Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Tingkat Stres Mahasiswa Rantau yang Mengerjakan Skripsi
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the relationship between family support and the stress levels of out-of-town students working on their thesis in the Bachelor of Applied Nursing Study Program at Poltekkes Malang. This research uses an observational method with a correlational design. The population consists of all out-of-town students working on their thesis in the Bachelor of Applied Nursing Study Program at Poltekkes Malang, totaling 131 students, from which 89 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. The analysis test uses the Spearman correlation. The analysis results show a significant relationship between family support and the stress levels of out-of-town students working on their thesis, with a p-value of 0.024 and an r value of -0.240. This indicates that the strength of the relationship is low, and the direction is negative, meaning that the higher the family support, the lower the stress levels experienced. Students are encouraged to reduce stress caused by their thesis by utilizing family support and seeking support from other sources, such as peers or significant other

Makna Simbolik Tradisi Angpao Perayaan Imlek Pada Masyarakat Etnis Tionghoa di Kota Bengkulu
Get PDFAbstrakAngpao merupakan hadiah berbentuk uang yang dibungkus dalam sebuah amplop merah. Tradisi angpao sangat melekat dan masih di lakukan dalam berbagai acara khususnya perayaan Imlek pada masyarakat etnis tionghoa. Namun kebanyakan dari kalangan masyarakat tidak mengetahui secara utuh makna yang terkandung didalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna simbolik tradisi angpao perayaan imlek pada masyarakat etnis tionghoa di Kota Bengkulu. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui, wawancara secara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian berjumlah lima orang yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dari wawancara terhadap tokoh dan masyarakat etnis tionghoa serta masyarakat non etnis tionghoa yang ikut merayakan tradisi angpao di Kota Bengkulu. Sedangkan data sekunder didapat melalui jurnal penelitian, penelitian terdahulu, buku atau dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pemaknaan simbol tradisi angpao menggunakan konsep objek interaksi simbolik oleh blumer yaitu objek fisik, objek sosial dan objek abstrak. Pemaknaan atau objek abstrak dari angpao berupa simbol berbagi rejeki, simbol bentuk saling menghormati dan simbol berbagi kebahagiaan. Terdapat ketentuan orang yang memberikan angpao yaitu orang tua dan orang yang sudah menikah memberi angpao kepada orang tua dan anak-anak yang belum menikah. Berdasarkan interaksi simbolik Blumer, manusia dapat memiliki pemaknaan yang berbeda-beda terhadap suatu objek yang sama. AbstractAngpao is a gift in the form of money wrapped in a red envelope. The Angpao (money envelope) tradition is very attached and is still carried out at various events, especially Chinese New Year celebrations in ethnic Chinese communities. However, most people do not know the whole meaning contained therein. This research aims to determine the symbolic meaning of the Angpao tradition for Chinese New Year celebrations in the Chinese ethnic community in Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Five informants in the research were obtained using purposive sampling techniques. The data source used was primary data originating from interviews with ethnic Chinese figures and communities as well as non-ethnic Chinese communities who participate in celebrating the Angpao tradition in Bengkulu City. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through research journals, previous research, books, or documents. The results of this research explained that the meaning of the Angpao tradition symbol uses Blumer's concept of symbolic interaction objects, namely physical objects, social objects, and abstract objects. The meaning or abstract object of Angpao is a symbol of sharing good fortune, mutual respect, and sharing happiness. There are provisions for people giving Angpao, namely parents and married people giving Angpao to parents and unmarried children. Legal Protection against Phishing Crimes in the Banking Industry (Case Study of a State-Owned Bank)

In this case, this study aims to determine the form of protection carried out by one of the banks in Indonesia in an effort to anticipate the emergence of Phising crimes in the banking industry and also the application of legal protection against Phising crimes in the banking industry. This study will use a descriptive analysis method, focusing on literature studies from various sources related to the topic of this article. The results of the study indicate that in anticipating Customer Protection, one of the banks in Indonesia has carried out various efforts to protect customers from Phising crimes. These steps include customer education through socialization and brochures, increasing awareness by appealing to customers to be more critical in making transactions, and implementing sophisticated technology in the banking security system. In addition, the bank also provides effective complaint services and has guidelines for blocking accounts and providing compensation guarantees for customers who are victims of Phising crimes. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Legal protection measures taken by PT. BANK BUMN are in line with various applicable laws and regulations, such as the Law on Banking, Consumer Protection, Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE), and Personal Data Protection and has implemented policies that support customer protection and personal data security in accordance with applicable laws in Indonesia

