Moreover, it does not exist an agreement about the selection processes for certain jobs, and we notice the lack of collective bargaining in the museums sector.En España a diferencia de lo que ocurre en otros países europeos conviven museos de diferentes tipologías lo que trae consigo grandes diferencias en las condiciones laborales de su personal. No full textIn this article, I note that religion and the act of joining the convent mask a sexuality and an eroticism that are a source of great guilt, as the incestuous desire for the father is sublimated in the figure of Christ. In the case of Thérèse de Lisieux, where unconscious guilt generates such desire, a masochistic personality is created, that is given to suffering. This will lead her to self-destruction, and ultimately death. Moreover, the death of her mother when she was four years old would bequeath her a psyche that is consumed by a phantasy, an Other who would persecute her throughout her life; and, just as in the case of her father, she ends up sublimating her desire in the figure of the Virgin. Dans cet article, j´essaye de démontrer le rapport étroit entre une expérience religieuse limite et l´autodestruction. Dans le cas de Thérèse de Lisieux, le désir incestueux pour son père est déplacé vers la figure de Christ Jésus qui est l´enfant symbolique du couple père/ Thérèse. Sa mère, morte quand elle avait 4 ans, apparaît sous la figure sublimée de la Vierge. Triangle œdipien mystique où la modalité sexuelle choisie pour Thérèse est la soumission à la divinité paternelle, la souffrance et le masochisme, qui a pour but la jouissance et l´autodestruction.
Influencia de la “brecha de género STEM” en la segregación horizontal de las oficiales femeninas en las Fuerzas Armadas Españolas
No full textFemale participation in the officer ranks of the Spanish Armed Forces varies between 5 and 40%. Provided parity is close to being reached in the ranks which admission requires degrees in the field of health or humanities, the documentary analysis of the current model, which includes an engineering degree in the military education for access without a degree, suggests the transfer of the STEM gender gap to officers recruitment. This is partially confirmed by a survey sent to officers who have graduated in recent years. It is concluded that the entry of women in these corps where female are under-represented would increase if “non-technical” titles were included in the military education.La participación femenina en las escalas de oficiales de las FFAA españolas varía entre un 5 y un 40%. Dado que en los cuerpos para cuyo ingreso se requieren títulos del ámbito de la salud o las humanidades se está cerca de alcanzar la paridad, el análisis documental del modelo actual, que incluye un título de ingeniería en la enseñanza de formación para el acceso sin titulación, sugiere el traslado de la brecha de género STEM a los efectivos de oficiales. Esto se confirma parcialmente mediante una encuesta remitida a las oficiales egresadas en los últimos años. Se concluye que el ingreso de mujeres en estos cuerpos deficitarios aumentaría si se incluyeran títulos “no técnicos” en la enseñanza de oficiales

No full textThis article provides an overview of the challenges posed by the fourth industrial revolution to the feminist agenda. The automation of decision-making processes in the public sphere, driven by algorithms, brings forth inherent challenges. These decisions are not impartial; instead, they perpetuate and amplify gender biases, leading to situations of inequality. While the inclusion of women in STEM work teams could help mitigate these biases, the gender gap in these fields persists. To demonstrate the detrimental effects of gender biases and androcentric models on decision-making, two illustrative examples are presented: the healthcare sector and the VioGen system, which addresses gender-based violence.El artículo ofrece una panorámica de los retos que la cuarta revolución industrial plantea para la agenda feminista. La algoritmización de la esfera pública implica la automatización de decisiones que antes eran tomadas por seres humanos. Estas decisiones, no son neutras, incorporan y reproducen sesgos que generan situaciones de desigualdad. La incorporación de las mujeres a los equipos de trabajo en el sector STEM contribuiría a erradicar estos sesgos, si bien, la brecha de género no parece remitir. Para ilustrar la manera en la que los sesgos de género y los modelos androcéntricos pueden arruinar el proceso de toma de decisiones, se proponen dos ejemplos paradigmáticos: el ámbito de la salud y el sistema VioGén
El panteón familiar del señorío de Serranos de la Torre (Ávila)
No full textIn the church of the old manor of Serranos de la Torre (Zapardiel de la Cañada, Ávila) a funerary chapel was built in the transition from the 15th to the 16th century, destined to become the burial place of the Barrientos lineage. The funeral monument of Bernaldino de Barrientos, 3rd Lord of Serranos de la Torre, was erected there. The tomb, created by Vasco de la Zarza, is one of the earliest applications of Renaissance language in funerary sculpture in the province of Ávila. In this article we will study the church of the manor, the sepulchre, as well as some fundamental aspects about the biography of its promoters and the historical and artistic context in which the project is framed.En la iglesia del antiguo señorío de Serranos de la Torre (Zapardiel de la Cañada, Ávila) se construyó en la transición del siglo XV al XVI una capilla funeraria destinada a convertirse en lugar de enterramiento del linaje de los Barrientos. En ella se erigió el monumento fúnebre de Bernaldino de Barrientos, III señor de Serranos de la Torre. El sepulcro, creado por Vasco de la Zarza, constituye una de las más tempranas aplicaciones del lenguaje renacentista en la escultura funeraria de la provincia de Ávila. En este artículo estudiaremos la iglesia del señorío, el sepulcro, así como algunos aspectos fundamentales sobre la biografía de sus promotores y el contexto histórico y artístico en el que se enmarca el proyecto

Likewise, an important part of contemporary culture has discovered, from other starting points, the centrality of language, the extraordinary value of the Logos. The confinement provoked by COVID-19 has led people to seek the story, the history, the Word to console themselves, to imagine the end, to resist.El islam, como confesión y no como ideología, invita a los creyentes a descubrir el mundo no solo como realidad sino también como discurso. La palabra engendra el Cosmos, el cosmos adquiere sentido y valor porque es dicho o está escrito. El islam es una de las tres tradiciones del Libro y en ese universo simbólico, la Palabra tiene un poder esencial para nombrar, dar existencia y también para vivir.
Una parte importante de la cultura contemporánea ha descubierto, desde otros puntos de partida, la centralidad del lenguaje, el extraordinario valor del Logos. Estas tradiciones, estas visiones del conocimiento, han adquirido una enorme actualidad durante la pandemia, en esta larga experiencia que tanto nos ha afectado. Los que han sobrevivido nos cuentan que una de las mayores angustias era no poder decir lo que estaban sufriendo. Y desde el confinamiento la gente ha buscado el relato, la historia, la Palabra para consolarse, imaginar el final, resistir.
