    SIGNIFIKANSI FATWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN PROBLEMATIKA KONTEMPORER UMAT ISLAM

    ABSTRACT:Fatwa (al-Ifta') has an important role in the lives of Muslims as a form of solution to problems that were not encountered in the past. In Islam, fatwas function as legal guidelines resulting from the ijtihad of the mufti, based on the main sources of law, namely the Qur'an and Hadith. The research method used is normative juridical. This study aims to explain the meaning, legal basis, urgency, and influence of fatwa in building a modern society. The results of the study show that fatwa is not only limited to the aspect of worship, but also covers the fields of muamalah, social, political, and economic. Fatwa has a non-binding nature, but its role in solving the problems of modern life is very significant, especially in answering the challenges of the ever-evolving times.Keywords: Fatwa, Al-Ifta', Ushul FiqhABSTRAKFatwa (al-Ifta’) memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan umat Islam sebagai bentuk solusi atas persoalan-persoalan yang tidak dijumpai pada masa sebelumnya. Dalam Islam, fatwa berfungsi sebagai pedoman hukum yang dihasilkan dari ijtihad para mufti, berdasarkan sumber hukum utama, yaitu Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni yuridis normatif. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengertian, landasan hukum, urgensi, serta pengaruh fatwa dalam membangun masyarakat modern. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa fatwa tidak hanya terbatas pada aspek ibadah, tetapi juga mencakup bidang muamalah, sosial, politik, dan ekonomi. Fatwa memiliki sifat tidak mengikat, tetapi perannya dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan kehidupan modern sangat signifikan, khususnya dalam menjawab tantangan zaman yang terus berkembang.Kata Kunci: Fatwa, Al-Ifta’, Ushul Fiq

    TAREKAT DAN POLITIK: STUDI TENTANG RELASI SOSIAL-POLITIK DI TANAH TAPANULI

    Tarekat secara historis telah memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk lanskap sosial-politik masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia, termasuk di Tapanuli. Penelitian ini menganalisis dinamika unik Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah di Tapanuli sebagai agen transformasi sosial dan politik. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis kualitatif berbasis dokumen, penelitian ini menyoroti integrasi nilai-nilai spiritual dan aktivisme sosial-politik dalam institusi tarekat. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pusat spiritual tetapi juga memfasilitasi pengembangan kohesi sosial, kerukunan lintas agama, dan legitimasi politik. Secara khusus, pusat-pusat seperti Hutapungkut, Aek Libung, dan Sayurmatinggi menjadi contoh bagaimana tarekat mempertahankan pengaruhnya lintas generasi sambil beradaptasi dengan tantangan modern. Namun penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi potensi risiko, seperti polarisasi internal dan keterlibatan politik tarekat. Penelitian ini pentingnya menjaga integritas tarekat spiritual sekaligus mendorong mendorong partisipasi politik yang inklusif dan etis. Dengan menjembatani kesenjangan antara spiritualitas dan keterlibatan politik, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami tarekat sebagai kekuatan transformatif dalam konteks sosial-politik Indonesia

    This research aims to find out 1. To analyze the academic supervision planning of school principals based on the grow model coaching to improve the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Baktiya sub-district, North Aceh. 2. To analyze the implementation of school principal academic supervision based on the grow model coaching to improve the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Baktiya sub-district, North Aceh.3. To analyze the evaluation or follow-up of the principal's academic supervision based on the Grow model coaching in improving the pedagogical competence of elementary school teachers in Baktiya sub-district, North Aceh. This research method uses qualitative with a descriptive approach. Place and time of research at SD Negeri 5 and SD Negeri 6 Baktiya Barat and time in July 2024 at SD Negeri 5 and SD Negeri 6 Baktiya Barat. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques include reduction, display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Research results: 1) results of program evaluation analysis and evaluation of the implementation of previous year's supervision as well as follow-up on supervision results. The madrasah head's academic supervision planning is prepared at the beginning of the school year, by first identifying problems, determining objectives and determining implementation times which are prepared in a precise schedule; 2) the implementation of academic supervision at this school uses direct supervision techniques, through class visits, carried out according to the schedule that has been prepared with the teacher. Visit to find out directly about the adjustments between learning planning and the direct learning process. The school principal also carries out follow-up activities to follow up on findings during supervision; 3) The results of the evaluation of the implementation of academic supervision are used to: Improve the supervision program in the following year, follow up on difficulties faced by teachers, find the right approach for each teacher with diverse characters and abilities

    Education is a key factor in improving human resources (HR) quality to face global challenges. In the context of Islamic education, madrasahs play a strategic role in shaping students with strong character and competencies. Teacher competency, particularly personality competence, is crucial in ensuring effective learning. This study aims to analyze the management of the Madrasah Education Section of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Palangka Raya City in strengthening the personality competence of madrasah teachers. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Madrasah Education Section applies management based on POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) through various programs, such as training in collaboration with the Banjarmasin Training Institute, In-House Training (IHT), and the utilization of the PINTAR application for online learning. However, several challenges persist in program implementation, including limited resources, unequal access to technology, and varying levels of teacher comprehension. Therefore, more effective strategies are needed to optimize and sustain the enhancement of teachers' personality competencies, ultimately contributing to the quality of education in madrasahs

