Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis is conducted using a quantitative approach with SPSS version 21.0, encompassing validity testing, reliability testing, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The hypothesis testing results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive partial effect on employee performance with a contribution of 49.9%. Work motivation positively impacts employee performance with a contribution of 38.8%. The combined effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance is 52,8%

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the restorative justice approach in handling sexual violence cases from a legal perspective in Indonesia. Restorative justice focuses on prioritizing victim recovery and offender accountability through dialogue and mediation processes. However, in cases of sexual violence, the application of this approach faces serious challenges, such as violations of justice principles for victims, social pressure for reconciliation, and the potential for impunity for offenders. This study employs a normative juridical method to examine regulations, court decisions, and relevant legal practices. The findings indicate that while restorative justice has potential as a more inclusive dispute resolution mechanism, in the context of sexual violence, its implementation often fails to align with victim protection. This study recommends strengthening the legal framework to ensure that restorative justice is applied with due consideration to justice principles and without compromising the rights of sexual violence victims

The post-test results showed the highest score of 18, the lowest score of 12, and an average of 14.95. The initial test average of 9.81 increased to 14.95 in the final test. The t-test results indicate a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores, where the tvalue (28.90) is greater than the ttable value (2.195), confirming that the research hypothesis is accepted. This is further supported by a correlation value of 0.729, indicating a fairly strong and positive relationship between pre-test and post-test results. It can be concluded that the variation training method positively contributes to improving underhand passing skills in volleyball among students at SMPN 5 Seluma Regency

This quantitative research aims to analyse the effect of corporate governance and risk management on banking performance in Indonesia. There are six predictors used to explain banking financial performance (GCG, NPL, NIM, LDR, BOPO and CAR). Sample selection resulted in 240 issuers during 2016-2023 with a total of 30 observations. Data analysis uses panel data regression by first selecting a research model. This research also controls two variables (SIZE and AGE) that are thought to affect the financial performance of banks. The results show that this model shows that the two main variables that significantly affect ROA are NIM and BOPO. NIM has a positive effect, indicating that an increase in net interest income will increase bank profitability. In contrast, BOPO has a negative effect, indicating that operational efficiency is very important in improving the financial performance of banks. Meanwhile, other variables such as GCG, NPL, LDR, and CAR do not show a significant effect, although CAR is close to the significance level
