Get PDFThis study examines the integration of general knowledge and religious teachings in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), focusing on the epistemological perspectives of teachers. The research, conducted at Pondok Pesantren Darul Quran Insan Cendekia in Sukabumi, uses a phenomenological approach to explore the personal experiences of teachers in blending scientific and religious knowledge. The findings emphasize the crucial role of teachers' epistemology in achieving a harmonious balance between intellect and spirituality. Teachers play a vital role in aligning Islamic values with scientific knowledge, facilitating a comprehensive educational experience that prepares students for both academic and spiritual challenges. Despite progress, challenges remain, such as limited expertise in general sciences and teaching skills, which highlight the need for ongoing teacher training and professional development. Integrating religious teachings with modern educational tools, like technology, is also crucial to improve teaching effectiveness. The study highlights how strong epistemological understanding enables the integration of divine revelation (naqli) and human reasoning (aqli), creating a cohesive and holistic learning system. The research contributes to the broader conversation on integrative education, providing insights on how to practically implement such models and overcome obstacles. It advocates for a modern pesantren model that fosters intellectual skills and moral values, preparing students to succeed in a globalized world while maintaining their Islamic identity
Optimasi Rute Pengiriman Gas Medis dan Industri Menggunakan Algoritma Nearest Neighbor di PT RSG
Get PDFPT RSG (Rezeki Surya Gasindo) merupakan perusahaan swasta yang menjual produk gas medis dan gas industri serta menyediakan layanan pengiriman kepada pelanggan. Namun, layanan pengiriman tersebut belum sepenuhnya optimal sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan pengantaran gas yang berdampak pada menurunnya tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi untuk mengoptimalkan rute pengiriman agar dapat meminimalkan jarak tempuh dan meningkatkan efisiensi layanan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah Algoritma Nearest Neighbor, yaitu metode heuristik yang sederhana dan cepat dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), dengan memilih jarak terdekat dari posisi awal tanpa mempertimbangkan jarak lainnya. Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dua kondisi awal yang memiliki jarak terdekat yang sama dari Perusahaan yaitu kondisi Perusahaan ke Bagan Pete dan kondisi Perusahaan ke Mayang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi Perusahaan ke Bagan Pete menghasilkan rute optimal karena berhasil mengunjungi seluruh pelanggan dan kembali ke Perusahaan dengan total jarak km. sementara itu, kondisi Perusahaan ke Mayang tidak mampu mengunjungi seluruh pelanggan. Dengan demikian, algoritma nearest neighbor terbukti efektif digunakan untuk menyusun rute pengiriman yang optimal dan praktis di PT. Rezeki Surya Gasindo
DYNAMICS OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION IN URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE OF MEDAN CITY GOVERNMENT: DEVELOPMENT IMPLICATIONS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF MODERNIZATION AND EQUALITY OF ACCESS
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the dynamics of organizational communication in the management of urban infrastructure projects in Medan City, focusing on how communication between institutions and with the community affects the success of infrastructure development. The urgency of this research arises from the need to address complex urban problems such as congestion and flooding, as well as support sustainable and inclusive city modernization efforts. The methodology used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, where primary data is collected through archives and official documents published by the Medan City Government, including details of project implementation and progress reports. Secondary data involves relevant literature studies to strengthen the analysis of organizational communication dynamics. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model which includes data collection, condensation, display, and drawing conclusions from data. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of organizational communication plays a critical role in ensuring the success of infrastructure projects, especially in supporting equal access and encouraging modernization. Projects such as the Mebidang Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and the construction of the Jalan Gatot Subroto underpass not only improve mobility but also open wider access to city services, contributing to a more equitable distribution of development benefits. In the discussion, this study suggests the importance of strengthening communication structures and adopting new communication technologies to improve transparency and responsiveness in project management.
THE IMPACT OF QUR’ANIC READING HABITS ON MAḤĀRAH QIRĀ’AH SKILLS OF MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH STUDENTS IN MENTENG-NORTH SUMATERA
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the influence of Qur’anic reading habits on the maḥārah qirā’ah (Arabic reading skills) of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah (MI) in Menteng, Medan. The background of this research is grounded in the importance of reading proficiency in Arabic language education, along with the limited number of quantitative studies that link religious habits with students’ linguistic achievement. This research employs a quantitative correlational approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire measuring Qur’anic reading habits and a qirā’ah test assessed using a rubric that evaluated aspects such as articulation (makhraj), reading accuracy, fluency, and vocabulary mastery (mufradāt). A purposive sample of 30 MI students was selected. The results of the validity and reliability tests confirmed that the instruments used were both valid and reliable. The Spearman correlation analysis revealed a coefficient of rs = 0.8055 with a p-value < 0.01, indicating a very strong and statistically significant relationship between Qur’anic reading habits and maḥārah qirā’ah. These findings suggest that regular engagement with Qur’anic reading contributes not only to students' spiritual growth but also positively influences their Arabic reading proficiency. This study offers meaningful insights for the development of Arabic language teaching strategies that are integrated with religious practices
Transformasi Kebijakan Kesehatan Digital, Implementasi dan Tantangan: Studi Sistematic Review
No full textDigital health transformation is growing in various countries, but the need for this to improve access and quality of global healthcare services has not been thoroughly studied. This study aims to explore digital health transformation in various countries, including policy bases, implementation methods, challenges, and the impact of implementation on improving access and quality of healthcare services. This study used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). The literature search was conducted through PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. Inclusion criteria were determined based on the PICOS framework, while data analysis was conducted through thematic analysis to identify policy trends, implementation successes, barriers, and impacts of digital health adoption. Findings indicate the existence of policies at the national, community, and healthcare levels, such as the WHO Global Digital Health Strategy 2020–2025, EU4Health, and interoperability guidelines (Health Level Seven, FHIR). Implementation includes eHealth in hospitals (EMR, OCS, PACS), smartphone-based mHealth, telehealth, and innovations such as the "Tess" chatbot, the M-TIBA financing platform, and HealthEmove. Key challenges include limited infrastructure and connectivity, disparities in access, lack of operational guidance, and reliance on cross-sector collaboration. Digital health transformation has the potential to improve universal coverage, effective health crisis management, service efficiency, and community engagement. However, technology and resource gaps require adaptive and inclusive policy strategies. Digital health is a strategic instrument for expanding access and improving the quality of global healthcare, but its successful implementation requires sustained strengthening of governance, infrastructure, and human resource capacity.