Al-Mala''s personality in the Qur'an and hadith is often described with negative traits, such as arrogance, injustice, rejection of the truth, and oppression of the weak. Their communication style is usually full of sarcasm, insults, and attempts to maintain the status quo. In this context, the communication of these officials is more manipulative and destructive, compared to communication that is soothing and reconciling. Therefore, theformulation of the problem in this research is how to evaluate the performance ofBMT Al Fataya in increasing competitiveness and what is the view of shariaeconomics towards evaluating the performance of BMT Al Fataya in increasingcompetitiveness. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews anddocumentation with qualitative descriptive analysis using purposive samplingtechniques. Based on the results of this research, the performance evaluationcarried out by BMT Al Fataya is good, where the strategy has been achieved andimplemented well and evaluated regularly.     INTERNALIZATION OF MORAL VALUES IN THE BOOK RASYSY AL-BARAD BY MUḤAMMAD LUQMĀN: A STUDY OF CLASSICAL TEXT-BASED INFORMATION LITERACY

    This study explores the internalization of moral values contained in Rasysy al-Barad, a classical commentary (syarḥ) on Al-Adab al-Mufrad by Imam al-Bukhārī, through the lens of classical text-based information literacy. The urgency of this research stems from the declining moral behavior among students in Islamic educational institutions, prompting the need to return to foundational ethical texts rooted in prophetic traditions. Using a qualitative descriptive approach with a hermeneutic method, this study analyzes the contents of Rasysy al-Barad and examines the stages of value internalization aligned with the framework of information literacy: accessing, evaluating, and integrating information. The findings reveal that the book emphasizes values such as honesty, trustworthiness, respect, patience, modesty, and compassion. These values are interpreted in relation to contemporary social contexts, reflecting not only textual fidelity but also moral relevance. The study concludes that classical Islamic texts like Rasysy al-Barad function not only as religious knowledge resources but also as character-building tools within Islamic education. It recommends incorporating such texts into values-based curricula to foster moral sensitivity and critical religious thinking (tafaqquh fī ad-dīn), ultimately producing intellectually and ethically grounded individuals

    This study aims to analyze the role of BAZNAS in empowering the people in Central Tapanuli Regency including social and educational conditions, programs, implementation, and obstacles in Central Tapanuli BAZNAS. The type of research uses qualitative, data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study include the first four points; The role of the National Amil Zakat Agency on the welfare of the community refers to Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2014 concerning the implementation of Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management. Second; There are five programs distributed by BAZNAS Central Tapanuli Regency, smart Central Tapanuli Regency program, Central Tapanuli Taqwa Regency program healthy Central Tapanuli Regency program, Central Tapanuli Makmur Regency program, Central Tapanuli Regency care program. Third; The role of BAZNAS of Central Tapanuli Regency has played a role in the implementation of the program, and fourth; the obstacles in distributing zakat funds also have obstacles but are not so serious that there are solutions for each

    This study aims to 1. Analyze the forms of bullying behavior of students at the Raudhatul Jannah modern Islamic boarding school in Subulussalam city. 2. The efforts of the dormitory guardian in overcoming bullying behavior at the Raudhatul Jannah modern Islamic boarding school in Subulussalam city. 3. Obstacles of the dormitory guardian in overcoming bullying behavior of students at the Raudhatul Jannah modern Islamic boarding school in Subulussalam city. The type of qualitative research with a case study approach was used in this study. The data sources taken were from the Head of the Raudhatul Jannah Modern Islamic Boarding School, Care, dormitory guardian and students. The data collection techniques were through observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was bullying behavior in Islamic boarding schools in the form of verification and non-verification before the presence of the dormitory guardian after the presence of the dormitory guardian bullying behavior had decreased significantly (2) The efforts made by the dormitory guardian to avoid bullying behavior were by facilitating students with sports facilities, creating activities, providing advice and supervising students' activities. (3) The obstacles faced by the dormitory guardian were the lack of tolerance among students, parental factors, communication, motivation and advice, and independence

Socio-psycholinguistics studies the relationship between language, individuals, and society, as well as how the influence of the social environment and psychological conditions affect the way language is learned and used. In the context of Arabic, this approach is highly relevant because the language has variations depending on social and cultural contexts and is used in both formal and religious communication. By understanding these aspects, learners can more easily adapt in speaking, writing, and comprehending Arabic in various situations, whether in academic, social, or religious contexts. The integration of socio-psycholinguistics can create a more contextual and profound learning experience, as well as enhance effective communication skills
