Analisis Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan di Rumah Sakit Siaga Al Munawwarah Samarinda
No full textLoyalty and job satisfaction have a significant influence on improving performance so that efforts to improve performance are carried out through increasing job satisfaction. Information shows that the number of employees who stop working at the hospital has increased and decreased by >10% each year. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty at the Siaga Al Munawwarah Hospital Samarinda. This study used a cross-sectional design method with a population of 144 employees and a sample of 103 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that job satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, indicated by the p-value (0.000 <0.05). This finding emphasizes the importance of job satisfaction in improving employee loyalty and performance, especially in the health sector
Autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) implementation in number of visitors forecasting at the Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY
Full text linkGovernment organizations must provide excellent services to their citizens. The Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY, one of the government organizations for library affairs, must also provide the best library services. One way is to forecast the number of visitors to prepare better services for the future. This research aims to predict the number of visitors in 2024. This research used historical data in the form of the number of visitors at the Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY in 2023. This data was analyzed using the ARIMA Model (2,0,6) with the results that this model had a MAPE value of 25.35%, so it was accurate enough to be used in forecasting. Based on forecasting results, it is known that the total number of visitors to the Balai Layanan Perpustakaan DPAD DIY in 2024 will be 115,213. The fewest visitors were in January 2024, as many as 5,198 visitors, while the most were in June 2024, as many as 13,605 visitors

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan organisasi Kementerian Agama dalam meningkatkan sikap moderasi beragama di kalangan masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan pendekatan fenomonologi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pengurus organisasi di Kantor Kanwil Kemenag Sumut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan model dari Miles dan Huberman ysng terdiri dari (a) reduksi data (b) penyajian data (c) kesimpulan. Dalam melaksanakan kewajiban, baik perencanaan, penerapan sampai penilaian program butuh disosialisasikan supaya target serta tujuannya berhasil dengan apik. Biasanya, pengampu bagian pemasyarakatan ialah pengejawentahan dari public relations (PR).
Pengaruh Metode Pembayaran COD Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mahasiswa Pada Aplikasi Shopee
Full text linkThe aim of the research is to analyze the influence of the COD payment method variable on students purchasing decision variables on the Shopee platform. This research used a quantitative approach involving 75 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed statistically using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study show that the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method influences the purchasing decisions of STAIN Mandailing Natal sharia business management students with a value of tcount = 8.721, ttable = 1.293 and sig = 0.000 at a significant level of 0.1. So, 0.000 < 0.1 and 8.721 > 1.293 means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method has a variable influence of 51% on purchase decisions, with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.510. Other factors not included in this study influence the remaining 49%. ANALYSIS OF USER SATISFACTION LEVEL OF INTEGRATED LIBRARY SYSTEM (INLISLITE) SOFTWARE WITH END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS) METHOD
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction of the Integrated Library System (INLIS) Software in the Pidie Regency Library and Archives using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The measurement of this satisfaction is based on five main dimensions, namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The methodology used is qualitative research with data collection methods, namely interviews and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 5 people consisting of 4 librarians and 1 head of the library service division. The results of the study indicate that the application content variables are in accordance with the needs of librarians, while the accuracy of the information provided by the application is reliable and trustworthy. In terms of format, INLISLite is considered very flexible and easy to use, with a user-friendly interface and intuitive menu placement, so that users do not feel tired. The ease of use of the application is considered high, covering the entire menu from acquisition to reporting. The application response time is also considered very fast, allowing librarians to access information efficiently. In addition, INLISLite's data security feature that limits user access to certain menus is considered reliable. Overall, the INLISLite application is considered to have met the needs of users, both librarians and users, and facilitates the work of librarians in carrying out daily tasks. Based on these findings, librarians at the Pidie Regency Library and Archives Service generally feel very satisfied with the use of the INLISLite application

