Get PDFThis study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Pull Up Training and Lead Category Rock Climbing Ability in Beginner Athletes of the Bunda84 Club, Kepahiang Regency. This type of research is correlation with the test method with a sample size of 13 students. The results of research on the Relationship of Pull Up Exercise to Lead Category Rock Climbing Ability in Beginner Athletes of the Bunda84 Club, Kepahiang Regency there is a relationship with the decision to reject the null hypothesis (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha). With the pull up test results being in the sufficient category with an average of 22.8 and in the rock climbing variable in the good category, namely with an average of 15.1 and who obtained the test norm in the good category. The correlation test was conducted to determine whether there was a relationship between Pull Up Training and Lead Category Rock Climbing Ability in Beginner Athletes of the Bunda84 Club, Kepahiang Regency. This correlation test uses the pearson product moment formula with the level of relationship being in the good category, namely 0.85. the results of the homogeneity test get the results of Fhitung is 1.66 and Ftabel is 2.12. Means Fhitung 1.66 < than Ftabel 2.12 then the distribution data Homogen. While the relationship between Pull Up Training and Lead Category Rock Climbing Ability in Beginner Athletes of the Bunda84 Club, Kepahiang Regency is 0.85 in a good category position

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Permendagri on village financial management in the allocation of village funds in Suka Makmur Village. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a comparative approach. The data collection techniques used by the author are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the analysis of the implementation of Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 concerning village financial management in the allocation of village funds in Suka Makmur Village was generally not in accordance, this can be seen from the stages in village financial management consisting of the planning stage, the implementation of which was not in accordance because the planning and implementation work time was not in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. Meanwhile, the administration, reporting and accountability stages are largely said to be in accordance because they refer to Permendagri No. 20 of 2018. Desa Wisata Belitar Seberang merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang banyak dikunjungi baik warga lokal maupun mereka yang datang dari luar negeri. Keterbatasan mereka adalah hanya satu orang warga yang memiliki kemampuan bisa bercakap-cakap dengan bahasa inggris, sehingga ketika pemandu tersebut sedang berhalangan, para warga dan Pokdarwis yang bertugas merasa kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi kepada tamu dari negara lain. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengenalkan dan memberi panduan bagaimana memanfaatkan AI untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bercakap dengan AI dengan menggunakan bahasa inggris. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah dan praktek. berdasarkan hasil pendampingan, warga desa Belitar Seberang merasa terbantu dikarenakan mereka dengan bantuan AI mereka bisa meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa inggris, AI juga membantu mereka untuk melayani tamu dari negara yang bukan menggunakan bahasa inggris sebagai bahasa mereka. Dengan teknik ini mereka mampu bercakap-cakap seperti biasa dengan menggunakan bahasa inggris dan bahasa lainnya.

Kegiatan Eco Print Pada Para Ibu-Ibu Kader Di Desa Sumber Sari Kecamatan Kabawetan Kabupaten Kepahiang
Get PDFIntroduction : The eco print activity organized by students from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu, in Sumber Sari Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency, aims to empower local mothers through training in handmade crafts using organic plants. This activity is part of the Community Service Program (KKN) and is expected to increase knowledge of environmental health and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Objective : The objective of this activity is to train the village's mothers in creating eco print crafts, enhance their creativity, and introduce the utilization of natural resources and the management of SMEs with a focus on digital marketing. Method : The training was held on January 27, 2025, at Posko 1 Dusun 3, Sumber Sari Village, using a demonstration method. Participants were provided with canvas bags and plant materials to create eco print designs, which were then soaked in alum water to enhance the results. Results and Discussion : The results of the activity showed an increase in local mothers' knowledge in several key areas. First, they gained a better understanding of managing SMEs with digital marketing as a means of promoting eco print products. Second, the mothers appreciated eco print as a form of therapeutic activity and relaxation, helping to reduce stress. Third, they gained a deeper understanding of utilizing natural resources as raw materials for eco print crafts. Finally, their skills and creativity in making eco print crafts improved, opening opportunities for the development of locally-based creative SMEs in Sumber Sari Village
The Effect of Competence, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance Pt. Media Bengkulu Online Success
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of competence, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Media Bengkulu Online Sukse.nThe type of research used in this study is associative research with a quantitative approach with a research method that utilizes numbers, starting from data collection to interpretation and presentation of results. The number of samples used in this study was 30 people. The data collection techniques in this study were observation and questionnaires measured using SPSS Software. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was an effect of competence (X1) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Media Bengkulu Online Sukses with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount> ttable (6.760>0.135) from the significance value obtained that variable X had an effect on employee performance (Y). from the significance value obtained that the motivation variable (X2) has an effect on employee performance (Y) with a sig value of 0.005 <0.05 and tcount> ttable (8.427>0.135). There is an effect of job satisfaction (X3) on employee performance (Y) PT. Media Bengkulu Online Sukses with a sig value of 0.004 <0.05 and tcount> ttable (6.909>0.135) variable X3 has an effect on employee performance (Y). So it can be concluded that together the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable

The data collection method was carried out using interview, observation and documentation methods. The analytical methods used is Qualitative and Comparative analysis. The research results show that there is no conformity between Mulyadi’s theory (2016:488) and the conditions that occur in Ahass 6804 Quantum Penarik Motor shop for organizational elements, because according to Mulyadi’s theory the physical inventory count must be carried out by a special committee formed from werehouse employees. Meanwhile, what happened at the Ahass 6804 Quantum Penarik Motor shop was that the physical calculations were carried out directly by the werehouse department. For elements of the authorization system,recording procedures and employees, there is conformity and non-coformity between Mulyadi’s theory (2016:488) with the Ahass 6804 Quantum Penarik Motor shop, suitability is found in the list of physical inventory count results signed by the chairman of thr physical inventory count committee and the recording of the results of the physical inventory count based on a physical cound card whose veracity has been checked. There is a compatibility between Mulyady’s theory (2016:488) Ahass 6804 Quantum Penarik Motor shop puler for elements of healthy practice, because with Ahass 6804 Quantum Penarik Motor shop the physical calculation card for merchandise inventory has been numbered sequentially, inventory checking has been carried out twice by the inventory counting section and then by inventory checking
The Implementation Of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method In Selecting Outstanding Students
Get PDFSD Negeri 12 Central Bengkulu is one of the public elementary schools in Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. At SD Negeri 12 Bengkulu, every academic year an assessment of students is carried out through several criteria to select outstanding students who have the ability to master lessons and good self-ethics. The implementation of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the selection of outstanding students at SD Negeri 12 Central Bengkulu can help provide information in the form of recommendations for selecting outstanding students at school based on the final results of AHP method, and can help homeroom teachers in determining outstanding students by looking at the assessment aspects of report cards, attitude scores, percentage of student attendance, and academic and non-academic achievements obtained by students. From the sample data of student assessments at SD Negeri 12 Central Bengkulu, used for calculations through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method for the 2023/2024 academic year as many as 10 students, the recommended ranking results for outstanding students who are in the top 3 are Daffa Hidayatullah, Aura Despianty, and Ciko Pandu Wiryo. Based on the black box testing that has been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the implementation of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in selecting outstanding students at SD Negeri 12 Central Bengkulu runs as expected and the application is able to display the results of recommendations for selecting outstanding students through AHP method stages. Based on the alpha testing, the results obtained that the application is quite interesting and quite helpful in selecting outstanding students in each class at SD Negeri 12 Central Bengkulu
Development Of Wifi 6 Based Computer Network At LPK Sulthoon 4M
Get PDFThe development of computer networks has reached various aspects of life, with its wide use by groups and individuals. Computer network technology is very important because it has many advantages, such as developing a Wi-Fi 6-based computer network at LPK Sulthoon 4M to improve network performance and overcome the obstacles of slow connections that often occur when many devices are connected. The research method used is a field research approach with the stages of observation, interviews, documentation, and network quality testing. The network development process was conducted through the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method, which includes requirements analysis, topology design, Wi-Fi 6 device implementation, and network performance testing based on Quality of Service (QoS) parameters, such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss. The test results show a significant increase in data transfer speed with an average throughput of 5,049.71 kbps and a packet loss rate of 0%, and an average delay of 6.55 ms. The implementation of Wi-Fi 6 is proven effective in improving network stability and speed, thus supporting the smooth running of digital-based learning activities at LPK Sulthoon 4M
An Analysis Of Host Factor And Enviroment With The Incidence Of Pulmonary Tuberculosis In The Working Area Of Telaga Dewa Health Center, Bengkulu City
Get PDFIntoduction: The World Health Organization (WHO) states that nearly one-quarter of the world's population is infected with the Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria, with approximately 89% of tuberculosis cases occurring in adults and 11% in children. Indonesia ranks third globally, with an estimated 9.9 million people suffering from pulmonary TB. In 2023, the Health Office of Bengkulu City reported 686 cases. There were 34 cases of pulmonary TB identified in the Working Area of the Telaga Dewa Health Center in Bengkulu City. The aim of this study is to identify the factors associated with the incidence of pulmonary TB in the Working Area of the Telaga Dewa Health Center in Bengkulu City. Method: The method used is an observational analytic study design with a case-control approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 34 respondents who tested positive for pulmonary TB and 34 respondents who tested negative in the Working Area of the Telaga Dewa Health Center, using Total Sampling technique. Result and Discussion: This study shows that the frequency distribution indicates that the majority of respondents (57.4%) have low knowledge, 52.9% have no history of contact, 44.1% are smokers, 61.8% have inadequate ventilation area, and 72.1% live in adequate housing density. Bivariate analysis results indicate a relationship between knowledge and the incidence of pulmonary TB (P = 0.003), no relationship between contact history and the incidence of pulmonary TB (P = 0.224), a relationship between smoking status and the incidence of pulmonary TB (P = 0.007), a relationship between ventilation area and the incidence of pulmonary TB (P = 0.025), and no relationship between housing density and the incidence of pulmonary TB (P =0.105). Conclusion: community health center staff pay close attention to the complete and clear address data of pulmonary TB patients to facilitate investigations or research on patients with pulmonary TB
