    This research aims to build a strong brand image at the company PT DISTRIBUSI SUKSES MANDIRI, with a focus on image branding, the research method used is qualitative with literature study techniques. The results showed that PT DISTRIBUSI SUKSES MANDIRI implemented several key strategies, including brand communication, effective use of social media and strategic places. Clear and engaging communication, as well as responsive interaction on social media, contribute significantly to the company's positive image in the eyes of consumers. In addition, a focus on quality customer service helps create loyalty and trust. This research is to develop an effective branding strategy and maintain customer loyalty

    This research is motivated by efforts to change community behavior to improve health. The clean and healthy living behavior development program has actually been running for about 15 years, but its success is still far from expectations. This study aims to increase public insight into the importance of clean and healthy living behavior and to improve public health. Researchers have created a digital platform-based education model for the community to better understand and practice the clean and healthy living behavior program in everyday life in a simple way. This application has features of articles and videos of clean and healthy living behavior. The research method uses the research and development method with the ADDIE model which is carried out in five stages, namely (1) Needs Analysis (2) Application Design (3) Application Development (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. The subjects in this study were 30 people from Bojong Koneng Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency. Data collection was carried out via Google Form. Data analysis techniques were carried out quantitatively inferentially. It is known that there is an influence of application use so that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. It can be concluded that this PHBS application can be used as a means to increase knowledge of clean and healthy living behavior so that the level of public health can be increased

    Why Are Micromerchants Still Reluctant To Use Digital Payments? Case Study: South Jakarta Msmes

    The adoption of digital payments by micromerchants in South Jakarta remains low. This study aims to investigate the reasons behind this reluctance, identify the factors that contribute to it, and suggest potential solutions. Qualitative research method was used. The research sample consisted of microentrepreneurs in the culinary, food and beverage, grocery, and home laundry sectors. Data were collected through interviews and observations in order to gain a more detailed understanding. The findings indicate that a significant proportion of small entrepreneurs remain reluctant to utilize digital payments because of a lack of comprehension regarding its utilization. This underscores the necessity for the provision of education and training to micro-merchants regarding the advantages and operational aspects of digital payments. This could potentially enhance the adoption of digital payments among micromerchants and facilitate more efficient business operations

    This study aims to examine the marketing promotion strategy of Marugame Udon through event and local store promotion strategies. This study focuses on the extent to which these factors can cause FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) behavior in Marugame Udon consumers. This study uses a qualitative approach using primary data through interviews with the analysis unit. The data collected is then presented descriptively. The findings of this study indicate that the marketing promotion strategy through events and local store marketing can cause FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) behavior in potential consumers. The implementation of the results of this study is that Marugame Udon can increase the frequency of events and local store promotions to attract the attention of more potential consumers. In addition, Marugame Udon can utilize social media to inform the event widely, so that it can create a higher sense of FOMO among consumers

    Carbon Emissions In Asia: The Role Of Renewable Energy, Non-Renewable Energy, Carbon Tax, And Net-Zero Emissions Commitments

    Net-zero emissions are the main target for countries to immediately address the current carbon emission problem due to the degradation of the natural environment.  Asia is the largest emitter of carbon emissions and the largest user of energy. Most of these carbon emissions result from the excessive use of non-renewable energy as the main energy input. Renewable energy is believed to have a dual effect of reducing carbon emissions and replacing the role of non-renewable energy. The transition is an important issue nowadays for countries supported by domestic climate policies and country commitments. The purpose of this study is to determine whether renewable energy, non-renewable energy, carbon tax, and net-zero emissions will affect carbon emissions. The results show that renewable energy and net-zero emissions have a negative significant effect, non-renewable energy has a positive significant effect, and carbon emission has no significant effect on carbon emissions in Asia. Even so, the implication of this research is as input and consideration for countries to transition to sustainable energy sources and strengthen the design of carbon tax to be more effective along with the country's commitment.     Exploring Digital Financial Capability: Evidence From Gen-Z In Surabaya

    This paper explores the financial capability (DFC) of Gen Z in the digital era. Given the rise of digital financial service use during COVID-19, many individuals still lack the necessary skills to manage their finances effectively. The objective of this paper is to examine whether digital financial literacy (DFL) has a significant impact on DFC, with the mediation of digital financial attitude (DFA), financial self-efficacy (FSE), and digital skills (DS). An exploratory was employed, with 98 valid responses from Gen Z participants collected via Google Form. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that DFL has a significant positive effect on DFA and FSE, which in turn positively influence DS. Moreover, DS is found to significantly enhance DFC, establishing the importance of digital skills in the financial domain. These findings underscore the necessity of integrating digital financial education and skills training into programs targeting Gen Z. The study highlights the crucial link between financial literacy and capability in the digital age, suggesting avenues for future research and policy development to enhance financial inclusion and literacy

    This study aims to analyze the Influence of Work Ethic and Organizational Culture on the Organizational Commitment of Civil Servants at the Pemangkat Health Center, Sambas Regency. The methodology of this study uses a quantitative method with an associative research design. Data collected through questionnaires and interviews with 46 Civil Servants of the Pemangkat Health Center, Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province in 2024, saturated sampling the variables studied are Work Ethic (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) and Organizational Commitment (Y). Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality and linearity), multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression  analysis,  correlation  coefficient, and determination, simultaneous influence test (F-test), and partial influence test (T-test). Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F-test), it shows that Work Ethic (X1) and on Organizational Commitment (Y). The results of the partial test (T-Test) show that Work Ethic (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) separately have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y). &nbsp

    The purpose of this research is to implement Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to monitor and manage the network at SMK N 5 Bengkulu City to, especially the computer network of SMK N 5 Bengkulu City, so that with the implementation of Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to monitor and manage the network at SMK N 5 Bengkulu City it becomes better, useful and can be used to support teaching and learning activities. Monitoring the computer network of SMK N 5 Bengkulu City uses Nagios software and to perform network management using Squid Proxy. In monitoring the nagios network, it can display how many devices are connected (hidip) and devices that are not connected (dead), while the squid proxy can manage websites that cannot be accessed via the network and can manage the amount of bandwidth on each device. In managing websites that cannot be accessed via the network, the website address must be entered manually into the squid proxy in the facilities provided, namely access control
