PERAN TEKS DAN KONTEKS DALAM PENAFSIRAN FILSAFAT: MENELUSURI KERAGAMAN MAZHAB PEMIKIRAN
The interpretation of philosophical texts is always closely tied to social, historical, cultural, and biographical contexts, which influence how these texts are understood and accepted by readers. This study aims to analyze the role of texts and context in philosophical interpretation, as well as how their interaction gives rise to the diversity of existing schools of thought. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research analyzes philosophical texts from various intellectual traditions, both Western and Eastern, through an in-depth literature review. The findings of the study show that although philosophical texts contain profound and universal meanings, they can be interpreted in different ways depending on the social, political, and cultural context of the reader, resulting in various philosophical schools such as rationalism, empiricism, existentialism, and others. Academically, this research contributes to enriching the study of philosophy, particularly in understanding the dynamics of diverse text interpretations, as well as their relevance in religious and social studies. The study also emphasizes the importance of understanding context in reading philosophical texts to obtain a more contextual and inclusive understanding of the development of philosophical thought

Sarcopenic Obesity in Postmenopausal Women: Associations Between Fat Mass, Muscle Mass, and Lower Limb Strength in an Indonesian Clinical Cohort
Sarcopenic obesity is an emerging public health concern, particularly among postmenopausal women. This condition is characterized by increased fat mass and reduced muscle mass, both of which negatively impact quality of life and physical function. This study employed an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach, involving 51 obese women aged 45 years and older who received care atthe Nutrition Clinic of Dustira Hospital. Fat and muscle mass were assessed using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), while leg muscle strength was measured with a leg dynamometer. The chi-square test was used to examine associations between variables due to its suitability for categorical data analysis. Results indicated that the majority of participants were aged 45–55 years, with 52.9% classified as having obesity category I. Descriptive analysis revealed that 66.7% of subjects had elevated fat mass, particularly intramyocellular lipid (IMCL); 80.4% exhibited very low muscle mass; and 58.8% demonstrated poor leg muscle strength. Statistical analysis showed significant associations between fat mass and leg muscle strength (p = 0.003), and between muscle mass and leg muscle strength (p < 0.001). Effect sizes measured using Cramer's V indicated a strong strength of association. These findings underscore the importance of resistance training interventions in managing sarcopenic obesity among postmenopausal women. Enhancing muscle mass and reducing fat mass, especially IMCL, may contribute to improved leg muscle strength and overall quality of life. Evaluating SIMPUS Implementation at Teladan Community Health Center: a HOT-Fit Framework Analysis
Community Health Centers are required to implement a Community Health Center Information System (SIP) in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 31 of 2019. Medan Teladan Community Health Center has implemented various information systems, one of which is e-Puskesmas, but still found obstacles. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Management Information System (SIMPUS) at Medan Teladan Community Health Center using the Human Organization Technology (HOT)-Fit method. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The study was conducted at Medan Teladan Community Health Center starting from December 2024 - July 2025. Informants in this study were 5 people consisting of the head of the community health center and medical record officers as key informants, registration officers, SP2TP officers and pharmacy service officers as supporting informants. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions to identify relevant finding patterns in each aspect of HOT-Fit. The results of the study obtained an evaluation of the implementation using the HOT-Fit method on the human aspect, the user side has problems with input errors, where around 60% of informants reported data input. Organizational aspects, the organizational structure is in place, monitoring and evaluation have been carried out and guidelines for using the information system are in place even though they only adopt those from the Ministry of Health. Technology aspects, the quality of the system is still not optimal because the system has not been integrated with all programs and frequent server disruptions or data bridging failures, differences were also found between drug data in the system and actual stock in the pharmacy warehouse. Net benefit aspects, this system has succeeded in reducing dependence on manual processes and increasing data accuracy, but data integration across all programs is still an obstacle. It is recommended to the Medan City Health Office to encourage the integration of information systems between programs into one platform and ensure server stability. Exploration of The Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio as an Indicator of Inflammation with Hemoglobin and Creatinine Levels as an Illustration of Kidney Function in Tuberculosis Cases
Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global health challenge, consistently ranking among the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Its chronic progression, ease of airborne transmission, and potential to induce systemic inflammation and multi-organ involvement underscore the urgency of timely diagnosis and monitoring of disease progression and treatment response. In this context, the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) has emerged as a simple and cost-effective biomarker of systemic inflammation. This study aimed to investigate the association between NLR and two key clinical parameters, haemoglobin and creatinine levels, as indicators of anemia and renal function, respectively, in TB patients. A descriptive analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design was conducted at the Immunology Laboratory of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Maarif Hasyim Latif University, from August 2024 to January 2025. The study sample comprised 80 adult TB patients, and data were analyzed using Spearman's rank correlation via SPSS version 25. Results revealed a statistically significant weak negative correlation between NLR and hemoglobin levels (p = 0.040, r = -0.230), suggesting that heightened inflammation may be associated with lower hemoglobin levels, potentially due to inflammation-induced anemia. In contrast, the correlation between NLR and creatinine levels was not statistically significant (p = 0.303, r = 0.117), indicating a weak and clinically inconclusive relationship between systemic inflammation and renal function in patients without evident kidney disorders. These findings underscore the potential utility of NLR as an early marker of inflammation-related anemia in TB patients. However, NLR alone may be insufficient for assessing renal function, highlighting the need for complementary diagnostic parameters in future research. Overall, NLR offers promise as a clinical evaluation tool in TB management, particularly in resource-limited settings. Implementation of the Smoke-Free Policy in the Tourist Destination Area of Lake Toba, Toba Samosir Regency, Indonesia
The prevalence of smoking in Indonesia remains alarmingly high, with early initiation among children and adolescents contributing to a significant burden of smoking-attributable diseases and escalating national healthcare costs. Despite the implementation of a Smoke-Free Policy (SFP) in Toba Samosir Regency, particularly in the Lake Toba tourist area, compliance remains low, undermining efforts to create a healthy, smoke-free environment for both residents and visitors. Objectives: Beautiful scenery of Lake Toba is not followed by clean and healthy air; this is because there are still many smokers found, the smell of cigarette smoke and cigarette butts in the priority tourist attractions of Lake Toba, Toba Samosir Regency. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Toba Samosir Regents smoke-free policy on the Regional Regulation No. 55 of 2018 Toba Samosir in the priority tourist destination area of Lake Toba, Toba Samosir Regency. This study uses a cross-sectional design. The object of this research is the priority tourist destination area of Lake Toba, Toba Samosir Regency Random cluster sampling was used to choose samples from the population. These samples included 100 tourist facilities on Lake Toba, 100 tourists on Lake Toba tourist facilities, and 100 tourist managers. JASP version 16 was used to analyze the data. The results of this study show that tourist facilities still need to follow the smoke-free policy (SFP) more (21%). Beaches and waterfalls have the lowest rates of smoke-free policy (SFP) compliance for tourist facilities (0%), restaurants and cafes (8.3%), hills and mountains (20%), monuments (22.2%), hotels (38.1%), and markets and souvenir places (60%). Most smoke-free policy (SFP) violations are no sign (68%), smoking (42%), ashtrays (38%), and cigarette butts (32%). Overall compliance was low in Toba Samosir Regency due to many challenges. This information provides lessons regarding tobacco control policy in underdeveloped areas far from the central government. Keyword: Compliance, Smoke, Smoke-free policy, Tourism facilities
IMPLIKASI FIKIH MUAMALAH TERHADAP LEGALITAS UPAH PENGUMPUL DONASI: Analisis Kritis Transaksi Filantropi Kontemporer
The phenomenon of fundraising for various noble causes is widespread in society. However, the practice of fundraisers taking wages directly from collected donations raises legal questions. This article analyzes the legality of such practices using a normative legal research method (library study) from the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah. The research concludes that it is not permissible to take fundraiser compensation from the donation funds themselves. The principle of Fiqh Muamalah mandates that donation funds must be distributed entirely to the recipients (mustahik). Taking wages is considered to diminish the recipients' rights and potentially violate trust.Consequently, transparency and accountability in donation management are crucial. It is recommended that operational costs or fundraiser compensation be allocated from separate funding sources, or with the explicit consent of donors from the outset. This research provides understanding and guidance for individuals and philanthropic organizations. Keywords: Fundraising, Fundraiser Compensation, Fiqh Muamalah, Islamic La