Integrating Digital Technology in Education: The Effectiveness of Mobile Games in Numeracy Learning
Get PDFThe numeracy skills of elementary school students in Indonesia remain low, as reflected in national and international assessments. Conventional teaching methods are ineffective in improving numeracy skills, necessitating a more interactive and engaging approach. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mobile game-based learning in facilitating numeracy education. Using a quasi-experimental design, the study involved two groups of third-grade students: an experimental group using mobile games and a control group using PowerPoint. Data were collected through numeracy tests covering number relations, arithmetic operations, and counting. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a significant improvement in numeracy skills compared to the control group, with a p-value of 0.043. These findings suggest that mobile game-based learning is more effective, interactive, and flexible in enhancing students' numeracy skills. The study recommends mobile games as an innovative alternative learning medium in elementary education
LEGAL PROTECTION FOR COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY TOFU FACTORY WASTE IN BANGUN SARI BARU VILLAGE, TANJUNG MORAWA DISTRICT FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF MASLAHAH MURSALAH
Get PDFLegal protection for communities affected by tofu factory waste is very important to ensure that the community has a healthy and safe environment and that tofu factories are responsible for managing their waste. This study aims to analyze the problem of environmental pollution caused by the operational activities of tofu factories in Bangun Sari Baru Village in the implementation of Law No. 32 of 2009 and Maslahah Mursalah. This study uses an empirical juridical method and a case study approach, data obtained through field observations and interviews are then analyzed qualitatively using deductive logic. The results of the study indicate that tofu factories in Bangun Sari Baru Village do not have environmental permits and discharge waste without prior processing, this causes pollution and public health problems
The Role and Influence of Parents In Forming Muslim Intellectuals Following Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah (Case Study at The At-Tahdzib Boarding School)

The main focus of this study is to understand the role of Father Kyai Ahmad Masruh as a caregiver of the Islamic boarding school in guiding students to develop an understanding of religion in accordance with the teachings of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah, and how he becomes a role model who provides examples in everyday life. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation conducted at the Attahdzib Islamic Boarding School. There are two focuses in this study, namely: (1) What is the role of caregivers in teaching the aqidah of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah at the Attahdzib Islamic Boarding School? and (2) What is the role and influence of caregivers in shaping Muslim intellectuals who follow Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah at the Attahdzib Islamic Boarding School? The results of the study indicate that Father Kyai Ahmad Masruh has a very important role in forming quality Muslim intellectuals, by teaching and exemplifying the teachings of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah both in words and deeds. In addition, the material taught through the yellow book in this Islamic boarding school is also in line with the teachings of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah, thus forming students who are not only intelligent in religious knowledge but also have noble morals. This study is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic boarding school education and enrich studies on the role of caregivers in forming the character of Muslim intellectuals based on the teachings of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah
THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE FIRST PRINCIPLE OF PANCASILA TO THE FORMATION OF MODERATE RELIGIOUS CHARACTER IN THE DISRUPTION ERA
Get PDFThis study examines the contribution of the first principle of Pancasila to the formation of moderate religious character among youth in the era of digital disruption. The growing phenomenon of religion-based intolerance in digital spaces serves as a significant background for this inquiry. The aim of the research is to evaluate the extent to which the value of Belief in One Supreme God can be internalized within education and religious social life. The method employed is a meta-analysis literature review by analyzing academic studies from the past five years. Data were collected through systematic searches of reputable journals and analyzed using content analysis techniques and bibliometric visualization. The findings indicate that the value of divinity holds great potential in shaping tolerant religiosity, yet its implementation remains suboptimal. This study recommends the strategic integration of divine values into curricula and digital religious literacy initiatives
MISUSE OF THE SARDINE FISH CRACKERS BRAND WITHOUT THE BUSINESS OWNER'S PERMISSION IN TEMBUNG VILLAGE, DSN FACT PERSPECTIVE NUMBER 1/MUNAS/VII/5/2005
Get PDFBrands are an important part of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) that function not only as product identity, but also as a strategic instrument in marketing and legal protection. This study examines the practice of unauthorized misuse of the “Sardine Fish Crackers” brand in Tembung Village, Medan, and assesses its legal accountability from the perspective of Law Number 20 of 2016 and the DSN MUI Fatwa Number 1/MUNAS/VII/2005. The research method used is empirical juridical through interviews with business actors and analysis of related legal documents. The results of the study indicate that brand misuse occurs due to low legal literacy, cost and time constraints in brand registration, weak supervision, and the motive of instant profit. From a positive legal perspective, this action violates the exclusive rights of brand owners and can result in civil and criminal sanctions. Meanwhile, from an Islamic legal perspective, this action is categorized as unjust and haram because it violates the principle of property rights protection (huquq maliyyah). This research emphasizes the urgency of increasing legal awareness, enforcing regulations, and educating small business owners so that trademark abuse practices can be prevented and a fair and ethical business climate can be realized
