much less than the wider community. Those with disabilities often have difficulty finding work because many companies do not take them into account, assuming that people with disabilities cannot contribute well because of the limitations they have. The Naive Bayes method has several advantages, such as the simplicity of the model, but can still compete with other algorithms. The test results if the value of the calculation is 100% then people with disabilities can work in that job and if the value is less than 100% then people with disabilities cannot work in that job, the calculation results from the table can be concluded that the predicted jobs for people with disabilities are: Tailors (K4), Graphic designers (K5), and Archivists (K6), The application process is also not too complicated, very suitable for assessing conditional probability, and very fast because the probability can be calculated directly. The speed in training this model is very high, especially if the conditional independence assumption is met, it can be sure to produce good performance, but its main drawback is that it requires the condition that all predictors are independent
Perancangan Sistem Diagnosa Penyakit Ikan Hias Menggunakan Metode Forward Chaining
The knowledge of farmers about the types of diseases that can attack Koi fish during cultivation is very small. Prediction of disease indications in Koi fish cultivation is an important thing for the success of cultivation. Disease prediction is obtained from facts in the cultivation process. Determining Koi fish disease can be an obstacle when the information known is not accurate. So an application is needed that has knowledge like an expert (specialist doctor). Forward Chaining is a mathematical theory for proof based on the function of belief and reasonable thinking, which is used to combine separate pieces of information (evidence) to calculate the probability of an event. The method used to obtain diagnostic results by sorting between general and specific symptoms. With this application, it is expected to be able to diagnose and provide treatment solutions like those done by expert
Rancang Bangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Tanaman Pangan Kelompok Tani Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting
Abstract— Agriculture is a very important sector for the Indonesian economy, where the majority of the population depends on this sector for their livelihood. Farmer groups play a key role in increasing food production and farmer welfare. However, selecting the right type of food crop is often a challenge for farmers because it involves various criteria and factors. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can help farmer groups in determining optimal food crop choices. This research aims to design and build a decision support system (DSS) for farmer groups using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method was chosen because of its ease in combining various criteria and factors in decision making. It is hoped that the system being built can help farmer groups increase the efficiency and effectiveness of decision making regarding food crop selection. The research results show that the use of the SAW method in SPK is able to provide accurate and reliable recommendations, so that it can support increased productivity and welfare of farmers
