Korelasi Efikasi Diri dengan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Jasmani pada Siswa
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the correlation between self-efficacy and physical education learning outcomes in students. This cross-sectional correlational study involved 36 students through simple random sampling. Self-efficacy was measured using a Likert questionnaire and learning outcomes with the Barrow motor ability test. Data were validated using IBM SPSS Statistics version 0.27. Univariate and bivariate analyses (Spearman\u27s Rank correlation test) were performed because the learning outcome data were abnormal. The results of the study showed that self-efficacy had a significant influence on physical education learning outcomes. The Shapiro-Wilk normality test showed normal self-efficacy (Sig. = 0.299), but learning outcomes were not expected (Sig. = 0.000). Spearman\u27s Rank correlation showed a significance of 0.000 and a coefficient of 0.999. In conclusion, a strong, positive, and significant relationship exists between self-efficacy and physical education learning outcomes. Students with high self-efficacy tend to be more confident, more persistent in facing challenges, and better able to overcome obstacles.

Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pencapaian Prestasi Cabang Olahraga Petanque Universitas Gunung Leuser Aceh pada Pomda Ke-XIX di Universitas Teuku Umar

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the achievement of the petanque sport of Gunung Leuser University, Aceh, at the 19th POMDA at Teuku Umar University, Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency in 2025. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The instrument used was a validated interview sheet. The sample in this study amounted to 15 samples. The results of the study stated that there were several internal factors that influenced the achievement of achievements in the Gunung Leuser University, Aceh, Petanque team, namely athlete recruitment, quality and number of athletes, and the physical condition of athletes. Meanwhile, external factors influencing the achievement of the Gunung Leuser University Aceh Petanque team include the coaches, facilities and infrastructure, performance development, and the environment. The conclusion is that the VO2 max of male and female students is as follows: in the very good category, there are 5 students (4.3%), good there are 11 students (9.4%), sufficient there are 45 students (38.4%), less than 24 students (20.5%) and very less than 32 students (27.4%).

Penggunaan Gadget terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Keperawatan Tingkat I
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the relationship between gadget use and academic achievement of first-year nursing students at Universities Advent Indonesia. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a correlation approach. The results showed that most students (72.1%) use gadgets with moderate intensity, with an average score of 62.93. However, 20.9% of students are included in the high usage category, which has the potential to cause negative impacts such as impaired concentration and health. Student academic achievement, measured by GPA, showed an average of 3.34 with a distribution of 34.9% in the "good" category, 22.1% "very good", 18.6% "exceptional". However, 20.9% of students are still in the "poor" category, indicating the need for intervention to improve achievement. Statistical analysis (Spearman\u27s rho) showed no significant relationship between gadget use and GPA (correlation coefficient -0.079, p-value 0.468> 0.05). Conclusion, there is no significant relationship between gadget use and academic achievement of first-year nursing students at Universities Advent Indonesia.

Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Stock Return, Financial Performance, Debt Level, dan Earnings Per Share terhadap Firm Value
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the impact of good corporate governance, stock return, financial performance, debt level, and earnings per share on firm value. The dependent variable in this study is firm value, which represents investors\u27 assessment of a company\u27s success level. The independent variables in this study are good corporate governance, stock return, financial performance, debt level, and earnings per share. The subjects of this study are companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2019-2023. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that good corporate governance and financial performance have a positive effect on firm value, while earnings per share have a negative effect on firm value. However, stock return and debt level do not influence firm value.

Analisis Segmentasi untuk Menentukan Kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia Di Bidang Tenaga Kerja Outsourcing Industri Pengiriman dengan Menggunakan Metode K-MEANS
Get PDFThis study aims to identify the segmentation of outsourced workforce needs in the shipping industry to support a more effective recruitment strategy at PT FOC Indonesia. The research method used is K-Means Clustering, with a secondary data analysis approach from 120 workers categorized by age, marital status, job title, and country of employment. The results indicate seven main workforce clusters, each representing specific personas such as Experienced Captains, Engineers, and Electrical Specialists, as well as market preferences such as Korea, Japan, and China. The conclusion of this study is that data-driven workforce segmentation can assist companies in developing recruitment strategies, reducing turnover, and increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of the Indonesian workforce in the global market.

