Pengoptimalan Pendistribusian Jaringan Listrik Menggunakan Kruskal Algorithm

THE EFFECT OF LEARNING MEDIA “AL ARABIYYAH BAINA YADAIK VOLUME ONE" ON ARABIC LEARNING OUTCOMES OF 8TH GRADE STUDENTS AT MTSN 1 DELI SERDANG
This study specifically aims to examine the effect of Al-Arabiyyah Baina Yadaik learning media in the context of increasing Arabic language learning outcomes in class VIII students at MTsN 1 Deli Serdang. The phenomenon in the field shows that the dominance of conventional teaching methods that lack innovation and dependence on textbooks alone tend to create a passive learning environment, leading to a decrease in student motivation and learning outcomes. This condition emphasizes the imperative to adopt a more dynamic and technology-based learning approach, along with the demands of digital literacy in the contemporary era. By using a quantitative approach with an experimental design, this study validates the potential of Al-Arabiyyah Baina Yadaik as an interactive media designed for non-native learners, which holistically accommodates the development of four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing). The pilot test results showed strong evidence of a significant improvement in students' learning performance; the average score substantially increased from 64.5 to 97.5, followed by a drastic increase in the number of students who achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (MCQ) from 7 to 18 individuals. In additional, field observations recorded a notable increase in the level of student activeness and enthusiasm in learning participation. The response from subject educators was also very positive, reflected in the percentage of media feasibility of 98% based on the evaluation of the aspects of appearance, material presentation, and benefits, all of which were categorized as “Very Feasible”. This finding firmly confirms the urgency of utilizing innovative and technology-adaptive learning media for optimizing the Arabic teaching and learning process which is not only effective, but also able to arouse students' intrinsic motivation and relevant to the dynamics of global education
IMPLEMENTASI PENDEKATAN FUNGSIONAL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB MELALUI METODE COMMUNITY LANGUAGE LEARNING
Arabic language learning with a functional approach through the Community Language Learning (CLL) method aims to develop students' communication skills in real contexts. This approach emphasizes language as a tool for social interaction, not just grammatical rules. In practice, CLL encourages collaboration between students in a supportive atmosphere, thereby increasing self-confidence and practical understanding of the language. Teachers act as facilitators in creating participatory activities such as group discussions and role-playing. Technology integration in CLL also enriches the learning experience and encourages student independence. Real performance-based assessments are used to measure students' communication skills. In addition to linguistic aspects, this approach also fosters character values such as empathy and cooperation. Thus, the functional approach through CLL is expected to produce a generation that is communicative, collaborative, and sensitive to socio-cultural values in facing global challenges

Model of Implementation of Islamic Communication Values in Public Services: A Participatory Study at Haji Hospital Medan
Effective communication is a fundamental element in public service bureaucracies, especially in the healthcare sector, which is complex, dynamic, and directly impacts human life. However, many public institutions including government hospitals continue to face serious communication problems, such as misinformation, lack of empathy, and rigid bureaucratic interaction styles. This study aims to develop an implementable and contextual model of Islamic communication values within the bureaucratic system of public health services, using a participatory approach at RS Haji Medan, a government hospital with a strong Islamic identity. The research adopts a qualitative applied method with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) framework, involving hospital managers, medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients as active collaborators in diagnosing problems, formulating values, and testing the model. Findings show that while values such as shidq (truthfulness) and amanah (trustworthiness) are relatively applied, others like tabligh (clarity), fathanah (communicative intelligence), and ihsan (excellence with empathy) remain inconsistently practiced and depend largely on individual initiative. A five-component model was developed: (1) core Islamic values, (2) SOP for Islamic communication, (3) ethical communication guidelines, (4) internal training programs, and (5) value-based feedback systems. The pilot implementation in outpatient and emergency units demonstrated improvement in patient-staff communication, increased staff confidence, and enhanced institutional accountability. This study concludes that Islamic communication values can be translated into practical tools and procedures to humanize public service communication, especially in healthcare bureaucracies. The model is recommended for replication in similar institutions across Indonesia seeking to integrate spiritual and ethical dimensions into public service delivery
