    Aspek Konsumsi Ultra Processed Food dengan Kejadian Overweight pada Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar di SDN V Mojosongo Surakarta

    This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of UPF (Ultra Process Food) consumption and the incidence of overweight in elementary school children at SDN V Mojongso Surakarta. This study was conducted using an observational quantitative method using analytical with a case-control approach. The subjects of this study were 4th and 5th grade students at SDN V Mojosongo Surakarta with a population of 221 students and a total sample of 80 children selected using a simple random sampling technique. Of the 80 respondents, there were 40 boys and 40 girls (50% each). Analysis based on gender showed that the proportion of boys who were overweight (55%) was slightly higher than girls (45%). The results of the Chi-square correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between Ultra-Processed Food (UPF) consumption and the incidence of overweight in elementary school students (p<0.05; p-value = 0.000). Students with excessive UPF consumption (>50% of the Adequate Nutritional Intake) had a 58 times higher risk of being overweight compared to students with sufficient UPF consumption. Therefore, cooperation between parents and schools is needed to form healthy eating habits in children at home.     AbstrakFall risk is an event where a patient is at high risk of experiencing a fall, especially in the elderly with certain health conditions. Falls can cause serious impacts, such as injury or death. Nurses' knowledge plays a crucial role in preventing the risk of falls in patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses' knowledge and fall risk prevention in patients in the inpatient ward of Slamet Riyadi Hospital, Solo. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational method. The sample used was 73 nurses from the inpatient ward of Slamet Riyadi Hospital, Solo, using the total sampling method. The results of the analysis using the static Pearson test showed a p-value <0001 with an r-value of 0.609, which can be interpreted as a relationship between nurses' knowledge and fall risk prevention in patients in the inpatient ward

    Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease with symptoms of hyperglycemia caused by abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action, or both. Central obesity is caused by excessive fat deposits in the abdomen. Excessive fat accumulation results in insulin resistance, which is one of the factors in increasing blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus sufferers. Diet is very influential in controlling blood sugar levels in the body to avoid complications due to diabetes mellitus. The aim is to determine the relationship between abdominal circumference and eating patterns with blood sugar levels in adult diabetes mellitus sufferers. The design used in this research was analytical observational using a cross-sectional approach, the total number of respondents was 76 people, with purposive sampling technique. The data taken is central obesity data by measuring abdominal circumference directly using a Mettline measuring tape and eating patterns using the Percieved Dietary Adherence Questionnaire (PDAQ) form. Statistical analysis uses the Chi-square test to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research results showed that 82.9% of respondents had central obesity and 52.6% of respondents had a diet that did not comply with dietary recommendations for diabetes mellitus sufferers. Based on statistical tests using chi square, it shows that there is a relationship between abdominal circumference and blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus sufferers (p value = 0.019) and eating patterns and blood sugar levels in diabetes mellitus sufferers (p value = 0.006). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between abdominal circumference and diet and blood sugar levels in adult diabetes mellitus sufferers in the UPTD area of the Puskesmas Pasar Ikan, Bengkulu City in 2024

    Penelitian ini menganalisis perilaku pencarian informasi mahasiswa S1 FISIP Universitas Bengkulu dalam mencari informasi melalui TikTok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Dari hasil kuesioner yang telah diperoleh, kemudian dilakukan tabulasi data dan dianalisis menggunakan pengolahan data statistik. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menemukan bahwa mayoritas responden dalam mencari sumber informasi melakukan tahapan-tahapan dalam mencari kebutuhan informasinya. Mahasiswa memiliki sikap positif dalam mencari informasi mengenai sumber berita terpercaya melalui TikTok. Mereka cenderung tertarik, didorong oleh mata kuliah, memilih topik dengan cermat, mencari dari berbagai sumber, mengajukan pertanyaan dengan baik, menyebarkan keakuratan informasi, dan merasa puas dengan hasil pencarian. TikTok digunakan oleh pelajar untuk mendapatkan berita atau informasi, mereka masih meragukan keakuratan informasi yang terdapat pada TikTok. Mahasiswa berusaha memperoleh dan memverifikasi keakuratan informasi dengan cara mencari sumber selain TikTok. Namun, mereka juga menghabiskan banyak waktu untuk mencari dan mengakses informasi yang mereka butuhkan, dan merasa terdorong untuk mencari informasi tambahan dari sumber lain setelah menggunakan TikTok

    The Effect of Project Based Learning Model assisted by Living Book Media on the Ability to Write Fable Story Texts for Students

