Pantun as the Context of Da'wah in Islam
Get PDFPantun is a form of Malay poetry used to express complex ideas and emotions. Pantun has appeared in this area for at least 500 years. Pantun has a clear a-ba-b rhyme scheme. Pantun can be channeled in the form of music, songs and writing. The aim of this research is to look at the delivery of da'wah using pantun media and the meaning contained therein. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research that focuses analysis on content. This research uses reading and note-taking techniques as the data to be found is based on the research object. The data obtained is in the form of Islamic education in Pantun Melayu. The results of the research can be seen from the use of pantun as a medium for da'wah, the content of the pantun is one theme in al-Azhar's interpretation of 'the beauty of the sea' (wa ayatun lahum anna hammalna dzurriyatahum fi al-fulq al-masyhun). Hamka explained the beauty of the ark in rhyme verses. Anak tiung on rambutan, singing with a beak, stunned the ship in the sea, came the wind sailing far away. Research methods with qualitative methods are based on the philosophy of postpositivism with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research took place at Sugest Kopi Keude Matangglumpangdua, Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency which was carried out from July 2021 to September 2021. Sugest Kopi is a café. The data type is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and interviews. As for the data analysis technique with SWOT analysis. The results showed an average score of internal strategy factor scores of 7,69. This means that the internal strategy factor is in the strong and high category, which is already very good in terms of strengths and or weaknesses in the Sugest Kopi business opportunity. The average score of the external strategy factor score was 9,12. This means that the external strategy factor is in the strong and high category, which is already very good in terms of opportunities and or threats of business opportunities in Sugest Kopi. Sugest Kopi also needs to increase the number of supporting facilities to attract consumers to return to buy and visit by providing seats to lean on. Of course, free Wifi is provided to consumers

This study uses a qualitative methodology type with an interpretation and social approach. The data collection technique used is the literature review technique by reviewing various scientific works related to the title. The analysis used in this article is content analysis to produce credible data. The results of this study found the sharia argument that allows students to seek convenience in completing college assignments. Related to its impact on the character of students, the use of college assignment making services can hinder the development of knowledge that should be obtained during the lecture process. Students who always rely on college assignment making services in completing their assignments, then students will not want to face competition in the outside world, especially in the world of work. In addition, dependence on college assignment making services can also increase the level of laziness so that students hesitate to do their own assignments and turn to assignment making services when facing difficulties

No full textEmosi remaja terkadang cukup kuat, tidak terkendali, dan tampaknya tidak masuk akal. Ketika emosi cukup kuat, perilaku menjadi tidak terkendali. Remaja yang tidak dapat mengendalikan emosi cenderung akan berperilaku agresif dan tidak disiplin. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pelatihan/ training kestabilan emosi untuk melihat apakah mereka dapat mengenali masing-masing emosi yang ada pada diri individu, yang mana berpengaruh terhadap pengendalian emosi. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pelatihan/training kestabilan emosi dapat berpengaruh terhadap pengendalian emosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Mix Method (metode campuran). Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan turun langsung ke lapangan (field research) dan data sekunder melalui studi pustaka (library research) dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket/kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil dari angket yang telah diteliti didapatkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test setelah diberikannya pelatihan terhadap kestabilan emosi namun tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifilan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan. Dengan kata lain, stabilnya emosi seseorang maka tidak akan menjamin tingginya peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa

Data yang telah dikumpulkan di analisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian dari Sistem Pengelolaan Obyek Wisata Religi di Makam Syekh Mahmud Barus dikelola oleh juru kunci, dinas pariwisata, pemeritah Desa pananggahan dan masyarakat yang berada di sekitar komplek Makam Papan Tinggi Desa Pananggahan tersebut. Keikutsertaan dinas pariwisata dalam Mengelola wisata religi obyek wisata religi ini diwakili oleh kelompok sadar wisata di daerah Makam Papan Tinggi atau yang disebut dengan pokdarwis untuk membantu mengelola Makam Papan Tinggi di Desa Pananggahan tersebut. Selain itu, pokdarwis juga ikut serta memandu para pengunjung yang berziarah ke Makam Syekh Mahmud. Perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh pengelola Makam Syekh Mahmud yaitu dengan menyusun program-program pembangunan sarana dan prasarana Makam Syekh Mahmud untuk kebutuhan dan keperluan para peziarah yang berkunjung ke Makam Syekh Mahmud. Sumber dana yang di dapatkan untuk pengelolaan wisata religi diperoleh dari pemerintah desa dan masyarakat yang berada di daerah Tapanuli Tengah

Temuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut : (1) pola kepemimpinan yang di terapkan pengurus Badan Kenaziran Masjid Ar-Rahman Dusun II Tembung ialah dengan pola kepemimpinan demokratis, (2) pola kepemimpinan pengurus Badan Kenaziran Masjid Ar-Rahman dalam meningkatkan kesadaran jemaah untuk berkurban dan berinfak ialah dengan pola kepemimpinan demokratis dan melibatkan pengurus Masjid dalam pengambilan keputusan. Get PDFAbstrakDakwah tertulis melalui media novel merupakan salah satu media yang efektif digunakan dalam berdakwah. Banyaknya pecinta novel di Indonesia menjadi peluang bagi para penulis novel Indonesia untuk memanfaatkan novel sebagai media dakwah. Hanum Salsabiela Rais dan Rangga Almahendra merupakan penulis yang telah menerbitkan beberapa novel bertema dakwah. Salah satu karyanya adalah novel berjudul Faith dan The City. Beberapa pembaca novel Faith and The City memiliki pandangan yang berbeda, ada yang menilai dominasi pesan yang terkandung dalam novel tersebut banyak mengandung pesan yang aqidah, namun ada pula yang menilai bahwa pesan yang dimuat lebih dominan adalah pesan syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pesan dakwah dominan yang terkandung dalam novel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesan yang dominan adalah pesan akidah dengan persentase 43,26%, akhlak dengan persentase 41,84%, dan syariah dengan persentase 14,90%. AbstractWritten da'wah through novel media is one of the effective media used in da'wah. The large number of novel lovers in Indonesia has become an opportunity for Indonesian novel writers to use novels as a medium for da'wah. Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra have published several novels with a da'wah theme. One of their works is a novel entitled Faith and The City. There are different views from reviewers, some of whom think that the messages published contain many aqidah messages, but others are those who think that the messages that are primarily published are sharia messages. This research aims to determine the dominant da'wah message contained in the novel. This research uses quantitative research with content analysis methods. The research results show the dominant message is the message of faith, with a percentage of 43.26%, morals with 41.84%, and sharia with 14.90%
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU
Get PDFThe aims of this research are (1) to analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on the performance of high school teachers (2) to analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of high school teachers (3) to analyze the influence of work motivation on the performance of high school teachers (4) to analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style through work motivation on the performance of high school teachers (5) analyzing the influence of work discipline through work motivation on the performance of high school teachers (6) analyzing the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style, work discipline and work motivation together on the performance of high school teachers. This research uses quantitative methods, an associative approach, a population of 137 teachers, a sample of 102 teachers, a proportional random sampling technique using the Slovin formula at an error level of 5%, a Likert scale questionnaire data collection technique and a path analysis data processing technique. Research findings (1) the principal's transformational leadership style has a direct effect on the performance of high school teachers with a t-count of 3.318, sig 0.001 and beta 0.245 (2) work discipline has a direct effect on the performance of high school teachers with a t-count of 3.962, sig 0.000 and beta 0.294 ( 3) work motivation has a direct effect on the performance of high school teachers with a t value of 6.475, sig 0.000 and beta 0.477 (4) the principal's transformational leadership style has no direct effect through work motivation on the performance of high school teachers amounting to 0.060 (5) work discipline has no direct effect directly through work motivation on the performance of high school teachers amounting to 0.084 (6) the principal's transformational leadership style, work discipline and work motivation jointly influence the performance of high school teachers with an Fcount value of 32.483 and sig 0.000
