The advantages of learning videos are able to present independent learning with time flexibility and precisely leaving behind traditional teaching that relies on textbooks and lectures in the classroom. In addition, learning videos that are packaged with attractive visual elements such as the use of animation can increase students' motivation in learning. The purpose of this study was to design a financial mathematics learning video using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. This method consists of six stages, namely: concept, design, collection of materials, creation, testing, and distribution. Learning videos were tested using alpha testing and beta testing to assess the feasibility of the multimedia created. Alpha testing was carried out on two content experts with the results of the learning video feasibility of "Very High" so that it could be continued to the implementation stage. Beta testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires to an audience of 25 students and obtained a score above 85%, namely "Very Eligible" on all indicators. Overall, the test results showed that the financial mathematics learning video was considered feasible in terms of technical quality, visuals, content, support for independent learning, and increasing student learning motivation. Raden Ranggawarsita's Correction of the Javanese Islamic Calendar in Serat Widyapradhana

    Get PDF
The Javanese Islamic calendar is a cultural heritage passed down from our ancestors that continues to be preserved today. Some communities still use it in their daily lives. However, not everyone pays close attention to the correction system required for its proper use. Ranggawarsita, a prominent figure of the royal court, wrote a manuscript titled Serat Widyapradhana, which offers a detailed explanation of the application of the Javanese Islamic calendar, including how corrections should be made. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explain how Raden Ranggawarsita addressed the correction system within the Javanese Islamic calendar. Data was collected through library research, using the Serat Widyapradhana manuscript as the main source. A philological approach was applied to help the researcher better understand the text. The study found, first, that the Javanese Islamic calendar was already in use before the reign of Sultan Agung, particularly by Sunan Giri II. Second, Ranggawarsita explained in his writings how corrections should be made to the calendar, especially regarding the 2400-year kurup cycle, to prevent the calendar from falling out of sync. These corrections are essential to maintain harmony between the Islamic Hijri calendar and the Javanese calendar. This research highlights the need for greater awareness and understanding among users of the Javanese Islamic calendar, encouraging deeper engagement with the system and contributing to the broader field of Islamic astronomy, particularly in the study of calendar variations

Sorghum (Sorghum bicolor) is a vital cereal crop known for its resilience in arid and semi-arid regions, making it an essential crop for food security. However, its growth and productivity are significantly affected by soil fertility and nutrient management. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) enriched with the B-8 bioactivator in improving sorghum growth. The experiment utilized a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with five treatments: LOF dilutions of 1:10 (P1), 1:30 (P2), 1:50 (P3), 1:80 (P4), and 1:100 (P5), alongside a control group (P0) without any fertilizer. Each treatment was replicated five times, and plants were monitored for growth parameters such as plant height, stem diameter, and number of leaves, with measurements taken every three days over a 6-week period. Results indicated that the P1 treatment (1:10 dilution) consistently exhibited the highest growth performance across all parameters, reaching a maximum height of 24 cm. The P5 treatment (1:100 dilution) also showed substantial growth, though not as pronounced as P1. In contrast, the control group (P0) showed the lowest growth. These findings suggest that LOF with B-8 bioactivator can significantly enhance sorghum growth, offering a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to chemical fertilizers for improving crop productivity

    Get PDF
This study examines the normative interpretation of the terms “honorarium” and “services without charging fees” under Article 32 of PP No. 24/2016 and Permen ATR/BPN No. 33/2021. Using a normative juridical method with statutory and conceptual approaches, the research explores legal ambiguities in PPAT obligations, especially in digital land services outside the deed-making process. Findings reveal a regulatory vacuum that creates unequal treatment for PPATs and the poor, with unclear implementation boundaries and unjust workloads. The study proposes a normative interpretation model that aligns doctrine with practical conditions, emphasizing distributive and procedural justice. It recommends regulatory reform to classify service types, define reasonable honorariums, and ensure legal protection for all parties in digital land administration

    Get PDF
The development of information technology has encouraged transformation in the practice of notarial administration, including the urgency of digitizing notary protocol storage. This research aims to analyze the legal needs of the e-documents storage system in a progressive legal perspective, emphasizing the regulatory vacuum and the urgency of norm reconstruction. Using a normative juridical approach and qualitative analysis of legal documents as well as the results of previous studies, it is found that the absence of explicit regulation in the Notary Office Law regarding digital archives creates legal uncertainty and evidentiary risks. This study argues that electronic-based storage of notarial protocols should be recognized as a normative necessity in line with the principles of expediency and legal certainty. The conclusion of this study confirms the importance of new regulations that provide legitimacy to notary e-documents as part of the state's responsibility in realizing efficient, fair, and accountable legal services
