READINESS FOR EARLY MARRIAGE AMONG PREGNANT ADOLESCENTS: A PHENOMENOLOGICAL STUDY IN NORTH SUMATRA
Adolescent pregnancy outside of marriage, often termed marriage by accident, is a pressing issue in Indonesia. Cultural norms and social pressures frequently lead pregnant adolescents to enter early marriages, often before they are emotionally or financially prepared. This study explores the lived experiences of adolescent girls who became pregnant outside of marriage and subsequently entered early marriages, focusing on how they perceive their readiness for marital and parental responsibilities. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed, involving in-depth semi-structured interviews with 12 adolescent girls aged 15–19 in Pematangsiantar and Simalungun, North Sumatra. Participants were selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s method, supported by NVivo 12 for coding and theme identification. Five major themes emerged: emotional instability and psychological confusion; perceived financial unpreparedness; forced adaptation to adult roles; dependency on parental support; and conflicted hopes for the future. These findings highlight the adolescents’ limited autonomy and unpreparedness in navigating early marriage and motherhood, compounded by social stigma and family expectations. Early marriage resulting from adolescent pregnancy often does not reflect the readiness of the individuals involved. Instead, it reinforces emotional stress, economic dependency, and role conflict. The study underscores the urgent need for adolescent-responsive health services, gender-transformative community programs, and comprehensive

Penyembuhan Luka Sayat menggunakan Gel Ekstrak Bawang Batak (Allium Chinense G. Don) : Studi Eksperimen pada Tikus Putih
The primary function of skin is to protect the inside of the body from physical and mechanical stresses. Skin is perceptive to its surroundings. Thus, a variety of skin issues may develop, including wounds. The standard wound treatment is chemical therapy using antiseptics. Antiseptics contain antimicrobial qualities that can eradicate bacteria. However, antiseptics can also destroy fibroblast tissue, which creates new skin tissue, and leukocytes, which are responsible for eliminating harmful bacteria. Alternative medicines, such as traditional medicine, are thus required to aid in wound healing. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Allium chinense G. Don extract on the healing of cut wounds in white rats. This research is experimental research using a post-test control group design. Data analysis used One way ANOVA. The research found that Allium chinense G. Don extract contained alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, and triterpenoids/steroids, but no tannin compounds. The antibacterial properties of Allium chinense G. Don are effective against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Collagen density and fibroblast count increased in Wistar rat wound tissue after being treated with the extract. Allium chinense G. Don is effective in healing cut wounds in white rats (p <0,001)
Analysis of the Stability of The Smoking Distribution Model with Educational Factors and Return to Smoking Factors
Smoking has become a serious health problem that occurs in various countries including Indonesia. Smoking causes a person to experience various health problems and also has an impact from exposure to cigarette smoke. Mathematical modeling is one of the techniques to present complex systems into mathematical models of problems that occur in the real world in the form of mathematical statements. This study aims to analyze the stability of the smoker distribution model based on the parameters to obtain simulation results of the smoker distribution system model with education factors and smoking recurrence factors. The method used in this research is literature study. The model built is a modification of the model (Syari'ah & Prawoto 2022), which is formed in the compartment diagram used to construct the model. The model used in this study is the PLSQ model. From the model, the smoker-free equilibrium point and the non-smoker-free equilibrium point can be determined. Furthermore, linearization is carried out on the system of equations so that the Jacobian matrix is obtained which is used to find eigenvalues, by determining the basic reproduction number to analyze the type of stability of the equilibrium point. Then, numerical simulation is done using matlab 23b software with the Runga-Kutta method of Order 4. Based on the results of the discussion, the stability analysis states that the smoker-free equilibrium point will be stable when and the non-smoker-free equilibrium point will be stable when . So that by adding transmission by heavy smokers and passive smokers, it takes longer to reach the equilibrium point

Social and Spiritual Transformation in the Leadership of Prophet Yusuf: Sociological and Spiritual Analysis in Egypt in 16 BC
This research examines the social and spiritual transformation in the story of the Prophet Yusuf from a sociological perspective. The story of the Prophet Yusuf in the Koran is known to have a deep message and universal learning value. Prophet Yusuf inspired social and spiritual change with his empathetic actions towards the people around him. This research focuses on the final stage of social change implemented by the Prophet Yusuf after becoming the leader of Egypt. The research method used is content analysis with a phenomenological approach. This research shows that Prophet Yusuf as an agent of social change had strong leadership integrity. He inspires change by maintaining personal integrity, being a role model in honesty, forgiveness, and patience, and interacting with various levels of society. The process of social change carried out by Prophet Yusuf includes centrifugal methods (changing oneself first and influencing the people around him) and cultural diffusion (changing the culture of Egyptian society). This research concludes that the story of Prophet Yusuf provides insight into how social change can occur, namely through leadership integrity and cultural change. This story shows that social change can start from individuals who have strong vision and integrity, who then influence the community around them and spread the values of change through culture