EPISTEMOLOGI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: ANALISIS KONSEPTUAL TERHADAP INTEGRASI WAHYU DAN AKAL DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER MUSLIM
This study aims to analyze the epistemological construction of Islamic education through the examination of the integration of revelation and reason in the formation of a holistic and contextual Muslim character. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with library research that analyzes classical and contemporary literature on Islamic epistemology. Content analysis techniques with a hermeneutic approach are applied to interpret fundamental meanings in Islamic epistemological texts. The findings of the study reveal that the epistemology of Islamic education has distinctive characteristics that integrate revelation as a primary source of knowledge with reason as an instrument of interpretation within the framework of the monotheistic paradigm. This integration is realized through the harmonization of bayani (explanatory), burhani (demonstrative), and irfani (intuitive) methodologies that produce a comprehensive knowledge system. The implementation of Islamic epistemology in the formation of Muslim character shows significant relevance in facing the challenges of globalization and the digital era through the development of graduates who have intellectual competence, moral integrity, and balanced spirituality. This study concludes that the epistemology of Islamic education offers an alternative educational paradigm that is able to accommodate the advancement of science without sacrificing Islamic spiritual and ethical values
Upaya Pencegahan Stunting melalui Intervensi Fisik dan Sensorik pada Ibu Hamil
Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that affects children’s physical growth, brain development, and overall quality of life. Prevention efforts should begin during pregnancy through adequate nutritional intake, maternal health care, and positive stimulation for the fetus. This community service program aimed to educate pregnant women on early stunting prevention through a combination of prenatal exercise and classical Mozart music stimulation. The method applied was Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) with lectures, discussions, direct practice, and Q&A sessions. The activity was conducted in Ngadirenggo Village, Wlingi District, Blitar Regency, involving 24 pregnant women in their second and third trimesters. The educational materials covered the relationship between maternal health and stunting risk, the benefits of classical music for fetal brain development, and prenatal exercise movements that promote blood circulation and nutrient distribution. The results showed high enthusiasm and active participation among attendees, with most reporting relaxation, improved physical comfort, and positive fetal responses when music was played. Prenatal exercise was also perceived as reducing muscle tension and increasing comfort during pregnancy. This program concludes that combining physical and sensory interventions can serve as a supportive strategy in stunting prevention; however, it must be complemented by optimal nutrition and regular prenatal check-ups
Konsep Rahn Dalam Perbankan Syariah Dan Implementasinya Dalam Lingkungan Sekitar
One of the financial instruments in Islamic banking is the rahn (pawn) contract, which enables individuals to obtain funds by pledging valuable assets in accordance with Sharia principles, without involving interest (riba). The aim of this contract is to prevent usury, especially among the lower-middle-class community, and to offer a more equitable financing alternative. In a rahn contract, the person pledging the asset is referred to as rahin, while the lender is known as murtahin. The pledged asset, called marhun, must be movable and possess value. In case of the debtor's default, the Islamic financial institution, acting as murtahin, has the right to sell the pledged asset. Sharia requirements such as ijab qabul (offer and acceptance) and clarity regarding the loan amount and repayment method ensure the contract's validity. Fatwas from institutions like the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) serve as guiding principles. Practically, the rahn contract provides the community with quick and secure financing. However, a lack of understanding and limited resources present challenges to its development. Therefore, acquiring knowledge of the rahn contract is essential to ensure its benefits for society. By adhering to Sharia principles, the rahn contract not only offers financial solutions but also contributes to the country's economic growth. Consequently, the Islamic financial system has the potential to integrate religious principles with contemporary economic practices in a fair and sustainable manner.