No full textNutrition is a contribution to a person's health and development. Good nutrition can build a strong immune system, prevent disease, and improve health. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of health education on increasing the consumption of nutritious food. This type of research is research quasi-experimental using the pretest-posttest design method, namely by providing a pretest (initial observation) before the intervention is carried out, after the intervention is given, then a posttest (final observation) is carried out. Health education in the form of balanced nutrition animation videos, balanced nutrition PPTs and food models. The statistical test used was Paired test T-Test. The results of the analysis of the pair t-test pre-test and post- test knowledge obtained a p value = 0.000, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of health education on increasing knowledge of nutritious food consumption. The results of the analysis of the pair t-test pre-test and post- test attitude obtained a p value = 0.000, which means is an effect of health education on increasing attitudes of nutritious food consumption. The results of the analysis of the pair t-test pre-test and post- test Action obtained a p value = 0.159, which means so it can be concluded that there is no effect of health education on increasing actions to consume nutritious food. This study is that there is an influence of health education on increasing knowledge and attitudes towards consuming nutritious food at SMP Santo Ignasius Johor. Video media can be recommended as an effective communication media because it can contain a lot of information about educational material

Early Childhood Writing Readiness Influencing Factors and the Roles of Teachers and Parents
Get PDFThis study aims to improve the writing readiness of children aged 5-6 years through educational games at RA Al-Fattah Sidotani I, Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. Writing readiness is an important aspect in the development of early childhood which includes fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and interest in writing activities. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, documentation, and assessment of children's performance. The results of the study showed that through the implementation of educational games such as tracing shapes, connecting dots, and arranging letters, there was a significant increase in children's writing readiness, with pre-test results of 33%, cycle I 56% and cycle II 83% which showed that children became more skilled in using writing tools, showed increased fine motor coordination, and were more enthusiastic and confident in participating in writing activities. Thus, educational games have proven to be effective as a learning strategy that is in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood. This study recommends that PAUD teachers systematically integrate educational games into learning activities to support children's academic readiness, especially in writing skills

Konsep ini menekankan bahwa ajaran Islam mengandung nilai-nilai universal yang menyebarkan kedamaian, keadilan, dan kesejahteraan untuk semua umat manusia serta lingkungan di sekitarnya. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pemahaman dan penerapan konsep ini sering kali menghadapi berbagai tantangan, baik di tingkat individu, sosial, maupun global. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna rahmatan lil ‘alamin dari sudut pandang Al-Qur'an, Hadis, dan pemikiran para ulama. Selain itu, akan dibahas bagaimana prinsip ini dapat diwujudkan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan, ekonomi, politik, dan hubungan antarumat beragama. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep Islam sebagai Rahmatan lil ‘Alaminhanya dapat terwujud jika kita memahami dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai toleransi, keadilan sosial, serta etika dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Get PDFThis study aims to explore the best approach in improving teacher work motivation through the role of social leaders at SMP 4 Bataguh Kuala Kapuas Central Kalimantan. The methods used in this study are direct interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The principal of SMPN 4 Bataguh is the focus of this study. The methods used to test the collected data are (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation/display, and (3) verification or inference. The results of the study indicate that social leaders and their role in improving teacher work motivation can be started by providing an approach in the form of emotional and professional support so that teachers are more motivated. A social leader means someone who can communicate not only formally in front of many people, but also becomes a leader who can listen to what teachers need, support teacher performance/programs and others that certainly affect school progress. It is important for social leaders to promote a culture of appreciation and recognition in the school environment. Awards can be formal, such as awards for outstanding teachers, or informal, such as praise and daily recognition. THE SYMBOLIC MEANING OF THE MENGKET RUMAH MBARU CEREMONY AMONG THE KARO ETHNIC GROUP
No full textThis study investigates the symbolic dimensions of the Mengket Rumah Mbaru ceremony, a traditional ritual deeply rooted in the cultural heritage of the Karo ethnic group. Despite its cultural richness, the practice of this ceremony has significantly declined, particularly in Kutabuluh Gugung Village, Kutabuluh Subdistrict, Karo Regency. This research stems from both an academic interest in the ceremony and a growing concern regarding the potential erosion of local traditions due to modernization and globalization. Employing a snowball sampling technique, data were collected through a gradually expanding network of informants. The analytical process involved four key stages: data collection, data reduction, presentation of findings, and drawing of conclusions. Data validity was ensured through triangulation, combining multiple sources, interviews, and direct observations conducted at various times of day. The findings suggest that Mengket Rumah Mbaru is not merely a ceremonial formality but a profound expression of the Karo people's identity, ancestral reverence, and cultural continuity. As such, preserving this tradition is vital to safeguarding the historical and spiritual legacy of the Karo community.
