    HUBUNGAN ANTARA INOVASI PRODUK DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN UMKM OLEH-OLEH KHAS DI KOTA PANGKALPINANG

    This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and service quality on customer satisfaction of souvenir-based MSMEs in Pangkalpinang City. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing primary data obtained from 120 consumer respondents through questionnaires and secondary data from relevant literature. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that both product innovation and service quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Product innovation shows a stronger influence with a coefficient of β = 0.459 compared to service quality with β = 0.411. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.552 indicates that these two variables jointly explain 55.2% of the variation in customer satisfaction. These results highlight the crucial role of product innovation as a primary strategy for MSMEs to enhance customer satisfaction, which should be complemented by continuous improvements in service quality to strengthen competitiveness and maintain customer loyalty in the long term

    Tinjauan pustaka sistematis ini menyelidiki praktik pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan dan implikasinya terhadap akuntabilitas sosial dan kinerja perusahaan. Tinjauan ini berfokus pada bagaimana perusahaan di berbagai sektor, seperti energi, perbankan, kehutanan, dan pertambangan, mengungkapkan informasi non-keuangan terkait faktor lingkungan, sosial, dan tata kelola (ESG) dalam laporan keberlanjutan mereka. Berdasarkan studi yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2016 dan 2025, penelitian ini mengkaji kedalaman, konsistensi, dan kualitas pengungkapan ini, terutama di pasar negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, Brasil, dan Tiongkok. Dengan menggunakan analisis konten kualitatif, studi ini menyoroti bagaimana pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan memengaruhi akuntabilitas sosial baik dalam hal memenuhi harapan pemangku kepentingan maupun berkontribusi pada praktik perusahaan yang transparan dan bertanggung jawab. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan keberlanjutan yang komprehensif, jika selaras dengan strategi perusahaan, akan menghasilkan peningkatan kinerja perusahaan, terutama dalam hal keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan dan persepsi pasar. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan dalam menangani risiko perubahan iklim secara menyeluruh dan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi sirkular ke dalam laporan keberlanjutan. Tinjauan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya standarisasi praktik pelaporan dan memastikan bahwa perusahaan tidak hanya sekadar mengungkapkan hal-hal yang dangkal untuk mencerminkan kinerja keberlanjutan yang sebenarnya

    Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) merupakan lembaga penting dalam memperkuat perekonomian desa, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan dan peningkatan kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Digitalisasi dan Dukungan Pemerintah terhadap peningkatan laba dan aset LPD di Kecamatan Kintamani. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap pengurus LPD, dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Digitalisasi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja keuangan LPD, sedangkan Dukungan Pemerintah menjadi faktor yang lebih dominan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan laba dan aset. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan teknologi digital serta peran aktif pemerintah dalam pembinaan dan pengawasan mampu memperkuat efisiensi, transparansi, dan keberlanjutan pengelolaan LPD. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini mendukung Resource-Based Theory, sementara secara praktis memberikan rekomendasi bagi LPD untuk mempercepat transformasi digital dan bagi pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendampingan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta menguji apakah profitabilitas dapat memediasi hubungan antara ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain itu, profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara struktur modal dan nilai perusahaan, serta tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara ukuran perusahaan dan nilai perusahaan

    IMPLEMENTATION OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ON EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND WORK PERFORMANCE AT PT AFLAH NUSANTARA INDONESIA

    This study is designed to examine the impact of transformational leadership implementation on employee motivation and work performance at PT Aflah Nusantara Indonesia. A quantitative survey-based method was applied involving 150 employee participants selected through a simple random sampling technique. The data collection instrument consisted of structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale, while data analysis employed multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. Research findings indicate that transformational leadership has a significantly positive influence on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.421 and a significance value of 0.000. Work motivation also demonstrates a significantly positive effect on performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.687 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, transformational leadership and work motivation significantly affect work performance, with an F-value of 87.452 and a coefficient of determination of 54.2 percent. This research reinforces the urgency of strengthening transformational leadership capabilities and enhancing work motivation as strategic approaches to optimizing employee performance within business entities

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Mie Gacoan di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Mie Gacoan dan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial, kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan persepsi harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan Mie Gacoan lebih dipengaruhi oleh nilai yang dirasakan melalui kualitas produk dan pelayanan dibandingkan oleh faktor harga semata. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam pengembangan kajian pemasaran serta menjadi bahan pertimbangan praktis bagi manajemen Mie Gacoan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan

    This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and discipline training on employee job satisfaction among Technical Service Officers at PT. XY Cimahi. The phenomenon of low job satisfaction is reflected in high absenteeism rates and undisciplined behavior such as tardiness and leaving early. This study employs a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires administered to 42 respondents, namely all technical officers in the company. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. Quantitative descriptive and associative methods were established for data analysis. The results of the study indicate that both organizational culture and disciplinary training have a positive influence on satisfaction. Additionally, the job satisfaction of technical staff is simultaneously influenced by organizational culture and discipline training. A strong organizational culture and consistent discipline training are important factors in enhancing employee job satisfaction.     This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Asia Fasifik Fiber Kendal. Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining a company\u27s success, therefore, discipline and a conducive work environment are essential to increase productivity. The research method used was a quantitative field approach, where data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to employees at PT. Asia Fasifik Fiber Kendal. The research instrument was constructed using a Likert scale to measure the level of work discipline, work environment, and employee performance. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher the level of employee discipline, the better the resulting performance. Furthermore, the work environment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A comfortable, safe, and harmonious work environment has been shown to increase employee motivation and productivity. The conclusion of this study is that improving work discipline and improving the work environment simultaneously will encourage improved employee performance and contribute to the company\u27s success in achieving organizational goals.   Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance, Productivit

    Lean Management dan Intervensi SDM terhadap Kinerja Organisasi dengan Pelatihan dan Pengembangan sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi pada RS Bhina Bhakti Husada Rembang)

    This study aims to analyze the effect of lean management and human resource (HR) interventions on organizational performance, with training and development as mediating variables at Bhina ​​Bhakti Husada Hospital in Rembang. The implementation of lean management and HR interventions is considered capable of improving work process efficiency, employee engagement, and service quality. However, their effectiveness is influenced by employee capabilities, which can be improved through training and development. This study used a quantitative-explanatory approach with a population and sample of 53 hospital structural officials using a census technique. A questionnaire instrument was used to measure variables using a Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on SmartPLS 3. The results showed that lean management and HR interventions had a positive effect on training and development, and that training and development had a positive, albeit small, effect on organizational performance. The effect of lean management on organizational performance was categorized as small (F² = 0.068), while HR interventions showed a moderate effect (F² = 0.112). Training and development was shown to mediate the relationship between lean management and HR interventions on organizational performance, albeit with a partial mediation effect. The R-square value of 0.535 indicates that organizational performance can be moderately explained by lean management, HR interventions, and training and development. This finding confirms that successful organizational performance improvement in hospitals depends not only on the implementation of lean management and HR interventions, but also on strengthening HR capacity through systematic and continuous training and development.   Keywords: Lean Management, HR Intervention, Organizational Performance

    This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, at PT. SIE. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive survey approach. The population in this study was all 80 employees of the MW division of PT. SIE, who also served as the research sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 25 software through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and both work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. SIE. In conclusion, consistently improving work discipline and employee job satisfaction can improve employee performance. Therefore, companies need to consider both factors as a strategy to improve the achievement of organizational goals.   Keywords: Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, Human Resource