    This study was motivated by the low ability of students in writing fable texts at Taman Asuhan Pematangsiantar Private Junior High School. The research aims to analyze the effect of the Project Based Learning model assisted by living book media on improving students' ability to write fable text. The method used is quantitative with a pseudo-experimental design. The research sample was 62 students who were divided into experimental and control groups. The main instruments were pre-test and post-test, with data analysis through t-test using SPSS. The results showed a significant increase in the experimental group compared to the control group. In conclusion, the Project Based Learning learning model assisted by living book is effective in improving the ability to write fable story text, as well as encouraging students' imagination, creativity, and active involvement in the learning process

    The Dynamics of Self-Disclosure in Adolescents with Mental Health Problems through the Instagram Account Into the Light

    This study aims to describe the dynamics of self-disclosure carried out by adolescents facing mental health challenges through social media, with the Into the Light account serving as a contextual space that represents these practices. This research adopts a qualitative case study approach that allows for an in-depth exploration of participants’ subjective experiences. The findings reveal that self-disclosure plays an important role in enabling adolescents to express their feelings and thoughts in a safe and anonymous environment on social media. Factors such as emotional needs, trust levels, past experiences, and perceptions of a safe digital space influence adolescents’ decisions to engage in self-disclosure. Although the Into the Light account was not directly involved as a participatory object in this research, its presence provides context for understanding digital spaces that support openness. This study contributes to broadening the understanding of how social media, as a supportive and inclusive environment, can promote adolescent mental health

    Family communication patterns are represented in the cartoon “Keluarga Pak Somat” Episode 41, along with their impact on the formation of children's personality. This local cartoon serves as a significant object of study as it reflects the realities of family life within Indonesian society. This research employs a qualitative approach using Roland Barthes’ semiotic analysis method to identify the denotative, connotative, and mythological meanings of the communication patterns depicted. The findings indicate that the cartoon portrays democratic, permissive, and authoritarian communication patterns in the relationships among family members and their influence on character development in children. The cartoon implicitly conveys an educational message about the importance of healthy and positive family communication in shaping a child’s personality

    This study analyzes manipulation and ethical violations in Public Relations (PR) as depicted in the film Thank You for Smoking (2005). The film highlights how a tobacco industry spokesperson employs persuasive communication strategies that contradict core PR ethics. This research applies qualitative content analysis using critical discourse and Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. Data were collected through observation of scenes involving manipulation, conflicts of interest, and dishonesty. The findings reveal manipulative practices such as card stacking and issue framing used to shape public opinion. The study concludes that the film serves as a critique of unethical PR practices and emphasizes the urgency of enforcing ethical standards to maintain professional integrity

    Web-Based Paskibra Member Recruitment and Selection Management Information System in Islamic Universities

    This study aims to overcome problems in the process of accepting and selecting new members of Paskibra UIN North Sumatra by building a management information system. Paskibra UIN North Sumatra is one of the intra-campus organizations under the auspices of UIN North Sumatra. This organization has a system for accepting and selecting new members. However, in its implementation, this process often experiences obstacles, such as loss of prospective member data and delays in selection and announcement of results. A web-based Paskibra member acceptance and selection management information system at UIN North Sumatra was built to facilitate management in the process of acceptance, selection, and announcement of results. This information system allows registration to be done online, so prospective members do not need to come in person. In addition, the Board of Trustees can more easily monitor the selection process and provide more systematic assessments. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system development method applied is the Waterfall model. The system design is carried out using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to define the system workflow. The results of this study are a management information system that can increase efficiency in the process of accepting and selecting prospective Paskibra members. This information system can help reduce the risk of data loss, speed up the selection process, and improve accuracy in the assessment and announcement of results. With the information system in this study, the Paskibra UIN Sumatera Utara management can carry out its duties more optimally and provide convenience for prospective members in participating in the selection process. This research is important in encouraging the digital transformation of student organizations because it can increase work efficiency and effectiveness, as well as strengthen transparency and accountability in the selection process for new members

    School Efforts to Manage Interpersonal Conflicts Among Students: A Case Study at SMA Negeri 1 Lembar, West Lombok

    This study aims to investigate the efforts and challenges faced by SMA Negeri 1 Lembar in addressing interpersonal conflicts among its students. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological perspective was employed, and data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the school has implemented various efforts to address interpersonal conflicts, including school policies and programs. However, the school also faces challenges such as a lack of trained human resources and limited facilities. This study concludes that the school's efforts to address interpersonal conflicts involve developing policies and programs as a preventive measure. The study is expected to contribute to the development of strategies for handling interpersonal conflicts in schools and raise awareness about the importance of collaboration between schools, teachers, and parents in creating a conducive learning environment
