ANALISIS STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN PERBANKAN SYARIAH DI TADIKA BIJAK LESTARI AL-FIKH ORCHARD GEORGETOWN PENANG
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the sharia banking development strategy at Tadika Bijak Lestari Al-Fikh Orchard Georgetown Penang, an Islamic educational institution in Malaysia. In the context of Islamic education, sharia banking is becoming increasingly important in educating the younger generation about Islamic values in financial management. Qualitative research methods were used, with data obtained through in-depth interviews with teaching staff, administrative staff and school leaders, as well as analysis of internal school documents. The research results identified a number of strategies that have been implemented by schools, including integrating sharia financial education in the curriculum, collaboration with sharia financial institutions, education for parents, providing information, and public awareness campaigns. Research also reveals supporting factors, such as commitment to Islamic education and public awareness, as well as inhibiting factors, such as a lack of initial understanding and limited resources. In conclusion, Tadika Bijak Lestari Al-Fikh Orchard has succeeded in becoming an agent of change in promoting sharia banking in its community, however challenges and opportunities still exist in further developing the sharia banking sector in Islamic educatio
The Influence Of Teacher Teaching Styles and Leaning Motivation on The Learning Achievement
Get PDFAbstract - This study aims to assess the impact of teacher teaching style and learning motivation on the learning achievement of students at SDN Kutisari I/268 Surabaya. With a population of 590 students, a sample of 97 sixth-grade students was selected for this quantitative research. The study employs multiple linear regression to analyze how the independent variables (teacher teaching style and learning motivation) affect the dependent variable (learning achievement). The findings reveal a noteworthy influence of both teacher teaching style and learning motivation on student learning achievement at SDN Kutisari I/268 Surabaya. Teacher teaching styles exhibit a robust positive effect on academic performance, indicating the pivotal role of educators' approaches and strategies in facilitating student comprehension of learning materials. Teachers who employ innovative methods and actively motivate students contribute to a conducive learning environment, leading to improved learning outcomes. Moreover, student learning motivation significantly influences academic achievement, underscoring the importance of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in encouraging students to engage actively in the learning process and attain high academic success
Reactualization of Islamic Education Based on Culture to Build National Character in the Era of Globalization (Study of Baritan Tradition in Ngeni Village, Blitar District)
Get PDFThis research was conducted based on the crucial issue of education. Globalization provides benefits for countries to develop, but is not conducive to character education. Globalization brings many new values that cause the implementation of moral, cultural and religious values in children to decline. Education is the key to forming a young generation with character, so reactualization needs to be pursued. Character education is closely related to Islamic education. Many local traditions hold cultural and religious values, including the baritan tradition preserved by the community in Ngeni Village, Blitar Regency. The purpose of this research is the reactualization of Islamic education, especially culture-based by taking Islamic values in the baritan tradition. This research uses descriptive qualitative research to present research based on natural settings. The results showed that in the midst of globalization, character education requires refreshment, so that local culture is not displaced by foreign cultures. In the baritan tradition, there are cultural and religious values that must be introduced and taught to the younger generation so that they do not fade and disappear in the times. Our big dream for the future is that digital technology could be implemented and spread equally for education in Indonesia. A system was created to automatically get the score when the students submit their tasks or to learn more information or students just access the system and find e-books. The research discussion aims to provide an overview and results obtained from this research. Interviews and observations are the instruments and data collection methods used in this research. The subject selection technique in this research uses purposive sampling. This technique is chosen so that the subjects are selected in accordance with the research objectives. The subject criteria in this research are 1) Academic teachers 2) All 8th grade students 3) Teachers aged between 20 until 45 years old. The results of this research is all academic teachers in SMP Cikal Cindekia Fullday Islamic School used digital technology in learning activity. In the implementation, the benefits of digital technology can be felt by both students and teachers. But, teachers must give more attention when the students use digital technology

Maka dapat disimpulkan penafsiran era tabi’in menjadi awal penafsiran yang melibatkan antar budaya Arab dan non Arab. Get PDFThis article argues the cultural values of sasi ikan lompa as a culture-based mentoring approach. The local culture-based approach is an illustration of a contextual mentoring approach based on local wisdom which is a characteristic of the multicultural Indonesian nation. This research uses a qualitative ethnographic method by obtaining data through observation, interviews, and literature study. The data analysis technique used is through the stages of data reduction, data processing, and conclusion. The research results obtained are first; Lompa fish sasi can be used as culture-based assistance in society because it contains the values of assistance regarding guidance, solidarity, harmony, masohi (cooperation). Second, assistance based on cultural values can create a reconciliation effort for indigenous communities on Haruku Island where conflicts often occur between countries/villages. Third, a culture-based mentoring approach shows the alignment of Indigenous communities towards ecological justice. Get PDFMasalah keimanan nampaknya menjadi salah satu aspek utama dari ajaran Islam yang didakwahkan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Terkait Qadha’ dan Qadar, mula-mula muncul permasalahan tentang kebebasan dan keterpaksaan manusia. Aliran Jabariyah menganut paham bahwa manusia mengerjakan perbuatannya dalam keadaan terpaksa tanpa ada pilihan. Aliran Jabariyah menganggap bahwa manusia seperti benda mati yang tidak memiliki daya dan upaya sedikitpun. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui tentang bagaimana pengaruh pola pikir Jabariyah dalam penerimaan Qadha’ dan Qadar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aliran Jabariyah berpendapat, bahwa manusia tidak memiliki kekuasaan apa-apa, sebab segalanya tentang dirinya telah dikuasi secara mutlak oleh takdir Tuhan. Amal ikhtiar manusia tidak mempunyai peranan sama sekali. Pola pikir aliran Jabariyah dapat menyebabkan sesorang dengan mudah menjadikan Allah SWT sebagai sebab bagi sesuatu kejahatan atau kemungkaran yang dilakukan manusia. Selanjutnya paham ini tidak sesuai dengan kaedah moral atau akhlak yang mengharuskan setiap orang bertanggung jawab atas segala perbuatannya
