ANALYSIS OF ANDROID-BASED E-LIBRARY USER SATISFACTION AT GALUH UNIVERSITY LIBRARY USING TAM AND EUCS
E-Library is a library that manages and stores library collections in the form of books, journals, articles, theses, theses and other documents in digital format. so that in the process of searching for information, users can easily search and access collections online. E-Library has been adopted by several platforms, including Android devices. Galuh University Library is one of the universities that has provided Android-based E-Library services, but in its utilization it is necessary to analyze the acceptance and level of satisfaction of users of the application. This study aims to analyze the acceptance and level of satisfaction of E-Library users at Galuh University. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze user satisfaction with Android-based E-Library at Galuh University Library. This study integrates the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) as the main framework and involves 138 respondents as samples. The results of the study revealed that 'Perceived Usefulness', 'Content', 'Accuracy', and 'Timeliness' have a significant positive influence on user attitudes, which in turn have an impact on their satisfaction with E-Library. The relationship between user attitude and user satisfaction was confirmed to be strong, indicating that a positive attitude towards the E-Library system contributes to a higher level of satisfaction. Meanwhile, 'Perceived Ease of Use' and 'Format' did not show a significant effect, indicating that other factors play a greater role in shaping user attitudes. This study is limited because it did not consider external variables such as gender and user experience, which are recommended for further research. These results provide important insights for the development of a more effective E-Library, by emphasizing aspects that contribute to increasing user satisfaction

Information is now a valuable asset that changes the pattern of life in carrying out activities. After the existence of information technology, many impacts have been felt, one of which is the method of obtaining information from large data sets. Large data sets are known as “big data”. Libraries use big data to store, organize and analyze information. The use of big data has a significant impact in the library world, especially in terms of advancing and developing the library. This encourages librarians to learn how to process, analyze and present data to support knowledge generation. This article aims to provide an overview of Big Data and its benefits in the library of Universitas Muhammadiyah Tapanuli Selatan. Acculturation of Islam and Culture in Indonesia
The acculturation of Islam and local culture in Indonesia is a process of integration between Islamic teachings and long-standing customs in the archipelago. Islam, which arrived through trade, preaching, and cultural interactions with regions such as Arabia, India, and Persia, underwent adaptation to local traditions and customs. This process gave rise to a unique cultural expression reflected in various aspects, such as art, architecture, language, customs, and rituals. Traditions like wayang, gamelan, and the celebration of the Prophet Muhammad's Birthday (Maulid) exemplify the harmonious fusion between local elements and Islamic teachings. Furthermore, this phenomenon demonstrates that Islam in Indonesia developed with inclusivity and tolerance, without negating indigenous traditions. This study highlights how acculturation has been instrumental in shaping the pluralistic Islamic cultural identity of Indonesia, rooted in Islamic values
IMPLEMENTATION OF REGIONAL REGULATION OF NORTH SUMATRA PROVINCE NUMBER 1 OF 2019 CONCERNING FACILITATION OF PREVENTION OF ABUSE OF NARCOTICS, PSYCHOTROPICS, AND OTHER ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCES FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SIYASAH DUSTURIYAH
This study aims to analyze the implementation of North Sumatra Provincial Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning the Facilitation of the Prevention of Abuse of Narcotics, Psychotropics, and Other Addictive Substances (NAPZA) from a siyasah dusturiyah perspective. Using a qualitative approach with a combination of normative and empirical juridical, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and a review of legal documents and Islamic literature. The results show that this regulation has substantially emphasized the aspects of prevention, rehabilitation, and empowerment in line with the principles of maqashid al-syari'ah, especially the protection of the mind (hifz al-'aql) and soul (hifz al-nafs). However, the effectiveness of implementation is still low due to budget constraints, minimal rehabilitation facilities, weak coordination between agencies, and low community participation. From a siyasah dusturiyah perspective, this regulation already reflects the state's efforts to realize the public welfare, but has not been optimal in practice. This research emphasizes the need for integrative strategies based on Islamic values, such as collaboration with religious scholars, optimizing zakat funds for rehabilitation, and a humanistic approach to da'wah. Thus, this research contributes to strengthening Sharia-based public policies and offers a more effective and transformative model for implementing regional regulations

Algebraic thinking skills of madrasah tsanawiyah (MTs) students in solving algebraic problems
Algebra is a fundamental topic in the mathematics curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), yet many students continue to face challenges in solving algebraic problems. This study aims to examine the algebraic thinking skills of eighth-grade students at MTs Unggulan PP Amanatul Ummah Surabaya, particularly through number-oriented and structure-oriented approaches. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, involving 61 students as participants. The instruments included an algebraic thinking test incorporating visual illustrations and in-depth interviews with six selected students representing high, medium, and low ability levels. The findings reveal that only high-ability students were able to effectively apply structure-oriented algebraic thinking. The majority of students demonstrated moderate-level skills, with primary difficulties in constructing mathematical models based on problem structures. These results underscore the importance of instructional strategies that cultivate students’ structural reasoning in algebra. The study provides valuable insights for educators to design learning activities that support the development of students' algebraic thinking, and it serves as a reference for future research to explore targeted interventions aimed at enhancing algebraic problem-solving abilities in MTs students