Penerapan Komunikasi IPE pada Metode Handover (SBAR)
Get PDFThe purpose of the case study is to find out the communication in daily life between nurses and nurses and nurses with other health teams. The method used was observation of the room situation and involved one patient and FishBone diagram analysis. The results of the study found that nurses have not applied the SBAR handover method optimally because nurses still use SOAP records in handing over patients. IPE communication involves many different health professions working together, with the aim of enhancing interprofessional collaboration. The conclusion is that the situation that occurred, nurses have not fully implemented the SBAR handover method, so it needs to be optimized.

Optimalisasi Desain Kemasan, Variasi Produk, dan Display Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of packaging design, product variation, and display on purchasing decisions for Kobe products at Hypermart Lippo Karawaci. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of customers who use Kobe products at Hypermart Lippo Karawaci, which is limited to 20-35 years old. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The sample used is 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used is SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that partially, the packaging design variable, the product variation variable, has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In contrast, the product display variable positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions. Simultaneously (together), packaging design, product variation, and product display positively and significantly affect purchasing decisions. The results of the multiple determination coefficient test obtained an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.937 or 93.7%, indicating that the packaging design variable, product variation, and product display affect purchasing decisions by 93.7%, and the remaining 6.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The novelty of this research is that no research has jointly examined the fact that packaging design, product variation, and product display are important factors that can shape purchasing decisions. This study provides recommendations for retail stores, one of which is Hypermart Lippo Karawaci, to increase the competitiveness of Kobe products in the retail market.

Get PDFThis study analyzes the visual content the Instagram account @visitbuteng uses to promote tourism destinations in Central Buton. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach, explaining the analysis of visual content in promoting tourism in Central Buton on the Instagram account @visitbuteng. The results indicate that visual content analysis conducted through specific content placement and tourism activities on Instagram, the website, and YouTube is practical and can generate positive feedback and rapid responses. However, promoting tourism destinations in Central Buton on Instagram via @visitbuteng is ineffective if it only uploads daily content or reposts other content. A better visual content strategy is needed to maximize tourism promotion through Instagram.

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the content uploaded by Anies Baswedan on the social media platform X (@aniesbaswedan) in building personal branding during the 2024 Presidential Election campaign period. The research method used in this study is qualitative, and it analyzes the content uploaded to the account and literature study. Based on the results of the analysis, Anies Baswedan effectively uses social media X to shape his image as an inclusive, responsive, and open leader on social issues. Anies actively communicates with the public through consistent and relevant content that displays his personality, track record, and success. This strategy has expanded public engagement, especially among millennials and Z generations, strengthening his credibility as one of the most talked about presidential candidates on the X platform. In conclusion, Anies Baswedan\u27s content on the X account has successfully created good personal branding by showing Anies as an intellectual, inclusive, and honest leader with high credibility. This study provides insight into the effectiveness of social media as a political communication tool in the digital era.

Minimasi Waste (Pemborosan) pada Proses Produksi Pupuk Majemuk PT XYZ Menggunakan Pendekatan Lean Manufacturing
Get PDFThis study aims to minimize waste in the compound fertilizer production process at PT XYZ. The method used is lean manufacturing with the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) framework. Data collection was carried out during the define and measure phases, while data processing was conducted in the analyze phase using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Risk Priority Number (RPN). In the improve phase, corrective actions were determined using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to select the best improvement alternative. The results showed that the root causes of the problem were classified into three types of defects: damaged (leaking) fertilizer sacks, incorrect material usage based on recipe calculations, and fertilizer caking. These product failures were caused by factors related to man, machine, method, and material. The highest RPN value was 224, indicating the most significant risk among the defects. In conclusion, improvements at PT XYZ using the AHP method indicated that machine constraints had the highest priority value of 0.53710, having the greatest impact on waste reduction.