No full textThis study aims to find out the research topic of the Nutrition Conscious Family Movement. Meanwhile, as a context, the nutritional status of severe wasting was 2.1%, wasting was 6.3%, and obesity was 4.2%. The 2023 nutritional status survey shows that 2.9% are very underweight and 10.4% are underweight. The prevalence of severe stunting is 5.4%, and stunting is 12.9%. Using the literature review method on Google Scholar for the 2015-2024 period, using 3 keywords, namely family, awareness, and nutrition, 100 articles were obtained. Literature search and analysis were conducted using the Publish or Perish and VOSviewer applications and 100 articles were categorized into 4 groups of research topics: Nutritional status 49.0%, behavior 21.0%, counseling 23.0%, and educational media 7.0%. Children with wasting also have a higher risk of developing non-communicable diseases, such as diabetes and heart disease, as adults. the degree of one's health. Behavioral factors of 30% determine the degree of health. There is an influence of health promotion through educational video media on balanced nutrition knowledge in families. Posters are one of the media that is effective in increasing the awareness of nutrition. It is necessary to make efforts in various forms of socialization to implement the nutrition-conscious family movement

Full text linkMuhammad Zaini bin Abdul Ghani Al Banjari or known as Guru Sekumpul is a respected scholar who comes from the Sekumpul area, Martapura, South Kalimantan. He often held a knowledge assembly (pengajian) which was always attended by tens of thousands of people and became a role model in the practice of Islamic teachings for the community, especially in South Kalimantan. One of the topics discussed and very crucial for people's lives is the concept of a sakinah family, mawaddah warrahmah. Given the great influence of Guru Sekumpul in the community, this study aims to find out the concept of sakinah family, mawaddah warrahmah according to Guru Sekumpul. This study is a literature study using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results and conclusions of this study indicate that the Sakinah mawaddah, warrahmah family according to Guru Sekumpul is with the creation of the concept of “baitii jannatii” (my house my heaven) through three things namely; 1) Mutual respect for each other, namely when there are shortcomings both on the part of the wife and husband, it is not allowed to complain but must understand and complement each other. 2) Fulfilling the rights of husbands and wives, namely when the rights of both have been fulfilled, it will create a sense of belonging to each other. 3) Carrying out the obligations of husband and wife, where when the obligations of both have been carried out, their rights have automatically been fulfilled
Literature Review: The Role of Media in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) on Consumer Purchase Interest
Full text linkThis study aims to examine the role of media in supporting Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) in increasing consumer buying interest. The method used is a literature study with various academic sources and previous research reviewed related to consumer behavior, communication media, and IMC. The results of the study show that the media forms brand awareness, positive perceptions, and emotional relationships between customers and brands. The connection of messages across various media within the IMC framework has been shown to accelerate the customer's experience with the product, from the stage of knowing the product to making a purchase decision. The Wife as the Primary Breadwinner of the Family: Perspectives from Classical Fiqh, Gender Studies, and Contemporary Fiqh
Full text linkIn classical fiqh, the husband is regarded as the primary provider for the family. However, over time, the role has shifted, with wives increasingly contributing to the family's financial support—and in some cases, becoming the main breadwinner. This shift raises the question of how contemporary Islamic jurisprudence accommodates such changes without abandoning its foundational principles. This study aims to examine the role of the wife as the primary breadwinner from two perspectives: gender theory and contemporary fiqh. These perspectives offer a comprehensive understanding of women as main providers within the framework of Islamic law and gender studies. The study employs a qualitative method using a comparative analytical approach. The data sources include classical fiqh texts, academic literature on gender theory, and contemporary fiqh interpretations that recontextualize classical texts in light of modern social realities. A comparative analysis is conducted to explore the differences and intersections between gender perspectives and contemporary fiqh, thereby illustrating the conceptual dynamics and transformations. The findings reveal three distinct viewpoints. Classical fiqh confines the wife's role largely to the domestic sphere and household management, while assigning the primary financial responsibility to the husband. From a gender theory perspective, the wife's role as the main breadwinner is viewed as a manifestation of gender equality and the progress of women's emancipation. Meanwhile, contemporary Islamic scholars allow the wife to be the main provider, provided it is based on mutual consent and does not result in harm, although the fundamental obligation of financial support remains with the husband
